The fit was good and I loved the pattern and color, and I liked the adjustability of the hidden velcro strap. Sadly these were too shallow in the forefoot for me and rubbed the tops of my toes.

So sorry but I had to return the shoes due to a rather strange toe box and a really bad smell that I could smell even when the shoes were on my feet and the nose on my face was several feet away from the shoes.

Pros: lots of cushion Cons: weird styling, loose in the heel, too much arch support Very comfortable, although they had too much arch support for my flat feet. I might have kept them anyways because they have so much cushion, but the style is weird when viewed from above. They have this flap of leather that sticks out sideways, making the shoe look wider than it is. Looks like duck feet.

My feet are very difficult. They make me appreciate Zappos and their return policy so much! I have been searching for black shoes or booties I can to work for 6 months. I think I ordered and returned nearly every possible option Zappos had for me. These Alegria booties were my last chance. Now, I'm not the biggest fan of the style. It's ok, just not my preferred look. I'm over that due to the fact that these actually work for me! The wide toe box is what sealed the deal for me. It is exactly what I need. There is a nice cushioned foot bed with arch support built in. I can wear these and run around on terrazzo floors all day at work, which is the functionality I've been searching for. It stinks having feet that are difficult to please, but these booties are working for me. One thing that I do not care for with these boots is that they fasten with velcro. I'd rather not deal with velcro as it wears out over time, but again, these boots were my last chance.

I ordered my usual size, 9 wide, and these run a little large but feel perfect with socks. If you prefer to wear your shoes without socks I'd suggest ordering a half size down. There is a seam that hits the right side/top arch of my left foot that is a little uncomfortable. But, again, once I put socks on it felt fine. These are very soft and slightly furry inside so your foot is cradled and comfy. The footbed is both soft and supportive. Really cute, like elf shoes. I'm giving them 4 stars for comfort, because of the seam rubbing, but 5 stars for their great quality and cuteness.

I was looking for a shoe that would be great for my back and knees. These are so comfortable that I really wanted to love them, but I just don't like the look. I thought the silver and black would make the cute, but they are kind of boaty looking. The Alegria footbed feels amazing, so I may try a different style.

I got these in my usual 39 but couldn’t get into them. A size up 40 fit great. They are cute on & comfortable. I am hoping to wear them a lot come fall. I got them now on sale & love the leather & the floral design. Great arch support which for me is a must.

These ran true to size for me, 39 (or 9.5US) and have enough width despite a bunion on my left foot. I bought them for the cork and latex sole because of recurring pain in my left hip and on the top of my left foot if a shoes rubs a damaged nerve area. It was a struggle at first to get the shoes on and not have my socks pull but is getting easier with wear. The soles feel as if they're conforming to my foot and there is no uncomfortable rubbing since the closure is adjustable. I don't love the look of these shoes but they're great for wearing at home and in my studio. I'm on my feet and moving around a lot daily and these clog-like booties have really made a difference.

I love how these boots look, and the soft, warm lining on the inside. However, the sole is a bit too flexible for my foot that had a 5th metatarsal fracture, I need a firmer sole. Also, the boot is too wide, even with thick socks. Depending on the style, Alegrias seem to fit very differently from one style to the next.

The bottoms were all flat and I felt that there would be no friction on ice or snow. The toe bed was a weird fit

These were hard to put on. I struggled to put the first boot on and couldn't get the other one on. Also, even though I ordered the wide it didn't feel very wide, or at least the one boot that I could get on. I don't really have that wide of a foot either. The one that I did get on did look cute though. Sadly, I returned it. I do have high arches and I did feel an arch support in them.

Alegria sizing is not quite compatible with other shoes. This year was advertised as a 43/13. I will concur with the 43, but 43 is normally shown as a size 12 which stations were. I totally love the shoe, I wish it came a size larger.

If you have a high instep do not order these!!! I ordered 38W and I could barely get my foot into the boot. I do like the Alegria brand, I have several pairs but these were a huge disappointment.

These run a bit large for me, and the arch does not quite fall in the right place. I have some other Alegrias that work well, but they are a different style. These are also rather clunky looking in person. I need a more formal looking boot. Will return.

The pictures of these shoes do not accurately describe them... They are shaped like a shovel. If they were comfortable I wouldn't so much care about the appearance, but they are NOT true rocker soles, which is what I am looking for. Alegria shoes seem to be popular with some wearers so if you have not tried them you should. They are not, regretfully, good for me. The insole feels weirdly bumpy and uneven, too. They are otherwise well made.

The fit of this adorable bootie DOES NOT DELIVER...virtually no arch support and the overall footbed is thin. I suffer from planters facetious and heel spurs and need way more cushion. Also, the $150 price tag is a bit steep for no support.

My heel slipped out when walkin, so could not keep it, would be better if this problem would be fixed, if you have skinny feet I would not recommend this one

I really wanted to keep this little boot in the Meadow! The colors were very understated but oh so cute! The 39 fit great in length (I had to go to the 40 in the Paloma ) however the shoe itself was just so large that my foot kind of wallowed around in it. I tried a couple of insert options - but no luck.. The search continues.....

My feet were swimming in them, I wear a 9.5 and purchased the size for 10 based on the reviews. It was too wide and therefore uncomfortable even with thicker socks.

This is NOT the cutest boot I have ever seen, but it was comfortable and had a good really good arch support for my high arch. It sort of looks like an old style with that engraved design on it, but it was the best looking choice for this style of boot they offered. The toe curls up at the end - my husband said it looked like I had duck feet! But It is a comfortable boot right out of the box and is soft inside with no break in necessary. Unfortunately I've had surgeries on my one foot and for some reason I kept having issues with that foot so I'll have to return it the boot. Disappointed because it was really comfortable but not going to miss the odd look it seemed like they had to me.

Welp. The 9-9.5 was way too big. Returned and ordered the 8-8.5 and that was way too small. Oh well...

Compared to my old Alegria boots, this model has no leather lining, does not have any way to make the boot fit tighter around the ankle and therefore my heel slips as I walk because the heel is too loose. Wish I could find the old model with the zipper up the side. Guess this model is cheaper to make and feels like that.

Could barely get my foot in. Once I did, my toes were squished by the shallow toe box. Plenty wide, just no vertical room to wiggle my toes. Returning.

These boots are made of thin leather, unlike most of Algeria shoes. No wonder they're not waterproof. They were a little snug, but my high instep foot fit in the boot. Good arch support and ran true to size. Returning them. I have other Algeria shoes.

I can't get my foot in and I sometimes wear a medium. These shoes are not "wide."
