I purchased these boots in a 6.5 true to my size. When I tried them on, I could barely get my foot in the boot. The boot is very narrow. I returned the 6.5 and ordered 1/2 size up. The 7 fits perfect. The boots are really comfortable and super cute.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these. I like the mid-calf height as it makes my legs look even longer...Gorgeous and my favorite boots of this season...so far!

These are the most comfortable heels I have worn. However they run a half size to a full size small. I am a true size 8, and I ended up buying a 9 and adding a bigger inner sole. Great value, high quality leather. A lot like Frye boots, but without the high price.

These boots are comfortable. I got them in brown and I couldn't be happier with the color. It's brown enough to look edgy and not light enough to look cheap. It has a great heel to soften every step!

Very cute, and for the heel height very comfortable, I wear them at work where I stand about 70% of the time. I'm not wild about the contrasting heel color but it works well enough.

These boots took a little while to break in. My feet didn't love them when I first put them on, but after a few hours in them they are quite comfy. They are a great pair of boots to wear with casual clothing and when it is snowing or rainy and you still want to look cute.

After reading reviews for this boot, I purchased the 9W (instead of my usual 8.5 regular). My foot fit perfectly, but the boot was too tight around the calf to comfortable fit over skinny jeans. I ordered the 9.5w just in case it had a bit more room around the calves, but the shoe ended up being too big. Finally, I tried the 9.5 regular and that worked best. Still wish there was a bit of stretch to these boots because they are gorgeous and very high quality leather. Because of that I'm going to keep them. BTW, I am an average size and do not have particularly large calves.

Fantastic boot for winter. Good tread for snow and ice, and comfortable for all day long wear. Only warning is sizing. I am a size 8 when measured, but normally order up for comfort on a boot. I ordered the 8.5 and couldn't even get my foot into it. Exchanged for a 8.5 Wide and they are perfect!

Nice-looking boot, but the raw leather already had a ton of marks on it when I received it. Also, it was a little snug in the toes. Going to try a half-size larger (9) in a finished leather and see how it goes. I have a right-left size difference so I'm not too hopeful, as the right one was already a bit loose. I'm hoping an insert might help.

These were cute boots, but I couldn't get them on. I have a slightly higher instep, and I couldn't get my foot into the boot no matter how hard I pulled! I did order my usual size, and after reading the reviews, maybe I should have ordered a 1/2-1 size up.

I love these boots. They are very comfortable and hold up quite well. They are easy on/off. I have received many compliments each time that I have worn them. I would purchase them again.

I love these and get tons of compliments on them! They are a bit roomier than I was hoping but they'll be great for wearing with think socks in the winter...and they are quite comfortable for heels!

Beautiful, well-made boot. I ordered it in a half-size larger than usual (with high boots, I'm finding that I frequently need to size up) and it was extraordinarily tight over the top of my foot, where my foot meets my ankle. My foot is medium width and my arches are high. I hate to return these beauties, but they're too painful out of the box.

I ordered these in the Red both the color & comfort of this shoe are incredible. Unfortunately, I returned them because they cut off in the absolute worst spot on the calf. I would only recommend these shoes to someone with very thin legs.

I really liked these boots and wished they would have fit. They felt almost a full size too small - nothing like the Timberland tall boots with the side zips. The heel height is just what I'm looking for, but the shaft is too low...more like a cowboy boot. Considering ordering them in a larger size - but for now have returned them.

I really wanted to love this boot. It looked like exactly what I wanted - it was waterproof, it was pull-on so it was bulkier than some boots, and it looked cute and casual. After reading the reviews about size issues, I ordered black in 8.5 wide and ordered the burgundy in 8 wide (I'm usually about a 7.5 or 8 in boots and I have a fairly wide foot to begin with). But when they came, I was just not in love. The fit wasn't great in either boot in the foot area (both sizes seemed almost too wide, which is weird for my wide foot), and the worst part was the looseness around the ankle. I prefer boots that run more closely to my ankle for some reason, and having a lot of extra room around my ankle made me feel less secure walking around on what are fairly high heels. I also felt like they were a little too short for what I wanted, because I found some riding boots that came just below my knee after I bought these, and I prefer that height (this was just my mistake because I didn't really know what style I liked). They also really didn't seem that comfortable to me, so they're going back. The burgundy color was beautiful though - much more so than the black, which I thought I would like better.

Beautiful boot. I wear a size 8 and after reading the reviews I ordered both the size 8.5 and the size 9. The size 9 was a little big but the size 8.5 was too small. Both sizes were very loose in the heel and I am returning them both because I don't like that my heel slips. I do love Zappos and will shop with them again!

I really wanted to keep these boots, they are so cute! Unfortunately, I'm usually an 8, but the 8 was much too small. My toes were cramped. Zappos quickly exchanged it for an 8.5, but it was way too big. My heal slipped...a lot. Thanks to Zappos for the great customer service. I really wish they fit!

These are almost the perfect boots. They are great quality, great style and have a very comfortable sole, but the top rim is too tight around my calf.

What beautiful boots! In appearance they do not disappoint, but I couldn't get my foot into them, so they have to go back. I have a high arch, but even so they seem to be 1/2 to 1 whole size too small.

Very nice looking boot, however, I could not get my foot into the shoe! I wear a 7.5 wide, was able to get almost get my foot in the foot part but not quite. I am going to return it. I don't think that ordering a size up even would work...too bad.

I was so disappointed when I opened the box these boots came in. There staring up at me was a very dark GREY boot, not at all Olive Green which they were supposed to be. I did try them on, they fit great but I was also very disappointed in what they called Genuine Leather as it definitely felt plastic to me. Come on Timberland I know you can do better than this. The other strange thing was the boots were covered in a sparkly kind of dust - who knows?

Unfortunately, I found these boots to be extremely uncomfortable. I'm used to thinking that some shoes need a "breaking in" period, but I had no desire to even attempt it with these, just way too uncomfortable. Sending them back.
