The footbed felt cheap like cloth covered cardboard. There was a dip under the big toe which didn't feel right. 1st time buying Vionic. Hoped for good supportive around the house slippers. Thought they would be better quality for the price. I returned them and will continue my search for slippers.

Although I love your shoes for the arch support and comfort the slippers are a bit too hard. I had hoped that the slipper would have the arch support which it does but the entire sole is extremely hard and not at all soft and comfortable for a house shoe.

I'm disappointed with this slipper. It looks nice. It is very well made. but...I cannot walk in them. My feet slip right out and the bottom of the slipper feels too hard. i feel like I am walking on the sidewalk.

Please make these with a shearling wool insole & top. Let me know ASAP when you do.

These slippers fit perfect! The problem is because the inside is also fuzzy my foot kept slipping and sliding. I truly felt I was going to loose my balance and fall.

I returned them because they don't stay straight when you walk. You have to scrunch your feet to keep them on. I need arch support and the arch didn't stay where it should stay as I walk. I needed more support like a full foot slipper. I am sure they're fine for people who just want a slipper and don't need support. This is my second return to Vionic. Their quality went down since they bought OrthoHeel or whatever change happened. I still wear my old OrthoHeel flip flops that have great support. I bought a new pair since Vionic and they were no support light cheaply made. Unfortunately this will be my last purchase with Vionic quality is gone. Not at all what it used to be.

My podiatrist recommended these slippers because of plantar fasciitis. I wanted to love them. Have worn fir a week and they are causing my back to hurt very bad.I believe its because I am struggling to walk in them. They are so hardyes the arch feels good against my foot but there needs to be something (padding) between the hard arch and your foot.the shoe does not give at all for comfort so in turn your foot gets sore. I would gladly try another style if available but sadly will have to return this one. The thought was good but needs to be perfected for comfort also .

I want to like these but they are hard as a rock - I wish the support had a little softness to go with it. I'm trying to wear them a little at a time to see if I can get used to them. I've had them a month and so far and can only wear them for short periods because they are so hard and affect my back.

I have had Vionic slippers for years...unfortunately they no longer sell my favorite ones that I have been wearing for 2 years now. So I had to order different ones and decided to try these. I did not like them at all. The velcro area that goes over the foot does not hold down firmly enough so I felt like I had to walk differently just to keep my foot inside the slipper. I also prefer having something around my ankle as well. So these I had to return unfortunately. I wish they still sold my favorite slippers!

I bought these slippers two months ago. They are very comfortable but the fabric on the foot bead has started to tear and holes have worn through. Disappointed with the quality of the fabric. For the price they should not wear through in two months.

I bought this shoes less than 1 month ago. Initially they felt great and helped with my plantar fascitis pain. But very soon the fabric on the inside the shoe started fraying. The shoes seem to have expanded and the arch support doesn't feel as good anymore. Disappointed it has worn out within 1 month.

Bought this slipper but was very disappointed. Not only does the shipper run wide but the Velcro tabs are misplaced so that you cannot tighten the slipper to hug your foot.

Sad to say the slippers did not meet my expectations because I always purchase the flip flops and have great luck. My feet hurt with the slippers especially my heel. Now I know and will not purchase again other than flip flops.

I was hoping these slippers would work as I had surgery and needed a quick slip on. I sent them back. The arch hit in the wrong spot and they felt cheap and wouldn't stay on my feet.

these are harder than i thought they would be . i bought them a month or so ago i like the support in the arch but the rest of is hard

Thought this slipper would help with comfort in my heels. It is a heavy slipper. When I wore it my lower back ached every time. Disappointed.

I purchased these slippers from a different website. They are very comfortable and I don't want to think about being without them for even a day! I love the leopard print. My 'BUT' is because it's hard to believe that a company that prides itself in foot health would make slippers without a removable insole that can be easily washed. The poor health practice of having to wear slippers that can't be easily washed can't be a good thing. I've tried spot washing them with a damp cloth but that no longer works. They need a good cleaning! I tried hand washing and they are taking days to air dry. I've had to be without them for 3 days now. I had them out in the sun today but there weren't enough hours to dry them.PLEASE make removable slipper insoles that we can use in these Gemma slippers...PLEASE!!!Our foot health depends on this.Thank you.

I loved these slippers and decided to invest in them. The arch support is wonderful and the traction on the exterior foot sole is great. I got them in July 2017 and two months later the insole fabric began to wear out and tore thru in addition to becoming smelly. I would like to say they were wonderful up until that time but I believe Vionic should be making removal/washable insoles for these slippers.. I am very disappointed in how they wore out on the insoles so quickly for the money spent on these slippers. I would also recommend that you wear socks with these slippers....kind of defeats the purpose of a good slipper though.
