I actually really like these shoes. I have had them for 6 months and am just now getting around to maybe needing a new pair. I wear them daily including to the hospital where I work 12hr shifts on my feet. They are not cushioned on the inside like described but that is okay. The toe box is wide enough that I don't feel my toes rubbing on seams inside. My feet don't hurt like they use to and neither do my knees or hips. If these are going to be your first pair of Orthaheels it will take you up to a week to get use to wearing them. At 6 months it seems like the insole is beginning to break down a little because there are spots now that are wearing to brown inside my shoes (not the black it was upon purchase). Despite this they are still comfortable but are just getting maybe a little loose so here comes a new pair.

Not a style I would pick, but I chose Orthaheel for the excellent arch support. Happy with my purchase. You can't lose with the Zappos shipping policy.

Cute and comfortable. Leather is a little stiff so break-in period necessary. Follow brand instructions to wear briefly for a few days -- your muscles can really get sore. Very good support for the foot.

I like the style of the shoe, but the size 6 I ordered felt a whole size larger. The arch also hit my foot in an odd place. I don't know if it was because of the size difference or if my foot and this shoe just were not meant for each other.

Great shoes! A little hard to get used to at first; wear them on short trips in the beginning.

These shoes are comfortable, but like others have mentioned, it feels like the arch insert isn't in the right place. They're too far back. However, they are still better than having aching feet at the end of the day. They are a little wider than they should be as well. I wish they'd make them as comfortable as their slippers!

It is a cute shoe and good arch support but it felt like the heel is lower than the front and it made me walk funny.

Weird shoe...that is all I can say. Cute but weird. Returning it. One shoe was way wider than the other.

These shoes are so cute. I really wanted them to work out. Surprisingly, the cut rubbed my skin raw in the area of my repaired bunion.

I read the reviews on this shoe. They were good. I have plantar Plantar Fasciitis. I thought this shoe would provide me with great arch support and I would be able to wear it to teach in. I was wrong. I really tried to give it a shot. My feet hurt so bad at the end of the day I walked like a crippled person. It killed the ball of my foot, and now I think I might have to go to see a Podiatrist. I am going to get some Nike Shoxx. I'll put an arch support in it and forget the cute look for now. These were cute, but comfort is way more important to me than cute! Zappos Customer service was outstanding. Thank You Zappos. You have made a believer out of me, and I am going to order from you more often!

An excellent shoe for those with plantar fasciitis...for me it is comfortable and stylish. I wear them instead of "bedroom slippers" but would wear them "out" as well.

After trying on Orthaheel sandles in my local shoe store, I came home and immediately ordered this style. After just a few minutes my heel pain was gone. This brand is wonderful.

I bought these to wear to work for business casual and I really like them! They have great support and are very comfortable. I normally wear a size 11 and bought these in a 10 because they run a little big.

I was going on vacation and wanted a comfortable pair of shoes. These take a little time to get use to because of the orthotic, but it's worth it very comfortable shoe. I ordered a second pair in beige and I love them.This was my first order with Zappos and the service is so fast I will definitely use again.

I have these in every color. Great arch support, looks classy and I can wear it in the public speaking venues I frequent. Excellent shoes! Helps my plantar fasciitis.

I love this shoe. This is my favorite Orthaheel. It looks good with pants skirts and shorts. I get lots of complements. Because of Plantar Faciitis I cannot walk without my Orthaheels. Great customer service from Zappos too!

These are a cute casual shoe. Can be worn with skirts or slacks. Nice support. The etched flowers are a pretty touch. They do feel a bit short in length to me, but they are comfortable in the try on period.

I love these! I already have the other style, the flip-flops. They are very comfortable. I have worn out a few pairs of them. I thought that I would try these. They fit perfectly, are same size that I got in the flip-flops (10). I have no trouble keeping them on (some of this style tend to fly off my feet, not these). I did adjust the straps all the way down to its tightest. My feet are very narrow though. These are winners for me, anyway.

These are great shoes. Cute, and they have the excellent Orthaheel built right in. I bought them for work, but find myself wearing them around the house.

Great sole, arch support is very good. Shoes are cute, casual, a little bit hippie. I recommend them for comfort and quality.

I've been having a hard time with heel pain and am very glad to have found Orthaheel. They are really helping and so far I've bought 4 pairs.

I love this shoe...from the instant I put it on! Perfect fit, very comfy...wore it all day. Does have high arch support...good for me! Was surprised to see that it was not leather...still don't know what it is made of...more like a plastic, a little put off by this at first. But, once I put the shoe on, they became my new fave for spring/summer. I will order another pair in black!

These arrived just yesterday and I am already in love. My first pair of Orthaheels were sandals that I have worn even in cold weather because they were the only shoe that not only did not hurt my plantar fasciitis, but seemed to help. The MD prescribed orthotic actually caused a nerve problem, with resulting burning and cramping in my big toe, and that too does not bother me while wearing either pair of my Orthaheels. I keep looking for more styles and eventually I plan to throw out all my other shoes and just have Orthaheels in my closet! Thank you Orthaheel.

This shoe saved my life! I know that sounds dramatic, but I can walk again. I have plantar fasciitis in both feet and bone spurs on both heels. I read about Orthaheel through a blog I read online. I went to Zappos (love Zappos) and read reviews. I bought these and loved them instantly. Sometimes, when I am on my way to work, I think I have forgotten to change out of my slippers. That's how comfortable and cushy they are. My only complaint is, why oh why don't they make these in leather? Please make them in leather! Do not hesitate to buy this shoe.
