Have worn several different styles of Merrell for many years. Needed a pair of this style for a trip this summer where a good amount of walking will be involved. Color is great. Length was good. Very little arch support and it felt like it was cut too high on the sides (between strap and heel). Sadly, have to return these.

A note on color -- for me the Mahogany looked like a bright red on the screen but the name made me think brown. In fact, they are much more of a burgundy color, deeper red with a hint of purple. They fit great from day 1...no blisters or break-in period for me. I ordered two sizes, my usual 9 and then 9.5 just in case. I had trouble deciding but ultimately went with my usual size hoping for a little stretch. The 9.5 was sliding up and down on my heel and would have caused a blister if I kept them.

I purchased these shoes for my mother who is recovering from a fractured pelvis. She needed something light but sturdy and very comfortable. These shoes are perfect for her hard to fit size 10.5 narrow feet!

I have these shoes; they are great and have become my faves!! I wear them everywhere! Even walking the Everglades!!

Cute shoe but total misfit for me. Flops on my heel and the total fit is a bit wonky.

I really like the style of this shoe, halfway between a running shoe and a maryjane. I had to add an additional sole cushion layer because the side of the shoe kept digging in just below my ankle bone and I had to raise my foot up to keep this from happening. These were great on a long vacation with lots of walking.

I wore these today. I walk many miles during my day as a Doctor of Audiology and I can count on Merrell to get me there without pain or fatigue. I own many pairs of Merrells and love them all. This one is no exception.

These shoes are really cute and comfy but just not supportive enough for my needs. I have bad knees, hips, feet and need more support than they offer. I have another pair of Merrills that have a thicker foot bed and had hoped these would be about the same. They are a little thinner than I expected. For the average person, I think these would be comfy and supportive enough.

These are seriously the most comfortable casual shoes I own. From the moment I put them on, they felt great and were ready for walking.

These shoes definitly need some type of insert or it will be walking on cement. I have a very narrow foot but ordered these anyway since they have a strap. They fit fine with my orthotic and socks. I like Merrel shoes and will buy more as needed.

Comfortable right out of the box. The olive color is a great neutral. I was a bit concerned about the lavender accents but they are not too noticeable. Shoe has good support and a good walking sole without being too heavy. Will be great for travel.

I bought these back in September 2011. I wear them every day. I wore them with capris in the warmer weather, and with my jeans in the cooler weather. I wear them with a light sock (I hate socks, but the colder weather has forced me to put them on my feet). I bought the mahogany color. It goes with everything. The color is very versatile. They are super comfortable. I would recommend them. However, I just bought a pair of Keens, and will probably be my new shoe in the warmer months.

I love these shoes! They're very comfortable and stylish also. I did place a gel heel insert in because they come a little high on my heel. I could walk in them all day. After reading reviews I was concerned about size, but I wear a 7 and ordered a 7. They fit perfectly.

Love this little shoe. Bought it in black and now I have to have the red! The fit is spot on although in some Merrell mules I wear a half size smaller. There is still room for my orthotics and I may need that extra arch support. These shoes have no arch support at all. I have the Circuit MJ as well and the sole on the Mimosa is a little more substantial although very flexible. The rest of the shoe is a little more supportive than the Circuit. These are great for post workout when you still want to be casual but not necessarily wear your sneakers.

These are nice walking shoes but maybe they are not as comfortable as other Merrells that I own. One may need to bend/flex the very back of the shoe before wearing since it was a bit stiff on the upper edging.

I usually do well with Merrell's but not in this case. The arch support is very poor, which causes my feet to ache and swell.

Got these for a trip to Disney. Tried to break them in at my job before hand (teaching). I had a blister on both heels within two hours! I could barely walk! Too bad because they really are adorable shoes but I couldn't handle where they hit me on the heel!

I wear hard arch supports, I found that the sides were too narrow to accommodate the inserts. These were much more narrow than the other Merells I had bought were, and were not nearly as solid as the others. The sides of these shoes were very loose and caused a great amount of shifting in my ankles, nearly stepping out of them as I walked.

The upper rim of the shoe is too high and hits my ankle. The width of the shoe, and the length of the straps seem to be designed for wide feet.

I ordered this shoes so I could wear them on a cruise. They are so much cuter in person! They look good with shorts and capris, so I got a lot of wear out of them. They were comfortable right out of the box and needed no breaking in. The only thing I recommend is to order a half size down.

The shoes were good looking but they rubbed on my outside ankle bone and the cross strap edge touched the floor when I fastened it over. I returned them.

Just received my second pair of these shoes - after daily use for 4 months the first pair is still looking and wearing like new but I want a brand-new pair to wear to a wedding. I wear them for everything: dog-walking, shopping, to work, out to dinner. Good with jeans or dress - do not look like a workout shoe. Easy velcro on-and-off: no laces. They are great for use in my weight-bearing and balance exercise class. "Medium" is just the right width for my wider foot because of the flexible velcro strap.

I liked the Cocoa color. These would have worked well for running errands, but I wanted more support for a trip involving a lot of walking. My mother in law liked them, so I gave them to her.

This is a cute shoe, but it was just not very comfortable to me. There is very little arch support. The outside portion of the shoe is cut very high and straight along the ankle bone. Although the material is soft, I could tell it was going to bother me after just wearing this shoe around the house for a couple of minutes. These are going back and I'm keeping the Privo by Clarks P-Skite instead.
