Cute, but narrow. This is the first time I purchased Sanitas (I normally purchase Dansko). I’ve never needed to purchase wide width shoes before but these are much too narrow. So much so, that I’ve developed a callus on my small toe. Not willing to spend another $100+ just yet, but when I do, it will probably be Dansko.

Despite being a full size larger than I normally wear in European sizes, these were both too small and too narrow. I have an identical pair of Sanitas (same style, same size) from a couple of years ago that fit fine so this seems like a recent development. Really disappointing.

Beautiful shoe - was comfortable with lots of support. However, I have a bump on a big toe and this shoe doesn't "give" at all. Reluctantly, I have to return these.

The colors have different insoles. I ordered a brown pair and the insole is very firm without any foam. The black pair has foam in the insole. How odd, same shoe, different insole

Arch support/ footbed not as firm as my old Sanitas. I prefer the older, leather insole with felt (?) underneath, better than this newer microfabric insert.

I wanted to give these all 5 stars, but they have 109% changed the sizing since I ordered my last pair. I have been a size 39 since I’ve been a nurse (years, I tell ya) & this pair does not come close to fitting. I know they require a break in period & I have given them a month. I have blisters on my toes, heels & the top of my left foot. Sadly, I can’t even send them back for a larger pair bc I have worn them ??????? This possibly has ended my 10+ year love affair for sanitas.

The left shoe was perfect, but the right shoe was noticeably smaller -- too tight.

The M width didn't work for my high arch & instep. Need a W. The brown is ok, but there seems to be more of the black "Brush off" finish on this particular pair than there is of brown making them, overall, look more like black shoes than brown. Going back. Love Zappos customer service.

I love the blue color of these shoes. They are awesome. Unfortunately my high arch and instep won't fit in a 43 M width and Zappos is sold out of W widths. These have to go back :( but I hope Zappos will restock the Ws.

Ordered this and Dansko XP 2.0. The Sanita was a bit too small, kept the Dansko

Nice quality shoes but I can’t seem to find clogs that fit my feet. These were too wide for an average to slightly narrow foot.

These shoes RUN SMALL. I could go up a whole size.

I am an experienced Sanita wearer. I found these shoes to feel "heavy", and the leather to be unforgiving. The in-step rubbed the top of my foot, which is very irritating. So disappointed in Sanita.................Thank you Zappo's for your return policy!

Been wearing Sanita’s for about 5 years now after the Dansko brand started going south after it was sold (wore those for 20yrs) . I wear 42s and have for over 10 years. I get a new (same) pair every 6 months. I stand 50 hours / week. My feet make me money so I take care of them. This most recent pair I ordered were so “not true to size” I couldn’t even get my foot into the left shoe. I get that they’re hand made, and there will be variations but this was really over the top. Wondering if I’m going to have to start ordering 2 or 3 pairs of the same clogs at a time and then keep pair that fits best. Or maybe I’ll actually have to start going to the store again to buy clogs. Gasp!

I tried these in 38 and 39, regular and wide, and a 40 in regular. The 38 wide fit me the closest (I am an 8 wide), however, these are very stiff and my toe kept slipping forward and crushing. I only wore them on my carpet for about 15 minutes but sadly my feet hurt after. I LOVE Zappos, though, because you have the best return policy around!

Love the color and style but are just tight on the middle part of my foot around arch. I'm returning these and going for the wides. I do not wear wides in any other shoe but these are more narrow than most.

Sanita! What did you do to my Sanita Professional Cabrio clogs??????? I have been wearing these for at least 15 years! I used to love them! They don't even smell the same! They don't smell like quality leather. I thought I would buy one more pair to finish out my retirement in 1 year....forget that, I will wear my old ones for that amount of time. I was looking forward to a new pair but NOT these. They will be returned. They also have an annoying sweak in the insole of the shoe that my other's never had. This is annoying. This is sad....Sanita used to set themselves apart from their rivals but not anymore.

In the past being a size 9 the 40 fit perfectly. And all my current shoes are a 9 in the Sanita it’s now too small. And the jump to 41 is too big. So the sizing isn’t compatible with US sizing. Too bad I’ll have to go back to Dansko.

left shoe bigger than right

I wear a size 8 and had to get the 8 - 8½. They are too big and hard as a rock. I am disappointed because they looked so comfortable. I am going to try the Danskos next and hope that they are more comfortable than these.

Really bad product. The minute my husband wore these, there were black streaks of rubber on our kitchen tile floor as well as our wooden floors!! After one single use the heels got eroded probably from those streaks!! I’m glad Zappos offered a refund.

The shoes are beautiful, but I could barely get my feet in them. I do not have high arches and have never had a problem before, but the opening was so low that I had to struggle to get my foot inside. I will not be able to wear these at all.

I suggest ordering directly from Sanita for quality product. I ordered a pair from zappos and received an extremely poor quality and uncomfortable pair that I should have returned. I ordered a second pair directly from Sanita and they are perfect comfort and top quality product. Lesson learned for me.

I love this brand

The Sanita size chart steered me wrong! Their size chart said to buy a size 36 for a US women's 4.5-5, but it was huge. A 35 would have been better for me. I had to return them and look for a smaller size elsewhere. Sanita does make this bordeaux color in a 35, but it looks like Zappos doesn't carry it in a 35. On another note, I agree with the review saying that the pictures don't do the color justice. The clogs are also very comfortable and supportive.
