they did not have the arch support I needed and my feet slipped out - needs more of a grippy texture on the sole.

The arch support in these are GREAT. But they can get very hot, which is a bit frustrating and you can't wear without taking them off for long periods of time (but that may be ok if that is what you are looking for). I also find them to be very slippery on the bottom and a bit clucky...very noticeable that they were fit to be indoor slippers rather than indoor "shoes." Between the lack of ventilation a lack of grip, these are "ok" but not some of Vionic's best products

The slippers look nice, soft and comfortable, however, the hard sole hits my foot in the wrong spot and sometimes hurts; wish they would be a little softer

these slippers did not work for me, nothing wrong with them, I just can't keep that type of shoe on my foot. I ordered a booties pair that works great for me. No problems with return.

I love Vionic I especially love the arch support. But this style was very wide and the band on top was aggravating the top of my foot. Sorry, had to be returned.

Comfy with great arch! My only hestiation to order these slippers again is becasue they hold foot odor and it's tough if not impossible to get rid of. I so wish this was not a problem, because I truly do love the fit.

They are ok, they are a little heavy & the arch doesn't really fit in the arch of my foot & it's very hard.

These slippers fit great and provide the exact amount of support I was looking for. However, they shed like crazy; there's blue fuzz all over my house. And after wearing them every morning for about a month, they're STILL shedding. I hope they don't shed all the way down to the core of the footbed. For the cost, I'd have expected Vionic to use higher quality materials.

They are cute, but the sole is very hard like a shoe. I like a soft cozy slipper to sink my tired feet into at the end of the day. I returned them.

I've worn Vionics for years. The first pair I bought was manufactured in Spain. I have walked many a mile in those shoes and they are still good as new. However through the years, the quality of Vionics have been steadily declining. The only Vionics available for purchase now are manufactured in China. China is not known for producing quality products and this is definitely apparent in these shoes. The fit is considered "relaxed" which means it is neither a medium fit nor a wide fit. The quality of the fabric is very poor. I purchased 2 pairs of these and will be surprised if they last 3 months. Vionic's design is amazing for individuals needing arch support; however, the decline in the quality of their products has me out searching for another brand.

Cute but not very comfy. I don't find them supportive, not comfortable for a long time of standing or walking. I'm disappointed.

Hard to keep on with plantar fasciitis, I had to add a DIY blackstrap. Without a strap you must use your toes to keep the shoe on which irritates my PF. The slipper is hard but it does help my PF.

These were great slippers while they lasted. I have always worn them with socks, but inside is completely rubbed off down to rubber sole.

I sized down as suggested since I'm a half size and they were too small - my toes rubbed at the front. They were cute and appeared to be comfortable but not as much as a couple other styles I tried which were significantly better. They are lighter weight terry which was nice and they were cute and comfortable except for the toe issue.

I love the color and the arch is good. But the slippers are HEAVY and hard. Not comfy at all

I have been buying these slippers for years now. I love the comfort and support. The last pair I ordered was the pink ones and they did not hold up well. The fabric looked worn and beat up almost immediately. Very disappointing for the amount of money you pay for these slippers.

I have continuously purchased these slippers because I love the comfort and support. I was disappointed by last pair because the comfort was still there but the quality seems to have gone down hill. Fabric looked worn almost immediately after wearing. Expect better for the price. Loyal enough fan that I might try one more pair.

I've had these slippers for a few years now. They are far more supportive than the regular slippers you buy in shoe store. However, they just are so clunky when I walk, probably it's the lack of a back on the slipper. And they stretched out so fast. That's why the next slippery I bought was vionic, but it has a back so is a full slipper (tranquil slipper) though slipper doesn't have the same firm arch support that the Gemma mule does so I'll have to add more arch under the insole of the Tranquil.

I bought a pair last spring and they are starting to stink and my making my feet stink as well. I love Vionic but they need to come up with a way to wash slippers.

While I do love the comfort of these slippers I which the came in a narrow size. Even with the adjustable tab it's still not enough to keep my foot secure. I have tried some of their other slippers and have the same issue.
