I have worn Vionic sandals for years, own many pairs and love them. I was looking for a comfortable houseshoe that would give me good arch support for plantar fasciitis and keep my feet warm during the winter months. These shoes provide good support and keep my feet warm, but they are stiff and not the easiest to walk in. I am keeping them, but they are not as comfortable as my other pairs of Vionics. For that, I am only giving them a 3 star rating. I normally wear an 8 1/2 narrow. I ordered a size 9 and they fit well.

These are soft house shoes with support - exactly what I was looking for! I wore them for three days around the house in crazy cold temps and they kept my feet warm and my back didn't hurt. However, I'm disappointed with how the slipper has held up. The material is soft and comfy but gathers lint and 'crushes' easily. The slippers already look like I've had them for three years versus three days. I'm worried if I keep them and wear them daily the entire shoe will break down more and I'm not ok with that. I wanted to love them but they're going back. Thanks, Zappos for excellent service.

These used to be my favourite slippers because of the comfort and arch support, however, the pair I received is not as comfortable as they way they used to be made. The part that presses against my instep is hard and uncomfortable and there seems to be much less cushion in the forefoot of the slipper. Hoping they make a slipper that has more cushion under foot and across the instep again. (I have high arches and high insteps)

I ordered these slippers then didn't wear them for 2 months as I debated keeping them. The fit, width, and support was good even with a large bunion and several hammertoes to deal with. They are easy on and off. The major downside to them is the sole fabric is hot, and makes my feet sweat almost as soon as I put them on, and it is irritating to the soles of my feet. They have a sturdy sole and I would have given them more stars if the fabric on the soles wasn't so uncomfortable.

I have high arches and found this slipper to have a significant arch support. It is not a soft support, though the rest of the slipper felt fine. I found that the arch support caused my heal to slip around as I was walking. I don't have balance issues, but I also don't want to think about every step I take. They were overall not that comfortable. I'm sticking with my Sketchers slippers with a cushioned arch support insert.

they provide support, but the rubber/vinyl soles smell terrible. I've given them a day to outgas and its not going away. So I am returning.

The fabric was very soft to begin with but really starts to pill inside after a little wear. After about 6 months of wear the fabric inside becomes a little harder and it’s not as soft as it was in the beginning and is uncomfortable. I do like that the top is adjustable and the outside has stayed soft. It’s appropriately firm and has arch support. When I need to look for a new slipper, I probably won’t get this one again.

I love the arch support of Vionic shoes. However, these slippers felt too wide and therefore i did not benefit from the support. I wish they would fit a bit more snug around the foot.

They made my feet hot..sending back because of this.

This slipper was quite comfortable, until I tried walking in it. I could not adjust the velcro to prevent the shoe from slipping off my foot. Unfortunately, it will be returned. The length of the slipper was true to size.

These are too big. This makes it pretty precarious for me going up and down the stairs. I wear a 9.5 and these don't come in half sizes. So I ordered 10. I figured they'd be a little long, but I didn't figure they would be so wide. I've adjusted the velcro tabs to get it to stay on my feet. I've worn them for a couple weeks, because I wasn't really sure. But now that the fluff has compacted inside, it really is too big. If you have wide/plump feet, these will work better for you.

I really wanted to like these slippers. I have read so many good things about them. But unfortunately they will be going back. They do not come in 1/2 sizes. This was a touch too small but the next size up would be too big. They also run too wide. I always wear Medium width but my foot is a touch wide. These were too wide for me so my foot was sliding around. The arch support is excellent - almost too much if you don't want that. The sole is a sturdy rubber which I really liked so that I could run out into the garage or mailbox if I had to.

I have had problem with shoes having a plush interior - the material fattens and forms a ridge at the base of my toes which results in blisters/irritation after a few months wear. I anticipate a similar problem with these slippers.

Roomy fit, ordered a half size smaller than my usual size, and had plenty of room in width. I was able to tighten width some by adjusting Velcro tab on sides. I liked the soft terry cloth style fabric. I wish they had worked for me. Unfortunately, I had to return them because the prominent and firm arch support was painful for my feet.

I bought the shoe to wear in the house, am retired so am often there all day. Have plantar fasciitis. the only problem was that arch support was not at all supple and did not conform to my arch. That with the very stiff sole was not comfortable. Have ordered a different brand and style ... hope they fit. ZAPPOS is the best. Have worn Asics Gel Cumulus 20 for 2 years, they are great, but want a slide to wear in house ... on my picky, picky feet.

I purchased these slippers because of the idea of "excellent arch support" but this shoe is over the top. The arch is too high for me, and the sole is hard and unforgiving. The heel is too high, higher than most of my "day" shoes, so it pushes my body forward as I walk. I felt like I was not stable in these shoes. Also, you should know that the velcro adjustment is limited, and if you pull it too tight (I had to do this as the fit was too wide) the tab will scrape the floor. I wanted some house shoes with more support than the usual ones, so I'll keep looking.

Couldn’t walk, too loose

Zappos recommended a 9, but they are too big, I usually wear an 8 1/2 in a casual shoe like this....They are not soft and cushy like I was thinking they should be for house slippers, they are probably great if you wear your house slippers all day, outside and to the grocery store, but I just wanted something that was warm and comfy. Not a fan.

Not what I expected from Vionics. Heel slipped around and felt very little arch support.
