Saw these in a magazine and had to get them because I thought they were so cute! Did research on the reviews on Zappos to see what size to get. I'm usually an 8 1/2, so I ordered the 39. Perfect with socks. I'll probably have to put in those little heel inserts if I choose to go sock-less. Nice and wide in the toe area. So glad I got them!

A cross between a clog and a converse or vans type sneaker. I bought my regular size and out of the box they were too snug to wear with socks but without socks they fit like my clogs. I think the canvas may stretch with wear, so I'm happy and they seem like a great summer slip-on.

Sadly, not wide enough for my foot, even when I ordered a size up. My instep was too high. Back they go. Cute shoe, though!

I really needed a pair of comfortable shoes for work and these have done well for me. I usually find the Dansko styles a bit clunky but these ones are pretty cute. They fit loosely, due to the European sizing, but worn with socks are fine.

I absolutely loved the first pair of Volleys I purchased which lasted over 10 months! I have a job where i am on my feet for 8 hours and put in between 6-8 miles of walking a day. I purchased a second pair and was highly disappointed when after less than a month the seams started pulling out around the toe cap. The second pair also fits much different and does not have the same support as my original pair.

I was really excited to try these shoes after reading all the great reviews but I've found them very disappointing. I needed a shoe I could wear for work, I am on my feet the whole day on hard floors. I tried these for 2 weeks and my feet have never hurt worse in my life. I'm going to have to buy something else.

The canvas wore completely through (to the point where there are holes and my toe pokes out) after only one year of light wear (average about twice a week). I enjoyed them, but I expected them to be more durable.

These are just an okay shoe that I returned because I didn't feel they were cushioned enough for me and also because they were narrower than I expected. I do a lot of traveling and didn't feel these shoes would be a comfortable all day shoe.

I purchased these for work because I like slip-on shoes, and these do have a really comfortable sole. However, I do not like the canvas. I had the leather uppers, and they are easier to clean and slip on well. These do not slip on. I have to work them on. I spend more time getting these on than I would if they had laces. Ugh. Also, the canvas fades. It's not super terrible, but the others remained a true black during the duration of their use.

I wore Dansko for years while teaching and decided to invest in several new shoes to try to ease the foot, knee and back pains. Having bought two of the Volley, I recommend the suede leather upper rather than this canvas model because the canvas does not offer strong enough support. It also seems to have a harder footbed than the suede. It is an easy shoe to use for going to the grocery or other short trips but I would not select it for all-day wear. However, everyone has different feet and you may be just fine with the canvas Volley. My feet pronate, are flat and have had heel spurs. Many years of long distance running probably contributed extra stress. The canvas Volley will not give the same support as the Professional but the suede model will come close.

I bought the Volley to use as my summer Dansko but found they fit much differently than the "winter" styles. I ordered the same size I always do in a Dansko - 39 - but found I could not get my foot into it without using a shoe horn. The "rise" at the top of shoe comes up very high. I probably should have ordered a 40 to try but didn't because they are too large in other Dansko styles. Once they are on your foot, they are comfortable but it's getting them on that is the big issue! I have to fight with them! Not sure I would buy this style again.

Very very tight across the top of the foot. Very hard to get your foot in without a shoe horn. But once you get your foot in, it is very comfortable.

I own 6 pairs of Danskos and I love them! Unfortunately these run on the tight side. Sending them back.

I love the look of these shoes, but I found them to stretch quite a bit after wearing them. The 40 felt too big and the 39 too small. I love Danskos and usually fit perfectly into a 40 and even though they are loose, feel great. These feel like they fall off of me.

I love Danskos, thought these were so cute. Not the same arch support as usual. After a few days of wearing them my heels were killing me. Super cute, but not the same support.

Maybe I'm picky, but I'm actually returning these. I bought another pair of shoes at the same time, and that pair is so much better that I can't bring myself to keep these. I ordered them in red, but I'm not happy with the brick-like color; I was hoping for more of a cherry red. Of course, some others may love it. I also don't find them as comfortable as my other Danskos, although they are certainly not bad.

These shoes are very narrow. I have other Dansko shoes that fit perfectly but these were ridiculously narrow. Sadly they will have to be returned.

I am a big fan of Dansko and have worn the professional clogs for the past few winters. They're my absolute favorite shoes, so I was really excited when I saw this summer version and I ordered them right away. After reading the reviews, I ordered a full size smaller than my other Danskos. They were still pretty loose, but I decided to keep them because they are so cute and because of my great experience with my other Danskos. I figured I would just put some insoles in them and make them work. When I bougth the insoles and was cutting them to fit, I realized that the left shoe is a full half size larger than the right shoe! Because they were both so loose I didn't notice the difference right off. At that point I had worn them outside one time and gotten them dirty so I couldn't return them (my fault). So now I'm stuck with a pair of shoes that I'm really disappointed in. I did a lot of research of reviews (not just on Zappos but other sites as well) and the consensus seems to be that Dansko used a different manufacturer for this model and the quality isn't what it should be. If there were a way to fix the sizing these would be great shoes, just be really careful when ordering!

Love the way these shoes look, once have managed to cram my feet into them - entry is difficult! But will be returning them as they weigh a ton.

The sizing on these is all wrong. I've worn Dansko clogs for years, and wear a size 39. After reading the reviews here, I ordered these in a 38. They are still very, very loose and the left shoe is a little bigger than the right shoe. Unfortunately I didn't notice the difference right off the bat--it's a slight difference, but it really becomes a problem when I walk any distance at all. I'm not sure what happened with these, there's some quality control issue. But the shoes are really cute and I get tons of compliments--they're just not as comfortable as I had expected from a pair of Danskos.

These are really cute but a bit too heavy for me, and unlike my other Danskos, they felt too big. All clogs slip a bit but these slipped too much, even with socks, although I bought my normal Dansko size.

I love the look and versatility of these shoes, but the top of the shoe dug into the top of my foot. I've never had an issue with that before and every other pair of shoes I own are totally fine so was surprised this was an issue with the Danskos. Other people have raved at how comfortable they are, but this particular pair is not working for me. I can still wear them, but not for long periods of time. My job requires lots of walking and they just don't work to wear for the entire day.

Looking for a shoe for the fall and winter work days. Unfortunately, this runs wide and long. Ordered a 37 to comply with wearing socks and felt like I was wearing a size too large. Have to return.
