If you like the Tide sandal, you will love this! Firm arch and heel support. I just ordered a 2nd pair!

Just what I was looking for for work but...I don't need that Orthaheel. I wore around the house for a few minutes and my hips started to hurt. They would be great for someone with that issue. I'm sadly returning!

These shoes provide excellent arch support and the firm cushioning I needed in a work shoe. The only problem I have is the shoe has no stability at the ankle which allows your ankle to "roll side to side." I wish they would also use leather as the footbed causes my feet to sweat. Overall I give it 4 stars.

Arch support and toe bed width is great. Design of top of shoe cut into my large toe joint. So if you have any toe joint, metatarsal problems this probably won't work

I ordered a size 9 since I'm generally an 8-1/2 or 9 size depending on the shoe style. I was swimming in the 9 - even with thick socks on. While the arch and shoe bed felt wonderful (I have plantar fasciitis), the shoes seemed more clunky looking than in the pics. Not sure if a size 8 would have been less bulky. Since I have issues with my foot, I think it best to go to a local retailer of these shoes and at least try several sizes/styles and then (depending on price diff) come back to Zappos and order what I was able to try on in the store. If they would have fit, I think I would have rated them 5-stars in most categories.

I tend to have wide feet and I'm always looking for a cute comfortable shoe. This was just what I was looking for.

I normally wear a 6 1/2. I I ordered the 6 and it was way too big. I returned for the 5. That fit my foot better. The arch was perfect. But the top of the shoe dug into my big toe. Ouch! I'm sure it's just me as that is the toe I had surgery on. Lots of room for all of your toes. I'm bummed to have to send it back.

The company recommends sizing down if you are a half size, but that did not work for me. I wear an 8 1/2, and I ordered an 8, and they were much too short. I didn't have a problem with the width. I am returning them for a larger size.

At first, I thought these great shoes would work. When I tried them on the second time, they hurt the balls of my feet. I'm very sorry because they are very attractive shoes.

Ummmm, well I liked these the first few months and received many compliments. But this morning I noticed both straps were loose. Upon closer look the elastic that attaches to the buckle (makes them comfortable by stretching) is failing. This is happening on both shoes which tells me the elastic is cheap. Not sure if this is fixable on a sewing machine. May have to try by hand. Either way I pay a hefty price on shoes and they last me years. However, this has not lasted me but the summer season and I only wore them once a week! Disappointed!

This is my 2nd pair of Orthaheels. The footbed in this shoe is not the same as my 1st Talia sandal. I am so disappointed. I love the Talia sandal. My heel pain disappeared completely. I bought these mules to wear to work. I stand on my feet all day. I have given them a week, but I think I will have to return them. It's a shame to change the footbed on these shoes. The size fit perfectly. The toe box had plenty of room.

This would be a nice shoe if it were in leather. I really didnt like the embroidered flowers on it.

These shoes were ugly...and so uncomfortable! I usually love Zappos shoes but these were not good!

These shoes are not for me... I didn't like anything about them! From the picture I thought they were cute but in person, not so much!

These shoes are awful. They are not even leather, and for this price they should be. I am a 6½ and I ordered a size 7. They are way to big. I should have returned them, but I did not because I really needed some shoes (my fault there). The still arch support took forever to break in. Do not waste your money on these puppies.

Cheap, Painful Shoes! Upon reading all the good reviews, I bought these shoes and have tried numerous times wearing them, as directed, but they have only made my feet worse! I have low arches/pronation and each time after wearing these shoes, I have shin splints and aching calves. Not only that, they are VERY CHEAPLY made! I have owned them 4 months tops, and the material has started to fray along the top front edges. They look terrible. Too much money for man made, cheap, uncomfortable shoes. Never again, Orthaheel! :( F- P.S. Zappos always gets an A++++, though! :)

I tried these on at a store to be sure of the correct size. They fit and feel great. Unfortunately I feel they are cheaply made - especially for the price tag. This is my first day wearing them (to work at an office job) and they're already showing wear. The color and pattern are thinly printed on a white overlay. The side of the shoe where the buckle hits has already worn through the printed surface and now I have a white patch - also where I brushed the toe up against a box. I suppose I'm stuck with these since they've been worn. A waste of money. Should have just ordered the insoles that I could place in a much more inexpensive (leather) shoe!

After two months of moderate wear the soles are coming off. I love my Orthaheel sandals and am wearing them with comfort and quality! The shoes not so much. I purchase 2 pair of shoes, different styles and both are doing the same thing. Yes, I can glue them or have them resoled but really - after 2 months? I tried to contact Orthaheel but cannot get them to respond. Very disappointing.

I LOVE these shoes! They are pretty AND comfortable! These are my first Orthaheel shoes and I REALLY love them. I have been a devoted Merrell shoe fan, but now will consider these shoes right up there with the same quality and comfort as Merrells. These shoes have made a believer out of me in the quality and comfort of Orthoheels. I am almost fifty and wondering why my feet hurt so much when I am only half a century old! These shoes are AWESOME! Love 'em and will buy more!

Takes a while to break in, but most shoes do. Comfy and I think will be good for my feet. Cute shoes.

Love these shoes, have them in 3 colors. Great arch support, light weight. I loads of complements on them. The pink color is more neutral than you might think.

Very comfortable, lightweight and super cute. Orthatheel has been great for my Plantar fasciitis. Great arch support for such a cute shoe.

Best shoes I have owned, and I have owned a LOT of shoes. Bought these mules because they are adorable (got the pink ones) but am never taking them off because they are so danged comfortable. LOVE LOVE LOVE. Only wish Orthaheel made more shoes like these mules (e.g. a cute oxford) instead of the grandma-looking geriatric orthopedic styles they favor for shoes. Lots of cute Ortha sandals, but their shoe collection needs work.
