I got them in the Black Snake and really love the look. The toe box is squared off but not unattractively so. I ordered my usual size, and they fit well in length and width. I can slip these on without undoing the strap, which is convenient. I haven't spent a long period of time in them, but they seem quite comfortable to walk in.

I ordered the Feliz and found it to be very cute, but too big. I ordered a 40 and will be returning it and ordering a 39 instead. Alegria are extremely comfortable. I wish that I would have started wearing these shoes years ago.

I really like these shoes, they are really comfortable and stylish. I am currently 6.5 months pregnant and trying to find comfortable shoes has been really difficult. These have enough room that they accommodate my swelling feet with just an adjustment of the strap. Sturdy construction, can wear without socks and they don't get stinky and gross. They are shinier than I expected but overall I really love them and plan on getting another pair.

I am a teacher with concrete floors and since I am on my feet most of the day, I needed relief. But I love shoes and didn't want 'orthopedic' shoes! These adorable shoes are not only comfort to my feet, they energize my legs as well.

I am a 7. The 7½ size shoe was perfect at first but now they have become so loose, almost a full size too big! I still love them and highly recommend for any one that is looking for comfort. Mainly if they have to be on their feet for long periods of time.

I am a massage therapist and spend a lot of time on my feet. These Alegrias feel pretty good all day and look nice too. I found the sliver stripe on this color combo to be too flashy for me so I personalized them with some dark pink which pleased me more. Thank you Zappos for such a customer centered way of doing business. Happy happy!

These are great! It took me a couple of tries to find the right size (I ordered 41 but they were too big--I'd ordered 40 in a Paloma but they were too small), but these fit just right. The service at Zappos couldn't have been more helpful. I'm sure to try other models of the Alegria shoe!

These shoes are crazy comfy. I don't do well in most shoes, I have flat feet. These are very cute. The foot bed does come out entirely if you need to replace it or put in a custom orthotic. The foot bed actually takes the shape of your foot, much like that mattress you see advertised everywhere. I have since purchased a few other colors in this style and I love them. I even convinced my mother to try a pair. And she is a strictly sneakers only kind of person. They are worth a try. You won't be disappointed.

Great shoes. I get a lot of compliments on them. Of course I tell them I got them from Zappos! Slight slip on heels. Ladies, get your regular size. Do not go down a size.

Comfortable shoe, plenty wide and great arch support. I wear a size 8 and my feet are wide with a medium-high arch. I usually wear Danskos, Romikas, Naots and other shoes with good arches. These shoes are great. They are a smaller profile than the other Alegria shoes and look cute too.

These shoes are a great blend of comfort and style! I wear Clarks, Merrell, Keen, and Crocs; if you like those brands then definitely give this cute brand a chance! The crinkle leather ages well though it might be somewhat stiff the first few wears, due to the lacquer required to make the leather patent. Wide toe box means it's bunion and hammer toe friendly! If you usually order a size or up (to accommodate wide feet, like mine) you can order your true size, the shoes will quickly soften to fit a D width. My only qualm is that the top line/top edge of the shoe is not a rolled edge. This caused high friction on my Achille's tendon, but with shoe stretching solution I was able to soften it and speed the breaking in period. Overall a great shoe, worth the money, saving up for another pair!

My first Alegria shoes and I love them. They are so very comfortable. I have terrible feet stretched tendons so flat footed. These have wonderful arch support and great comfort. I found the color strange (Glitter) but because they are so comfortable I wear them often. They are a little wide in the heel.

These shoes are extremely huge! I ordered a 37 because I usually wear a 7, but a 35 would probably have been the size that would have fit me. They are so comfortable though, just make sure to get at least a size down from what you usually wear since they run so big.

I really wanted to love this shoe. I have tried 3 styles of this brand. This one, Feliz was way to loose in the heel. I could only tighten the Mary Jane's strap so much. I think after a few hours they'd be too floppy. Back they go. But, Zappos is the greatest.

I so wish that these shoes worked on my feet. I have been wearing Alegria Palomas for a while. The Feliz fits differently. It was tight across my instep and slipped on the back. The fit did not work for me.

I was looking forward to wearing this very cute shoe I bought working my 12 hour shift. I am a definite size 39 shoe size, but on other review recommendations, I also bought a size smaller so I can try it on for myself. Unfortunately, this model shoe is narrower at the toebox than I expected and longer in length than I anticipated. The 38's length fit me perfectly, while the 39's heel felt like I was walking around in flip flops. My toes felt smushed in both sizes. I have a medium to a wide footsize on one foot from an injury, but both of my feet felt surpisingly cramped. It's a fine quality shoe made to last, but the sizing would probably best benefit the medium to narrow footed crowds.

Very cute. I got a size 41 but those were too big. I got the size 40 and thought they would be perfect. But, after wearing them for two days, I came away with a blister and, now scar, across the top of my foot. Sigh...perhaps if these had been available in wide width? Love Alegrias and love Zappos. Great service!

Runs really big. I tried on the classic style and wore a 38, ordered these and they were like boats on my feet. Ordered the next size down, and they were still too big. Hoping the third time is the charm and that they fit this time!

Purchased four pairs of shoes today and these were my favorite. This is my first pair of Alegrias. I love the subtle sparkle of the soft black. The fit is incredible, especially the arch support. I don't think I have narrow feet, but I did have to cinch the Velcro strap down tight when wearing them without socks; otherwise the heel would slip as I walk. Overall, I love the look and fit. This is a cute and comfy shoe for a night out, office attire, and especially for my downtown bus commutes.

Cute shoe, but fits differently from the Paloma. I slipped out of the heel of this one. Too bad. Cute shoe!

It's almost impossible to tell from the photo online, but these are sparkly. Like glitter. Stars in the night sky. Interesting, but not if you needed plain black!
