I love the footbed support! Just can't seem to find a size to fit. The inside is slippery and hard to keep on my feet - maybe terry cloth would be better.

The arch support is great! The sizing was off to me. I wear a 6-1/2 in SAS shoes so I ordered the 7 in these and they pushed on my toes. Returning these and ordered a size 8, not sure if they will fit right but I'm gonna give it a try. I think 7-1/2 would be perfect...but they don't come in 1/2 sizes.

I just sent away for my second pair of the Gemma Mule Slipper. The lining wore away on my first pair and my foot was sliding around. I have wide feet and I still needed to adjust the velcro to try to make them a little narrower. They are a bit clunky, but I have been advised not to walk barefoot due to plantar fasciitis. I like the warmth and the support. (I wish they would make more shoes in wide widths)!

Fit was right on with my other 2 Vionic sandals. The strap is adjustable so that solves the comments that it is too wide. I am only giving it 4 stars for how heavy they are. Therefore a bit loud when walking around in them. I wish they could make it lighter weight. But, it is good to get out of bed into something warmer. I am not sure how to clean them if they get dirty.

These were great from the moment I put them on. I'd wear them everywhere if I could. They have really helped my Plantar Fasciatis! They are so supportive. The fabric is a little scratchy and I normally wear a 9 1/2 but ordered a 9 and they are just right. I would definitely order these again.

I wear Vionic sandals all summer long to avoid foot pain in my forefoot and plantar fasciitis. I usually wear a WW in a regular shoe, so didn't know if these would fit. They fit fine - lots of room in the toe box and wonderful support, just like the sandals. I don't have any problem keeping them on, even going up and down stairs, but if you have a narrow foot, you'd need to try them - it might be an issue as some people have stated. They are mules, after all, and I do find myself shuffling a little, but hey, they are slippers! I just wish Vionic would use natural fibers and real leather. These are very plush but I know my feet would be happier and less sweaty in real wool shearling.

These are good slippers and do what they say- support the arch and heel. Like other Vionic products though they are very wide and run big, and my foot is on the wide side. As a result, and like other slippers, they don't stay on the foot well so don't plan to walk in them. they are for puttering around the house. I usually wear an 8 1/2 and the 8s were roomy on me. I don't think I need a 7 though so I kept them. Order a 1/2 to full size down.

For a slipper, these are great--really good support so my foot problems don't start just from walking around the house. I have had these for quite a while now, and they have stretched out a lot. I crank the strap over as far as it will go, and the slippers are still loose--dangerously loose on the stairs and carrying the baby. Also, the fabric started pulling soon after I got them. There are a couple bald spots from where the velcro pulled out some of the fuzzy fabric. These are still by far the best slippers I've had, but I'm thrilled to see that Vionic now makes a slipper boot, which I just ordered and can't wait to receive. I'm hoping they won't stretch out like these did and that they'll stay on my feet more securely long-term.

These shoes are great! Just what I needed for my daughter's first year of tap. The only thing noted is even ordering the moderate/wide width, it was still a little narrow for my daughter's wide foot.

Nice slipper with soft upper and hard sole. The sole is not as flexible as I would have thought. However, the arch support is very good and the adjustable velcro is convenient. I was having heel pain wearing my old slippers (Uggs) which had very worn soles with no arch support and I have had no problems with these. I think these will last longer then my older pair.

I love my slippers; I work from home so nice to have arch support around the house. Only drawback is you can't stick them in the washer.

I had previously gotten a size larger and thought that is why they were too large in the width. But when getting smaller size they are still wide. I have to put strap on the last part of Velcro and then it drags the ground. The heel bed is great if you have tall arches.

I have a tendency to plantar fascia and recently fractured my fifth metatarsal so needed something with support but not too tight. These fit the bill. In my view they need to be worn with socks. Otherwise they tend to be too slippery inside.

Finally, I have house shoes with enough arch support. No, they are not cushy on the bottom, but I am not sure how they could be and have enough arch support for my plantar fasciitis. They are warm, cozy, cute, and comfortable. As with all Orthaheel shoes, order a size smaller than your usual. I am usually a 6 and 5 in Orthaheel fits. My only complaint is that these run a little wide. They are loose across the top of the foot. If there was a way to make them more snug, they would be perfect. Also Zappos has the best shipping in the business. They top Amazon. How on earth they get shoes to me, in the middle of nowhere Kentucky, in less than 24 hours is beyond my comprehension. I love Zappos. I always choose them if the price comparison is close.

This is my second pair. Tried to order the exact slipper but do think there is a slight difference. Wear them around the house and they are very comfortable. I love the arch support which helps a lot. No more backaches, sore legs muscles or sore feet! I think with this pair they run true to size but even with the adjustment the fit, for me, needs to be a little tighter. They loosened up pretty fast after wearing them a short time. Other than that a very good slipper for arch support!

These fit great. I have only one complaint: the inside liner comes apart very easily. It is not treated with microban or anything, and not having a removable or replaceable liner means it can get gross after a bit.

I have very weak arches and my podiatrist recommended that I buy some flip flops and slippers with arch support to wear around the house. This pair is comfortable and quite warm. As others have said, the arch support is rather hard and unforgiving. Make sure you try them out in the house before deciding to keep them.

Overall a great slipper. I ordered my regular size 8 and found my foot moved around a lot and that it ran wide. I am returning them for a smaller size.

The arch support is great. Unfortunately, I have a narrow foot and this shoe runs wide. I would recommend for someone with an average width.

These provide the same support as other Vionic products. I found that with my plantar fasciitis I could no longer wear my regular Dearfoam slippers. These provide what I need and look much the same, except the toe is slightly bulbous. The velcro fastener is a plus.

It takes a while to adjust to these slipper as your foot forms the arch support. They have a Velcro adjustable side if you need additional room. Toasty warm, especially now that it's getting cooler. Firm sole.

I got these to address a problem with plantar fasciitis. These slippers have a very firm arch support, which took some getting used to. After a couple of weeks of use, I now find that they are pretty comfortable. They won't win any awards for style -- my husband makes fun of the way I look (duck feet!!), but that's okay with me since my feet are much happier. With regard to fit, I find that the length is to size, but the width is greater than expected, even with the velcro width adjustment.

Purchased these because of the orthodontic support in the slipper. They run big and had to return and ordered a smaller size. Still are a little wide but much better than the ones I had. Wished they would make a slipper with more side support rather than a slip on. The rep(Sarah) was a lot of help. Zappos does a amazing job with customer support!

I had a pair from 2 years ago that I loved, but it was time to update them as they were starting to fall apart! I am disappointed in these. They definitely feel more wide and almost too big for my foot, but it fits my length well, so I didn't try a lower size. I wish they would make a narrower slipper and still give me great arch support. I hate wearing my sneakers in the house, but I'm back to wearing them again as these just don't fit right.
