Somehow comfier than dansko? The fit it very nice. I have to order wide shoes, but these fit.

I so wanted to love these, the style is super cute but they just don’t fit me. Too small & too narrow. Initially they felt okay thought I just needed to break it in. My feet were in agony & my toes were cramped at the end of the day. I figured I needed the wide width do I ordered but still too tight & felt like the length increased. I will give a favorable rating for style & quality but the fit and comfort was horrible.

Love the fit and style - I have these in brown and black professional cabrio. I returned the Bordeaux because the reddish color was so dark, it looked almost identical to my brown shoes.

Too small - I had hoped that the sizing was correct, but unfortunately I was wrong. In European sizes I need a 44 or 45 - 43 (as written for a US size 12) is much too small. I usually wear a size 12 without issue. My toes were scrunched up against the front. They were great looking shoes - really wanted them to work.

Not sure what happened in the last 5 years, but a size 38 is not longer a size 38! It was too short for me. As it would happen, the 39s are sold out. Sigh...I guess I have to hunt it up locally.

I normally wear 7.5 size in most shoes in a B width (regular width) I wear a size 39 in Dansko shoes. I ordered these in a size 39 as well. I wanted to try theses because I am currently wearing Dansko Professionals a work and I found the top part has fallen apart and had started to peel ater only a month. I was hoping these would be better quality but I found these shoes too tight over the top of the foot. length of the foot and width were fine. Besides the top being too tight, they fit and felt much like the Dansko I usually wear. I returned after trying on.

Did like color of clogs (dark blue), but had to send back as shoe box was too tight. My little toe rubbed on my left foot that has a bunion. I had ordered a 40 wide and was hoping it would fit as I have worn Dansko clogs for 20 years now and I chose to go with Sanita after reading all the negative reviews for the Dansko professional ones..... Not sure what my alternative option is as I work in a lab and was hoping to be able to replace my aging Danskos..... Too bad!

I'm so bummed. Even though I ordered the narrow width, these shoes were like boats on me. No way these will stay on. I was happy to finally find someone who offered a narrow width, but it's not narrow at all! And they feel very very hard.

I bought my pair about a year ago. I have a job where I am on my feet for majority of the day. I love these shoes, they are very comfortable and the arch support is great. I ordered a size 37. ( I am typically a size 6/6½) My only issue with these shoes is that my feet sweat a lot in them, to the point where sometimes my socks will be damp. I do not have this problem in any other shoes, so it is not a normal issue for me. I am going to try the Danskos because their description mentions Non-allergenic leather sockliner and a foam which absorbs and evaporates perspiration. So I am unsure if I am allergic to the material, but I hope that this review might be helpful to someone else if trying to choose between the two products.

I don't understand why these are hailed as comfort shoes. They do have good arch support, but they are so hard and heavy. Getting some Clarks instead.

I went up from my usual 39 to 40 based on recommendations, and the fit is not bad, However, I really want blue, and these are kind of blue/black, like they are spray painted, and I don't like the color. Why is it so hard to get a good blue? I have been trying to get the Dansko blueberry oiled clog, but nobody has them in the wide. What gives?

These shoes are HUGE. They are so cute, I really want them to fit, but there is just no way. I ordered the size 5 W due to my bunions. My foot is flopping out of the back of each shoe. I can't really rate the comfort, because it can't wear them.

I usually wear a size 38 in clogs (Dansko) and bought these in 38W because Sanita clogs tend to be tight in the toe box for me. These size 38W shoes felt a full size too large. The toe box was appropriately wide but there was a 1" space between my heel and the back of the clog.

Ordered a size up so my toes wouldn't touch the end. I love these clogs but need to send them back because I have very odd, flat feet, which must have very low volume compared to other people's feet. They can only fill up this shoe with a very fat insert and thick socks. Otherwise, they flop around far too much. I can't order narrow because of the width of my feet at the ball of the foot. And yes, I do know clogs aren't supposed to be tight. I can't really describe how my feet are swimming in any clogs. Wish these would work for me. :( The quality and the arch support are excellent.

