My husband's absolute favorite running shoes. He wears them all the time. The regular TRs don't come in nice colors anymore and he'd always get soggy socks running through wet grass with the originals. These are perfect for the many conditions we're in and the yellow/gray looks fantastic.

I absolutely love this shoe! I have bought two pairs thus far and am getting ready to buy my third and last. The shoes are very comfortable, are easy to clean, are 100% water resistant and are very breathable. The shoes are very flexible and with the help of the stabilizers on the outside rims of the shoe offer great support and stability. Overall I give it 5 stars.

First off, I think the sizing standard for all shoes is arbitrary anymore. My foot is 10.25" long which equates to an 8.5 shoe according to standard sizing charts but I wear a 9.5-10. these shoes are exactly what I've come to expect from a 9.5, they fit perfectly. As far as running shoes go, these are great for a morning jog but not a marathon or sprinting. They are very light weight and water resistant (nice feature!). Would i buy these again? I'm not a nike fan as I've always found their shoes to lack acceptable cushion but the nike free line has always held a place on my shoe rack since it's inception.

All in all, I like these shoes. I live in Michigan and have to walk through some nasty slushy, snowy, wet stuff some days so I bought these because of the added insulation, waterproof outer and supposedly better traction. I prefer these over boots because of the added flexibility of trainer. Highs: warm, waterproof/resistant, lightweight, cushioned Lows: not for over pronators, traction, too flexible for my taste.

These shoes are just awesome. Although it feels funny at times. But overall it is an incredible comfortable shoe. Although the inside of the shoe would be better if it was made with a more of a polyester/mesh style. Overall, I highly recommend it.

I really want to like these shoes but they are just ridiculously sized. I usually wear a 10 1/2 or 11 so I got these in an 11 1/12 and they are still way too narrow and my toe is against end. Would return them for a 12 to see if it works but they aren't in stock. :(

This was a decent pair of running shoes. They are definitely all weather resistant, however for me (flat feet), they were not the best. I probably should have researched it further before purchasing them. I have the Brooks Adrenaline now and they are working wonders.

I've long used minimalist running shoes, as close to barefoot as possible. However, for me, such shoes don't work well in the frigid New Hampshire winters. The Nike Free TR2 Winter is not as light and flexible as a true minimalist shoe, but it is a good compromise between minimalist feel and warmth and traction. I've also found that as I put more miles on the shoe, it is loosening up and feeling more flexible. This shoe is a good choice if you like to run minimalist in the winter but need more warmth and protection against wetness. In spring, summer, and fall, I will switch back to a true minimalist shoe.

Just put in my first couple miles in these now-discontinued runners from Nike. They seem to fit the bill for outdoor winter running in Alaska. Warm, good traction over snow and ice, lightweight and comfortable. What else do you want? Get a pair while you can.

A little small. I've worn Nike Free Run+ size 11 for the past 2 years. I'd recommend 1/2 size larger.

I was looking at these sneakers for a few weeks and I finally ordered them! I decided on the Black/Challenge Red/Cool Grey.I got them the next day, thanks to overnight shipping from VIP Zappos! I read some reviews before ordering and knew some people said they ran a little small. I went ahead and ordered my regular size. When I got them, they were a little small. I called Zappos and asked for an exchange. I went with a 1/2 bigger than what I would normally order. I got the second pair and they fit fine now. I swapped out the red laces for some black ones and they look even better now!

Not at all like the Nike Free TR regular shoes. Floppy back heel, overall lower quality, fabric supports instead of plastic support from bottom arch wrapping around shoe.
