I was excited to receive these -- they're one of only a handful of truly supportive shoes attractive enough that I want to wear them out of the house. The footbed seems great, like a cushy Chaco, but the edges of the leather straps is surprisingly rough. Perhaps more importantly, however, for those of us with narrow feet these simply aren't snug enough. The bands across the upper foot are way too loose. I could fit at least two fingers underneath them. By the time I adjusted the adjustable strap it was dragging on the floor. There are so many sport sandals made for those with wide feet (see, especially, Keen and Teva), can't someone (other than Chaco, whose designs are pretty limited and whose footbeds are fairly rigid) make something for narrow feet?

These sandals are great! I have plantar fascists and wanted a sandal that would give good support. These do the job and then some. The first two days my calves, thighs and ligaments around my knees were sore. I checked with my chiropractor to make sure that I wasn't being over aligned;. He said he wished all shoes were made with this support. They were helping me perfectly. After a week of almost exclusive wear, my PF symptoms are almost gone. When I do get a twinge in the heal, the cushion is an extra comfort. The channels in the foot bed take a little getting used to. I wish they were black. I do not like the grayish brown. They run large. I wear an 8.5 in running shoes, and bought a 7 in these sandals with a perfect fit.

Started wearing these sandals with minimal break in. Great arch support and comfort all day. Light weight, flexible and just plain fun to wear!

So very disappointed. I have four pair of the Tide style, and this footbed fits me just as well. The problem for my sensitive feet is the stiff straps. I'm glad they work for some, but I will have to send them back.

So I love these shoes. They are easy to slip on, but don't feel like they are slipping off. The straps are comfortable. I have worn these for hours with no uncomfortable rubbing. They feel very supportive, while also being super light-weight. I think they look cute as well. I plan to spend a lot of time happily knocking around in these lovelies this summer!

Ah, these are great sandals. They have a little different feel from my other Orthaheel sandals, but are equally, if not more, comfortable. Plus they are a bit more rugged and better designed for outdoor walking. Size 7 fits me just fine; I take from a 7 to 8 depending on the shoe, and have a squared-off, medium-wide foot. I don't run, but enjoy putting these on after being on my feet for a while in any other shoe. Oh, and they look nice enough for more citified outings as well. They aren't giving them away, but they are much cheaper than the Naot or Mephistos that offer similar comfort and style.

Love these sandals! Hurt my planters fascia and got them for arch support when not wearing big sneakers with orthotics. I usually wear an 8.5 in sandals, ordered the 9, ways too big, 8 fit perfectly, love the velcro adjustment on the high strap and love the big-toe strap, super comfortable! Will buy more Orthaheels from Zappos!

Another great Orthaheel shoe! These are a nice change from their usual style, with more of an outdoor water sandal feel. They come up higher, and the top strap is adjustable, which means they hug your foot and don't flip around like a normal flip-flop. They are very comfortable and have great arch support. I get lots of compliments when I wear them.

These shoes definitely took some getting used to but I really like them now. Follow the directions on how long to wear them though each day at first because I didn't and paid the price with sore muscles. Now they are very supportive and easy on my feet. And they don't fall of easily, which is nice in a sandal. Sometimes they do squeak but I'm hoping that will go away with wear. Normally I would get a 9-1/2 but I got a 9 and it fits perfectly.

Finally! A sandal that is comfortable. My feet turn in too much at the ankle, are flat through the arch, and I have a pin in the ankle holding on ligaments. This pair of shoes is excellent in dealing with all of those issues. The adjustable strap over the top of the foot is key in stopping that annoying slapping sound when you walk too!

Oh, I love these, but... My pinky toe is usually too short for sandals that have the strap across the forefoot. And sadly the same is true with this shoe. The strap ends up going between my pinky toe and my ring toe which looks quite odd, to say the least! But the comfort seems wonderful. The super soft heel spot seems like it would feel delicious. I have other Orthaheel styles and swear by the brand for people with PF. I am sadly going to return these and order a pair of the Cascade style; same recovery technology with that sweet little heel spot. I usually wear a 10.5 to 11; the 10 fit me perfectly.

I love these sandals, I have two pairs. They are the only shoes that I can wear without pain. The only problem I have with them, is that after several months, the toe post breaks. This happened with both pairs. I can still wear them, but I think they should last longer than that.

So disappointed! I bought the Orthaheel Mojave a year ago and wore them last summer and part of this summer.. Now, the big-toe strap has broken away from the footliner of one of the shoes. I love the shoe but in South Dakota we can only wear them about 5 months (and not every day) out of each year so they weren't "over used." For the cost, I expected them last much longer!

Adore this Mojave shoe, already had it in taupe and now brown. Arch support is unbelievable for a sandal and a good break from good fitting sneakers. Already knew the shoe runs large especially after the leather cross-straps give with just slight wear. I wear 9 to 9.5 and take an 8 in this shoe, width great for bunions and adjustable top strap great for high arches! Both my sisters saw it at the beach and thought they were so cute, had to have a pair. I think there are cuter sandal styles, but not with this excellent support! Mojave style way better than the Orthaheel flip flop styles for arch support! Love them!

I would have kept these shoes as they were very comfortable, but the toe strap on one shoe was much shorter than the other and cut off the circulation to my big toe!!

As soon as I put them on I knew the footbed would be really good for my feet. I usually wear orthotics (for my high arches) in my regular shoes, so it's important that I have a good sandal for summertime that gives my feet the same support. These do the job! When I first tried them, the straps rubbed a bit uncomfortably on my feet, but within the first week this went away and they are now super comfortable.

This shoe provides excellent arch support and foot comfort as well as up to date styling. The toepost is much more comfortable than the traditional flip-flop toe support and does not flap when I walk.

They are wonderful! I have been searching for a comfortable sandal with a toe grip...hard to find! I highly recommend these and I'm planning on ordering the green ones as well! I'm usually a 9 but I ordered an 8 and it fits perfectly.

This sandal is wonderful! I have flat/fallen arches, and struggle with aching pain across them. This sandal was comfortable out of the box and helped tremendously. I ordered the lavender color as well, and that sandal ran slightly larger than the taupe color. On the lavender one, the velcro strap was almost dragging the ground. I also ordered the Kinetic thong, and it has a higher arch bed than this one. Over time I found the higher arch helped me more.

Amazing sandal. I love it - the only problem is that my feet sweat a little in them because of the foot bed. If it was a little more breathable, it would be perfect.

I really liked the look of the sandal, and suspect it would have provided good support. Unfortunately the adjustable strap is far to long for my foot. When I got it adjusted to the snugness I liked, there was about an inch dragging on the floor. Am sure that could have been fixed, but didn't want to spend the money.

This is my third pair of Orthaheel shoes. Last Fall my heel became too painful to walk on, especially first thing in the morning. I found out I was experiencing planter fascia. I went to the local healthy shoe store and then to my acupuncturist. He resolved the pain in one foot, but the other still bothered me. I searched the web for shoes that I could wear without pain. Just a couple of days after wearing my first pair of Orthaheel's my pain was gone! Fast forward to spring, now I need warm weather shoes. I don't usually like sandals with a toe strap, but decided to give them a try. They are wonderful. I have tried my beloved Keen's again this year, but the pain returned, alas. I have a high instep and the adjustable strap allowed me instant comfort, without any break-in period.

Love Orthaheel, It's the only shoe I will ever wear. I have a heel spur and p.f. and wearing Orthaheel is the way for me to go. Wonderful shoe.