On the steel-toed version of this shoe, only the rear part is leather; the top is synthetic, coated with something like polyurethane. On mine, the black coating quickly wore off the toes, resulting in the frugliest pair of shoes I've ever worn. Polish doesn't last, and sharpie looks like...sharpie. Other than that, these shoes are holding up well. I've worn them every day for almost a year, because as much as I hate how they look, I hate shopping even more. The arch support is terrific, and I'm grateful for the steel toes every time I ride the city bus. The soles have great traction. Sizing is accurate if you're accustomed to European sizing. The provided translations into US sizes may be misleading. I've been looking for a model with comparable support to wear indoors, since my back seizes up from standing or walking on hardwood floors. As is, I've been wearing these hideous ones, but am about to brave bricks-and-mortar shopping in search of a sandal version for inside, and perhaps a boot to replace these.

I have taken two bad falls in these Cabrios while carrying my toddler, skinning my knees badly both times. My previous pair of Sanitas -- a different style -- were much more stable (more of the sole actually touched the ground). These wobble too much, causing me to roll my ankles. Also, the outer edges of the heels are wearing down already, after only a few months. Alas, I can't recommend them.

I'm between sizes, so ordered 2 pairs of the Sanita Professional Cabrios. Sanitas are great in general - they have the original Dansko fit (when Dansko outsourced to a different manufacturer, they changed their style to a slightly higher "vamp"). Unfortunately the Sanitas I received look to have "been around the block" a few times. One pair came in a big generic cardboard box without any tags/labels/etc. The shoes have been worn enough to have stretched out noticeably to fit someone else's foot, though the sole is in good shape so it was probably only worn indoors. I don't mind receiving tried-but-unworn returns in good condition and original packaging. After all, I return bad fits myself all the time! But at some point, when the shoes have been worn, and the packaging etc has been lost or fallen apart, isn't it time to retire the shoes from circulation? Or pass them along to a discounter? I've ordered one more pair, just in case, but my hopes aren't high. These clogs are handmade, and people often try several pairs to find one that fits best. So, this is possibly one of those rare cases where it's best to try and buy in-person.

I have the Sanita bordeaux croco. I bought them because I loved the style and they fit so well, better than Dankso. I usually wear a size 8 shoe and the 39 fits perfectly. However, it's been less than 6 months of wearing them only on carpeted office floors a couple times a week and the croco squares are peeling off and they are not even presentable enough to wear to work anymore. Very disappointed. I may try a patent style or something without the croco design.

Too big/long. I am always a 41 in clogs (both sanita and dansko). These fit like 42s.

I ordered these hoping the newer sizing (reportedly narrower) would fit. Unfortunately still too wide for my medium/narrow foot. Might have worked with an insert but they were also very short. I am a 9/9.5 and normally wear size 41 in clogs (both Sanita and Dansko). But these felt like 40s in length. I also purchased a pair of 41 in black at the same time, in the same model clog - these were too big! Both too long and too wide. I was hoping to replace my current 10 year old Sanita clogs, also Professional Cabrio. They are size 41 but narrow width and perfect fit. I wear them 75% of the year and have had them resoled once and reheeled twice. The leather uppers are still in good shape but the sides of the soles are crumbling. I plan to try the narrow width again if I can find!

Entirely too small

I'm a size 6 so i ordered size 5.5-6. After i tried it on, it felt like a size 8. It was super oversized. I returned it.

I ordered a 5.5-6 wide and it felt like a full size bigger. The color was brown but looked like black. I returned it.

I tried the wide which was perfect in the toe box but huge on my instep and heel. I tried the medium width which was narrow in the toe box and perfect on the instep and heel. I own 2 pair of 38 medium sanita's, the fit on these shoes are off. My last Sanita's I've worn for 4 years for every shift as a 12 hour floor nurse. I love my old but I had to return the new ones, sadly...
