I've had these same slippers and unfortunately, they have changed the top flap section. Very disappointed.
They look strange on my feet and I'm returning them.

UGG Sent me 2 pairs of these shoes already worn and smelled like stank feet! Never Again! Had to return both pairs! STILL WAITING on my refund!

I ordered my normal size that I have in many other YGG products and my feet are slipping right out of them. I need to exchange them for a smaller size.

I purchased the Ansley, 3 pairs of ultra mini Ugg boots, and a pair of tazman slippers for my family and 4/5 pairs were too small. Very disappointing and a lot of work to return and repurchase

I have 3 older pairs of the UGG Ansley's and this were disappointing from the first try on. The wool on the inside was not thick and plush like the previous new UGGs. I'm not sure if something has changed or if I was sent a "used" pair.

The shoes felt amazing until I walked. The left shoe was a perfect fit, but my heel came out of my right shoe with every step.

Based on the thousands of great reviews for this slipper, I was expecting more than an UGH experience. The fit was perfect, and I love the style and the soft faux sheepskin lining. Much to my disappointment, the left foot slipper has a label sewn inside the footbed, and it irritated the bottom of my foot. The soles are plastic. I have hardwood floors, and the right foot slipper squeaked with every step. I returned these the same day I received them. The only positive part of this experience was Zappos' great return and refund policy.

I love all my Uggs. Unfortunately, this pair came with some sort of burn mark and a hole in them. Not waiting 15 to 30 days for a replacement. Going to return and going to return and go somewhere else.

My normal size, 9, was way too small. Think Cinderella's step sister. Size 10 is too large...requires thick socks to keep from slipping off my foot. The sole of the slipper is designed smaller than the foot. When I walk, I feel the sole pressed into my foot. VERY uncomfortable slipper. My first and last pair of UGG brand shoes.

I bought a pair of these last year and loved them. Ordered another pair this year and my heel kept coming out of the back when I walked. Compared them to last years slippers and it seemed like last years had a higher back.

Finally treated myself to a pair in Black so 11. Very disappointed that the left foot fits, the right one fur lining is very thin on sole and therefore flips like a flip flop. Very annoyed when trying to walk. Never again

I have the exact same pair I purchased 2 years ago. I wear them every single day, summer and winter. This pair is defective with the left shoe being larger than the right shoe.
I'd also recommend:
I love UGGs. But not this pair.
