Not comfortable. Heel slips out when walking. Very disappointed. Will be returning.

These shoes run small. I wear a size 9. That was too tight when I got them. So I returned them and ordered a size 10. That was too big. I am disappointed, they should have half sizes. I think a 9½ would have been a fit for me if it was available. So much waste of time.

I had a pair of Ansley few years ago in size 7 and it was PERFECT. When I ordered another pair to replace it recently, I ordered a 7, too. But, the shoe felt smaller, narrower, more like a 6. I thought it must have been mis-labled, so I ordered another pair of 7. It didn't feel different, so I returned it for size 8. Alas, while it felt larger, it was too long at the back - my heel kept sliding out. So I returned it. I'm trying out the Dakota at size 7. I feel sad that Ansley has changed - I loved its look and feel.

This is my 3rd pair of Ansley slippers, and I am returning them due to the difference in styling and comfort. The shearling padding is not as dense as in previous years, and hardly qualifies the shoes as Uggs (I have purchased more than 16 pairs of Uggs over the years as gifts and for personal use). Also, the Ansley style has been modified to shorten the vamp of the shoe and widen the toe area - resulting in a looser fit that literally slipped off my heel with every step. Very disappointing!

These slippers run much too small. They are not at all comfortable because they're so tight. They actually hurt my feet. I am so Disappointed!

I wanted to keep these slippers because they are so cute. I got the purple ones and they were beautifully made, but my regular size 8 didn't fit at all. They felt a full size smaller, were very tight in the toes and felt much narrower than a medium width. I loved the color, but they were also a very shallow style slipper as someone else mentioned. I was shopping around and noticed the Ugg Old World Bella and thought I would try those instead so I am waiting for them to come today. They are a bit less expensive although I don't know what that means in terms of quality. I really wanted to like and keep these slippers, but couldn't do it. I didn't think trying them in another size would work, they were just too narrow for me. Sorry, back they go with Zappos great return policy.

Thought these slippers were so cute. Normally 8 1/2, so I bought a 9. Way too small. So exchanged for 10. Way too big. :(

I'm not a fan of these Uggs. I just gave up on them after a year of lots of wear. Since it wasn't available in my half-size of 9.5, I chose a 9, thinking it would stretch over time (the 10 was way too big). A year later, my pinky toe is still very uncomfortable in these shoes if I wear them for very long. While the sheepskin seems nice and warm at first, it doesn't take long to realize that it is just too warm. My feet were constantly sweating in these slippers, and the slippers really stink now. I'm not a stinky-feet sort of person, so this was something new. I even bought new Ugg insoles a couple of months ago, trying to help with the odor, but it quickly came back. The slippers just make my feet sweat, which results in the perplexing result of cold feet. Cold, sweaty feet. Not a great thing. I eventually gave them up for wool socks, and just stumbled upon wool slippers, which are fantastic (check out Giesswein! You'll love them!). While the Uggs are cute and stylish, they just aren't breathable. Additionally, they have absolutely zero arch support, and the arches of my feet can't put up with that for too long.

I love the look of these but find that they do not fit true to size. I have owned multiple pairs of UGG, always in size 9, thus I ordered size 9. Upon first try, they were extremely snug, but I felt confident that they would stretch out after a few days. They have not, and in fact, they are so constricting in the toe box as to be utterly unpleasant to wear, despite the wonderfully soft lining. A very disappointing selection for me, these are likely to be relegated to the donation pile since they cannot be returned. Boo, hiss, pout.

Ok, I thought I really liked these slippers. After about 9 months of wearing them after work, they were not good. Buy that I mean, they were completely smelly! I am not sure why - my husband normally goes through slippers every few months - not me! His, a year later are perfect, non-smelly fab slippers. Mine, on the other hand, smelled rank!It's a bunch of money to pay to have them tossed into the trash because the bedroom smelled like that! they HAD to go! We tried their suggestions... no luck. we tried Fabreaze in them... nothing worked, nothing! so, buyer beware. Maybe it depends on were the shearling was sourced. Mine; China. My husband's; Australia. It's disappointing that they didn't last more than 9 months.

Poor guidance on the sizing for the slippers. Slippers run one size smaller thank Ugg boots. Several of my wife's friends told her that, but I didn't see any information on the website when I ordered. Her correct size is now longer in stock.
