These shoes are very cute and comfortable. I wear a half size, so had to go up to the next full size...the fit is fine. I got these (and a few other Orthoheel shoes, slippers) because my feet were hurting. After wearing Orthaheel for about a week, my feet were much better. The arch support in these shoes seem to make the difference.

These shoes will grow on you (not the cutest, but definitely functional and therapeutic). The arch support makes them great! This high arch girl loves the Orthaheel line.

An amazingly comfortable Mary Jane style shoe... even for one with a bunion. Great arch support. Wish they had a hundred more styles and colors!

These are seriously awesome shoes. I have to work on cement floors all day, and these keep me going. I have plantar fasciitis and these mules make it possible for me to work. If you're vacillating, just go for it. You won't be sorry. Now that the snow's here, I'm looking at Orthaheel shoes.

I plan to use my Orthaheel Melissa Mule as my everyday fall/winter shoes when I run errands because they're light and comfortable and much better looking than tennis shoes if you want to look a little more pulled together. These are my first pair of shoes from Orthaheel. Like previous reviews, I had to get used to the support's feel. It initially feels like there's a lump on the inner side of the arches. I used them inside my house from the time I received them in the early evening until bedtime. The next morning, I put them on and they didn't feel as weird as the prior day. This is my third day putzing around in them, and they feel very comfortable. I don't seem to notice the "lump" anymore. I wear medium-width shoes. These feel wider than normal, but I think that's what makes them feel so comfortable. Besides, I adjusted the straps so I wouldn't feel like I was walking out of them. The shoes are actually cute, considering they are orthotic shoes. I like the Mary-Jane look, especially because they can show off my cute winter socks collection. I especially love the ease of sliding in my feet into the shoes with no problem...almost like flip flops!

These shoes are not the sexiest ones in the world but, they are cute enough! Very comfortable shoes; I walk a lot with my job in public relations so they are my go to shoe. Thumbs up! Get some!

I am so happy with my purchase. I work in the OR and on my feet for a minimum of 10 hours a day. My heel pain has improved greatly and has a super arch! I will buy these shoes again.

This is my third pair of Orthaheels. I love these shoes. They are so comfortable I can shop in them. I have tendonitis and plantar fasciitis in one foot and capsulitis in the other foot. These shoes are incredibly comfortable.

I love Orthaheel shoes! And I like to buy them on Zappos - great shipping policy and speed shipping. These mules are great. They have amazing arch support and look really cute. They have that great Orthaheel footbed that has so greatly helped my Plantar Fasciitis. They fit just like the sandals and are pretty true to size.

Best shoe ever. As a rule, I don't like black shoes, but these look great. And they feel great. First Orthaheel I've bought but I have to put this shoe ahead of FitFlops and SoftWalk. True to size and so comfortable. No flopping and no slipping.

Order these on Sunday and they arrived Tuesday afternoon. Today is Wednesday, and I'm wearing them and absolutely loving them. They might actually be more comfortable than the 3 pairs of Orthaheel sandals that I already have. I love my Birkenstocks (I have 5 pairs), but the Orthaheels seem to have just a bit more cushioning - making them more comfortable when I leave the office for my part-time retail job. I highly recommend the Melissa mule.

Very comfortable, wide toe box, excellent arch support with deep heel cup. One of the few shoes that eases my heel spurs. Also like the Orthaheel walker. Wish they made a low dress pump.

I have plantar fasciitis on and off in both feet. I wore Orhtaheel sandals all last summer, they have some really cute ones.They were great, and I did a lot of walking on vacations. No pain. So who could resist a closed shoe for chillier weather? These are just as comfortable as the sandals, although I do wish they would come in wide since I have a small bunion that sometimes rubs, but socks help. I love them and can't wait to buy the ankle boots they make for winter.

Very pleased with this shoe. I wore them to work today without much break in, and I was comfortable all day. Cute, comfortable and they come with a 30 day guarantee! I've had to return a lot of shoes lately so I'm sure Zappos is as happy as I am that I finally found some that work.

I love these shoes. They feel strange for a few minutes each morning until my foot muscles relax. Then they feel great the rest of the day and I have a lot of trouble finding shoes that don't hurt!

So comfortable and cute. I get loads of compliments. Zappos should carry the purple, which I had to order directly from Orthaheel.

As a physical therapist and runner with a bone spur I have to say these shoes are wonderful! Great arch support to promote proper biomechanics with standing and walking. Excellent cushioning and support. Comfortable!

I love this shoe. I have several pair of Orthaheel and like them for the excellent support. I used to have pain in my feet and my knees. I wear Orthaheel all the time and, no pain. This style did not disappoint and they're so cute. Orthaheel continues to improve their styles and it's just great!

I actually really like these shoes. I have had them for 6 months and am just now getting around to maybe needing a new pair. I wear them daily including to the hospital where I work 12hr shifts on my feet. They are not cushioned on the inside like described but that is okay. The toe box is wide enough that I don't feel my toes rubbing on seams inside. My feet don't hurt like they use to and neither do my knees or hips. If these are going to be your first pair of Orthaheels it will take you up to a week to get use to wearing them. At 6 months it seems like the insole is beginning to break down a little because there are spots now that are wearing to brown inside my shoes (not the black it was upon purchase). Despite this they are still comfortable but are just getting maybe a little loose so here comes a new pair.

Not a style I would pick, but I chose Orthaheel for the excellent arch support. Happy with my purchase. You can't lose with the Zappos shipping policy.

Cute and comfortable. Leather is a little stiff so break-in period necessary. Follow brand instructions to wear briefly for a few days -- your muscles can really get sore. Very good support for the foot.

I like the style of the shoe, but the size 6 I ordered felt a whole size larger. The arch also hit my foot in an odd place. I don't know if it was because of the size difference or if my foot and this shoe just were not meant for each other.
