Although the length was perfect, my heels slipped out of these when walking in them. Too bad, because they seem really warm and otherwise comfortable.

I have tried 3 pairs of these slippers and I really want to like them, I really do! But the stitching on the first pair (chestnut) rubbed a bone on the outside of my right foot only. I sent them back and ordered another pair (this time the Koi color). They were much too short in length (but same size-8-as the chestnut). I ordered a third pair (chestnut again as I thought maybe the first pair was faulty). They rub the same bone on the same foot! If I feel inside the shoe, I can feel the stitching more on the right side than the left. Has anyone else experienced this? I love everything else about the shoe, especially how soft and warm they are and really want them to work for me, but I don't know how to find a pair that works for me.

These slippers are super warm and cozy. They are not as comfortable as I would have liked and at first the slipped off the back of my heel when I walked, but since I have had them they have broken in and I don't have that problem any more. True to size. I wear a 7.5/8, I purchased an 8 and they fit fine.

These don't tend to run as large as Ugg boots. If I had known, I would have ordered a 7 instead of a 6. However, they are stretching out. Very cute and warm!

These slippers are of very good construction. They do run just slightly small, however once you where them for a couple of weeks they stretch a bit. I love the color and the look without the tie factor. If they last longer than my cheaper slippers, they will be worth the price.

I ordered the Ansley in my usual Ugg size 8 (I normally wear an 8.5 shoe). I was very surprised and disappointed to find they were too small! Actually, they looked like two different styles. The left slipper had a boxy toe, while the right was rounded. The right slipper was just too tight and uncomfortable so I have to return them. I'm going to give them another try. This time I'm ordering a 9. I really hope they work out b/c they are super warm and so cute!

I love these and want to keep them, but they slide up and down my heel!

I didn't even take them out of the box. I could just tell that my feet would quickly get too hot in these. I need to find slippers without this sort of lining.

I have ordered my second pair. I like them. Before the fur gets smooshed down they really fit MUCH tighter. I know Amazon bought Zappos. I've been a customer for 12 years. I once ordered $2000 worth of shoes and the credit card co dinged my spouse on the golf course. I didn't keep all. He said Zappos? His pal said just accept the charges and putt. Happy wife happy life. I got my shoes today for the first time in an Amazon box. I use Amazon but I don't like them. I miss my blue Zappos box.

Too sloppy in width for me.

This is my 3rd pair of Ansley UGGs. I like the pink they had last year better. Also I wish they had not dyed the lining pink. It looked better natural. My other pink were size 7 and they are snug so I bought these in size 8 and they are very loose. I wish they came in half sizes! But I decided to keep them because I am still happy with them all in all.

I really want to live these. but compared to other Ugg’s slippers I’ve had these are just meh. I returned the first pair, because the padding on the bed of the slipper was pulling up just a couple of months after I purchased them making them really uncomfortable. the replacement pair is not much better. also not as supportive as other Ugg’s slippers I’ve had. would not recommend.

Kinda disappointed. I’ve been eyeballing these slippers for a long time. Husband naught them for me for Xmas. The slippers have no kind of foam or soft bottom to help cushion the feet. We have hard wood floors so I like having something to help soften the walking around. I usually end up wearing cabin socks with my adidas slides as they are way more comfy to walk in. In an effort to not have these things be a total financial loss I wear them when at my desk with a heater pointed on them as there’s not really a lot of warmth provided by these slippers either. I used to love Ugg items but these have been such a bummer.

Originally I ordered a 5.5 size for women. I found that it is important to order up to a 1/2 size - size bigger because the shoe fits a bit too tight. The color matched the photo and was very cute looking EXCEPT it was not very soft. The wool felt too course and not very soft at all or cozy. Just my personal opinion.

I wanted to love these slippers so badly and even gave them multiple tries around the house, but the sole of the shoe is too narrow for the instep, which besides feeling really strange naturally caused my feet to pronate. Each time I wore them I had a bad foot cramp immediately. I have narrow, somewhat flat feet, so it just wasn't a good fit for me. Overall, though, they are really well made and the wool inside is VERY warm.

I have bought these slippers in the exact same size in different colors over the last several years. The most recent pair I received was too tight and rubbed the center of the back of my heel raw, because there seemed to be a separation in the wool, perhaps due to a seam? I cannot wear them and gave them to my mom who wears a full size smaller than me and she found them comfortable.

I'm an 8.5 wide. I tried the size 8 (too small and narrow) and the size 9 (too big and still too narrow). They are very cute and well-made slippers. So it was really disappointing that they don't make this for common half-sizers, like me. The size 8 pinched my toes, I slipped out of the size 9. Because of the furry inside, I can't put a heal insert in to stop my feet from sliding out. Grumpy face. :-(
