Fuzz/fur came out of heel before a year was up. Also not washable...was told this by an UGG REP! ALSO TRIED A DIFFERENT STYLE...THOSE WERE WORSE! WILL NEVER BUY ANITHER PAIR OF UGG HOUSE SHOES!!!

I have purchased these many times. They are my absolute favorite slipper. However this pair I have had for less than a month and they have completely stretched out the fur lining is completely matted and I'm very disappointed in the quality

I used to look forward to putting my slippers on at night. But after less than 2 months of wear, my Ansley slippers hurt my feet and I dread to wear them. The shearling, which in previous pairs was abundant and fluffy, has completely flattened and I can can feel the inside of the shoe. These slippers are a total waste money and a huge disappointment.

I have been wearing Ansley slippers for 10 years, Probably owned 10 pairs. The last two pairs I have purchased no longer fit me in length.

This is not the quality of UGG. Soles make noise everything you are on tile/heel rides up/part that goes over arch tucks under as you try to put them on. Not the old quality of Ugg. I felt like returning them. easy to slip with them on.

Have worn ansley ugg size 8 for years BUT now they have cut the dimensions and they no longer fit comfortably! Sent them back. Done with them. Everything is being cheapened.

The fit was ok like all of my Ugg shoes. However, after a little over a week of wearing these slippers around the house my right toe was rubbing against a hard spot on the inside of the shoe causing pain. I compared the spot on the shoe with the left shoe and found that the soft lining had some how fallen away leaving a hard structure that rubbed my toe. Half to return these as they are defective.

I've worn UGGS slippers for decades & because they were so well-made, I only had to replace them every 10-12 years! Unfortunately, this pair has a flaw in the design because my heel slips out with every step. It's not because the size is too large - it seems like there's not enough material to hold the heel in securely. I will return these.

They cram my toes and are too narrow, even though they were supposed to be wide. And when I try to walk in them, the back flops, trying to trip me. I have older Uggs, and they fit wonderfully, but every Ugg product I've tried over the past two years fits very poorly, mostly because they are now made narrower. Ugg used to be a great product. That is no longer true.

size 9 is too small and size 10 is too large. I've tried several styles.

I purchased the braided slippers only wore inside not only very uncomfortable but also started coming apart when I called I was only one month and a half outside my warranty period and was told I should look somewhere else for product even though I have lots of Ugg items
Quite interesting that I am treated this way because I believed I was actually buying the best for myself

Sole is narrower than moccasin! Not wide enough sole under moccasin to support entire width of foot for full width of moccasin, so unsupported part of foot inverts. Ankle twister!

These are the most comfortable shoes but they do not stay on my heel. They flop right off. I'm so sad that I have to return them. Wish the old moccasins were still available and this one in regular width. I tried wide and it's comfortable, but maybe because it's wide and doesn't come up my arch, the shoe refuses to stay on my foot. Darn. :(....

This is my fourth pair of Ashley slippers and the sizing is different (more narrow). The cushioning on the sole feels less also which makes the shoe less comfortable. Will not be purchasing another pair.

I've had these same slippers and unfortunately, they have changed the top flap section. Very disappointed.

UGG Sent me 2 pairs of these shoes already worn and smelled like stank feet! Never Again! Had to return both pairs! STILL WAITING on my refund!

I purchased the Ansley, 3 pairs of ultra mini Ugg boots, and a pair of tazman slippers for my family and 4/5 pairs were too small. Very disappointing and a lot of work to return and repurchase

I have 3 older pairs of the UGG Ansley's and this were disappointing from the first try on. The wool on the inside was not thick and plush like the previous new UGGs. I'm not sure if something has changed or if I was sent a "used" pair.

The shoes felt amazing until I walked. The left shoe was a perfect fit, but my heel came out of my right shoe with every step.

Based on the thousands of great reviews for this slipper, I was expecting more than an UGH experience. The fit was perfect, and I love the style and the soft faux sheepskin lining. Much to my disappointment, the left foot slipper has a label sewn inside the footbed, and it irritated the bottom of my foot. The soles are plastic. I have hardwood floors, and the right foot slipper squeaked with every step. I returned these the same day I received them. The only positive part of this experience was Zappos' great return and refund policy.
