I ordered these and a pair of Keen Mary Janes at the same time. I have oddly shaped feet, so sometimes it can be difficult to find shoes that fit well. I wanted these to work, but they are being returned. It may sound picky, but with these on my feet, in the appropriate size and adjusted, the velcro strap on my left foot seemed like it had about two inches of extra material, causing the strap to hit the ground. Also, I somehow wanted there to be a little more coverage over the top of my foot from the front of the shoe back. I could see myself somehow tripping over that due to my own laziness. These are going back. In all fairness, they are very well made.

I really wanted to keep these; they were so comfortable and lightweight. But they hit my ankle bone when I walked and I knew they would leave a little raw spot if I walked around in them for long periods of time. I didn't want to give them a bad review, since this won't be an issue for many people.

Extremely comfortable and great looking, exactly what I wanted for an upscale walking shoe. Expected quality and truly sized.

I have had some type of Merrell sport shoe every summer for years. Everything from barefoot shoes to ones I could wear through wet conditions (my trip to Costa Rica). These haven't disappointed me yet though the price was a bit off-putting and I really had to consider whether to keep them. If they are as durable as all the others, then I know I have made the right decision. Comfortable - Yes. Arch support - great. Toe box - no squishing of my abused little toe. Insole - removable and can be scrubbed when necessary. Unlike some other reviewers I have experienced no rubbing on my heel or ankles so I'm lucky there. My feet are pretty average in width but do swell up in the summer humidity so the adjustable strap is a must for me. At my time of purchase the colors seemed a bit dark so I got the aluminum color for summer. So far, so good!

I loved this shoe and everything I read about it, loved the arch support but it was to big, not big enough to go down a 1/2 size but even when tighten it slipped up and down.

Ordered my second pair. Used up the first pair pounding my feet on cement waiting tables. I would recommend this pair of shoes to anyone that spends a lot of time on old (66) used and abused feet.

First time ordering these shoes. I love them! Very comfortable and true to fit! I love Zappos, have ordered 2 pairs of shoes and one pair of boots and they all are great products! I'm hooked on Zappos and will always get my shoes and boots from them!

These shoes are a little narrow, but overall quite comfy. Unfortunately, they look like a water shoe. I was looking for something a little more classic and versatile, and will be returning these.

Quite a few have commented that the heel came up uncomfortably high and rubbed blisters. If you like the shoe, there is an easy solution. The fabric edging on top of the heel is easy to soften up by rubbing hand lotion into it liberally and then crushing the heel when you step into the shoe. Do this and wear socks the first couple times you wear the shoe and that's all it takes to break in the heel.

These shoes absolutely did not fit me. I wear an 8.5-9 in shoes like this, and I tend to order large, and these were immediately uncomfortable on my feet. They are very flat, and the removable insole cries out to be replaced by an orthotic. I am returning them.

This is a good, comfortable shoe for casual attire. Can walk all day in them without and they breathe well if you have sweaty feet!

I have tried several shoes looking for a comfortable shoe that is not a sneaker. I love these Merrell's! The side felt a little high under my outside ankle bone initially and I worried that may not work, but after just 2 hours wearing them in the house, they feel great! I am anxious to wear them on my travels to Italy in a few weeks.

I have a couple of pairs of Merrell Mary Janes that I bought several years ago and absolutely love. I wanted to love these, too, but the sides of the shoes are too high and straight and cut into my ankle bone. After five minutes of wearing them around the house, I knew my ankle bones would be rubbed raw. The footbed, however, felt great. Sadly, I'll have to return these, but maybe Merrell will make future styles without the ridiculously high sides. Their older styles don't have this. One can only hope!

These shoes have a wonderfully soft insole...very cushy. Unfortunately, the heel cup also struck my ankle bone in a most uncomfortable way. I was very sad to send them back, since the rest of the shoe was so comfy.

Great shoes. Live up to Merrell standards. These have a rounded toe which was very important since I was recovering from a broken toe. Very comportable and great style. I was able to add my arch supports for total comfort. Used for travel.

Attractive enough. Fit well. However, just a "regular" leisure shoe. Not particularly supportive or padded. In my opinion, not worth the price and so they are going back.

My gorgeous Merrell Mimosa Emme shoes are perfect. Casual yet dressy, they'll enhance any outfit, from skirts and dresses to shorts or pants. I am thrilled with my purchase.

These are classy sport shoes. They are extremely comfortable, go to shoes for nearly any casual activity. I ordered the olive color a year ago and have worn them nearly daily. They are still not worn out. I just ordered the aluminum color and will continue to enjoy these great shoes. They provide lots of comfort and I receive lots of compliments.

I love Merrell's. This shoe in particular is very wearable with any outfit. I've received many compliments each time I wear them. I also like the coloration.

I am so disappointed. I researched Merrells because this is the first pair I bought. I have plantar fasciitis and really need a pair of cute, but supportive shoes to wear everyday. I wore these around the house for the day and they felt good, but then after wearing them for a whole day, they hurt the top of my foot as the top of the shoe cuts into my foot where the toe box ends. I feel like I wasted this money and I cannot return them because they are worn.

This is an amazing shoe for me and my problem feet! I live in the heart of a major city so I'm walking constantly to restaurants to meet friends -- to market -- to a variety of stores -- and to walk my 100 lb dog several times a day. I need padding and stability and comfort and flexibility in a shoe, as well as more attractiveness than a typical running shoe. Not all Merrells work on my feet, sometimes being too narrow or stiffly abrasive on my feet. I've just ordered my 2nd pair and though it appears that the shoe is extraordinarily well made and will be long lasting, I may order an additional duplicate set of shoes in brown and black so as to never be without these incredible shoes. I highly recommend this particular shoe for walking about most anywhere.

A very nice pair but unfortunately not so comfortable as other Merrell shoes normally are. Side of the shoes really bothers my ankle and I know if I walk around in them for a long time the skin around my ankle bone would be bruised. Try another style!

I love all Merrell shoes and wear them exclusively since a friend told me about them. I love this shoe, but one thing. Since the toes are so rounded, I had to buy a larger size. The strap over the front helps take up some of the slack but the heel is a little high, so I got a heel orthotic which helps.

I should have returned these, but was absolutely desperate for a pair of shoes (due to circumstances of which I will spare you in this review). I LOVE my Merrell Circuit MJ Breeze shoes and was so hoping I would love the Mimosa Emme as well. The Mimosa Emme hit my ankle bones which is very uncomfortable. I continue to wear them from time to time and they are a bit more comfortable as I have broken them in. I still cannot wear them for long periods of time. While I will purchase another pair of the Circuit MJ Breeze, I would not purchase the Mimosa Emme again.
