I love these boots! I was so scared that I wouldn't like them because I had not seen them in person, but I finally ordered them and I'm so glad I did! They are amazing!

Love these boots! They fit like Uggs, have nice sheepskin lining throughout, and a cushy leather footbed. The rubber wedge heel provides good traction and adds a little height without sacrificing comfort. Beautiful, rich chestnut leather with the top notch stitching we expect from Ugg. These are my go-to boots for fall, that's for sure! Super warm with a sleek shape.

I love the style of this boot. I have been a faithful Uggs wearer for years and really wanted a boot to be tough in the winter. These boots are gorgeous and I get compliments on them all the time...great with leggings and jeans, skinny or otherwise. Gummy rubber sole provides awesome traction even in the ice and snow. They grip so well you could run in them. I did spray them ahead of wear to protect the suede finish and haven't saturated them, so most everything externally wipes right off. I gave 4 stars for comfort/overall because I was anticipating the actual foot of the shoe to be warmer. They have a comfy suede sole but it isn't as warm as some other Uggs I have had because they lack the sheepskin down around the foot. All in all though I really enjoy and would recommend to a friend.

These boots are very cute and stylish. The heel is a perfect heighth. They do run small but seem to stretch a bit. My only complaint is the shearling on top sticks out which gives them a more casual appearance. Not sure if they are woth the price.

This were super-comfortable and cute but too big around the calf for me so I am returning them.

Well, these go back...the ankle area presses deep into the ankle and it hurts. Too much thickness I think.

Bought these for the wife in Chestnut and it looks like it runs about a half size too small. She loved the style and general comfort, but the footbed length is simply too short. Back they go. Fit and finish otherwise is pretty good, according to her.

Love the look of these boots but I need to exchange them for a larger size. I wear bx a 7.5 and 8 so I got an 8 and they are way too small. I am going to try a 9.

As usual with Ugg boots, very warm, well-made and well-fitting. Only issue is the white colored shearling inside. It sticks out of the top just a bit when worn. So instead of getting a nice solid brown boot that melts into your tucked-in jeans or tights, there is a line of white where the boots end and the legs begin. The only way to remedy this is to wear a pair of socks that turn over the edge of the boot.

I am not sure what happened but these shoes are not size 9. The shoes have size 9 on them but they are not. They felt like 2 size smaller. They however very nice.

These boots are beautiful and the foot bed is extremely comfortable. They would be perfect if I did not want to wear them over jeans. Because the inside top of the boot measured less than 14 inches (in a size 6) and the zipper does not go all the way up, I could not get them over my jeans without bunching. I reluctantly returned them.

I have 2 pair of Hartley Chestnut UGG 10/11 leather and now 1 pair Hartley Black Ugg Suede size 11. Love them all, the 10 was tight across top of my foot, 11 nice and wide little big. I have researched all I could find about the Ugg, I live in Alaska and live 250 miles from Anchorage, so my major shopping is the internet. It's so hard when you can't try foot wear on. Most of my shoes are Dansko professional and size 39. The Ugg leather and wool is #1 grade and made to wear without socks. That for me was hard to get use to. But, now love my Uggs and comfy. Also, in my left foot I have metatarsal, which started 1 year ago. So I have to put a metatarsal pad in my Uggs. This works for me, love my Uggs.

Beautiful and stylish shoes. I'm a mom of two and I hardly get to wear heels so I'm really excited that I now have comfortable heels to wear. I'm a 6.5 and they are a little snug on the calves but I'm hoping they will stretch out.

Love these boots. I fell in love with the Ugg Gael clogs last year and bought several of them. The rubber soles on them were just perfect. So this year, I went looking for boots that have the same rubber soles as the Gael clogs. Hartley is it! It was a rainy day today so I wore these to work and they were so comfy and warm. Perfect heel height so they don't hurt my feet all day. I just love them. Worth the investment.

I love these boots. So comfy, and they fit perfectly. They look awesome, too. The only thing is that they're pretty snug on my calves, and I don't have big calves at all.

Amazing pair of boots! I wish they came in every color imaginable as I would purchase them all! I usually wear size 10-11 so I went with 11. Perfect fit! They were snug at first (maybe the first 3 times wearing them), but then they loosened up and slip on great! They look awesome with skinny jeans, tights or with skirts and dresses! I'm not kidding when I say this boot is the most comfortable ever! I work for a shoe store, so I definitely know what's comfy. I can comfortably wear these shoes all day at work, and then all night for play! Love!

I LOVE these boots! The wedge heel caught my eye. I also love the detail on the outer boot. I normally wear a 7 1/2 but took a size 8 in the boot. They are very comfortable. I probably won't wear them as snow boots. I will wear these with my jeans rolled.

Very happy with these boots! I wanted something with a heel but comfortable enough to wear day to day and they are perfect. I wear a 9 and bought a 9 - felt a little snug in the beginning but they have loosened up a bit.

I love this boot. I am a size 6 but ordered a 7 because my last pair of uggs was to tight in the toe area. The suede brown is very pretty. It is a casual boot. Looks great with skinny jeans. I am going to order the leather Hartley for Christmas.

Words can not express how happy I am that I ordered these boots! I really did research on getting my first pair of Uggs...tried on many and saw these and knew I wanted them! They have a little heel that gives that extra flair (I'm 5'3 and this is needed) but they are like wearing a slipper! They are super cute, super comfortable and, just super perfect! I usually wear a 7-1/2 and ordered an 8 after reading reviews and it fits perfectly (Zappos was great with that as I changed my mind and had to call back to order an 8 instead of 7). I got the Chestnut color and it's gorgeous! I'm already thinking of getting them in black if I can!
