Love Merrell's for fit and comfort - unfortunately this shoe is extremely narrow and does not fit.

The right shoe was fine, but the left one did not fit comfortably. Maybe it was just that pair. It hit my foot on the outside. They did not feel as supportive as most Merrells.

While I would love to keep and take these shoes to Europe for my primary walking/light hike shoe, the ongoing negative reviews about support have me thinking this is not a worthy shoe at this cost. I am a double AA narrow and they seem to fit well...too bad. I can't wear them long enough to tell if they are crap and then lose the amount of hard earned money. What was Merrill thinking in the lack of support structure? Form must follow function!

Do not buy these shoes. They have a major design flaw where the collar of shoe rubs ankle bone. After wearing them occasionally for two months this still hurts on both feet. Also, they are not thick enough under the balls of my feet. Do not do it. Trust me.

These were totally comfortable after a long hike today. When I opened the box I thought they were two sizes too small. Not so, they just looked small. I picked them for style and they did not disappoint there plus the comfort is fine, equal to the more expensive models.

My husband surprised me with these over Christmas. He ordered them last minute and they arrived December 24th as per Zappos' claim. I was thrilled. I really like the Merrell brand for the consistency of fit and comfort. I have a number of their barefoot shoes for running and casual wear. The Mimosa Lace has support needed for standing and walking on very hard surfaces as tile, yet enough flexibility as to not feel my feet are in foot casts. I have two pair now, the black which is a delightful grey and black that goes great with denim and cooler colored jeans/pants and the cocoa color which is perfect with denim and warmer colored jeans/pants. My go-to casual and athletic brand of shoes is now Merrell. I wear a European size 38 in Naot (another favorite brand), size 8 in most Nike products (Nike Free) and the 7.5 in Merrell fits just right. My foot is a bit on the narrow side, so lace ups are best for me. I like the color combinations in my shoes very much. Having a couple different tones which are still harmonious widens the opportunity to pair the shoes with a lot more of my wardrobe. I love Zappos for their customer service and amazing delivery.

These are cute shoes but they run small. I could not squeeze my feet into these. They have great soles. Too bad I wear a 10½.

This shoe is beautiful, comfortable, and "cool"looking. It is so hard to find a comfy shoe that does not look "old fashion." The color from the picture is little different than the real item...the middle color looks orange in the picture. Mine are light brown it's okay. No complaints at all...they don't need any break-in period - that is huge for me otherwise they'll go back immediately. Love them...thanks.

I love these shoes and I was unsure about the olive color but it is a light olive and matches well with black, brown, grey and denim bottoms. They are very comfortable. I ordered them in a 9.5 because I have another Merrell shoe I bought in a 9 and the right shoe was too tight. I was unable to return them because I wore them and didn't realize how they hurt my toe until after wearing them for a hours. I usually wear a nine. I plan on keeping them because they do not feel that big with thick socks. I will now be ordering the black grey in a size 9. All day comfort shoe for me! If I had ordered my first pair of Merrell's from Zappos, I would have been able to return them. You gotta love that!

Received the shoes promptly and the return of one pair went very smoothly. The shoes are so comfortable, I almost forget that I have them on.

I love these; they were comfy right out of the box and the colors are perfect for all (I chose the brown). I ordered my usual size, 8 and got a perfect fit with either light or no socks. I loved these so much I bought two pairs of the Mimosa Emme (just because I like the ease of no laces). They are wonderful too!

Comfortable, but did find they ran a little small. Reordered another pair 1/2 size up and are a lot better. Well made shoes.

I have really enjoyed these shoes. They look good with dress or casual. I recently had surgery and these are the only ones that really help with my support.

Love these shoes! I cannot normally wear Merrells, as they are way too wide. But these run nice and narrow. I added my inserts (which I always have to do to take up extra room in any shoe for my ultra slim size 11 foot) and they are my new favorite shoes. I am buying multiples in every color!

The Mimosa last is a combination of a street shoe with the support of an athletic shoe bottom. Both the Mimosa Lace and the Mimosa Meme, which I also have, are very comfortable, well-made shoes that conform to my foot perfectly and have the added advantage of accommodating my orthotic. I like that they are both soft shoes, yet retain their shape and excellent support. They both fit my narrow heel very well and are comfortable enough to be worn all day.

These are the comfiest shoes I own! I bought them for a trip to italy with lots of walking. They are very light weight and I might have to purchase another pair as i intend to wear them a lot!

I have a hard time finding shoes that fit well because of a bunion. These feel great. I wear a size 10 and they are a perfect fit. They are good looking and very lightweight. I intend on taking them to Europe were I will be walking a lot. I chose the dusty olive. The color sort of looks grayish which I like. I would like to see the shoe in a better tan color.

I have these shoes in a different color & after breaking them in, they are pretty comfortable. So I ordered a second pair, but this pair hurt my left heel and the left tongue is sew in crooked. While I think Merrell is a good brand I've found all shoes made in China to have in consistencies in fit.

This is a really nice looking shoe. Great color combination, and much less bulky than other similar brands and styles. I have owned many pairs of Merrells, and have found them to be consistently good quality- but I am concerned about this style. I returned one pair as defective because the upper separated from the sole after about 1 month of wear. I have been wearing my current pair for about a month and haven't experiences that problem, but a shoelace eyelet has fallen out. I'm hoping they hold up without more problems because I really like the fit and style.

Even with a very thin sock, the shoe was just too snug. It's a cute shoe, but I'd advise ordering a half size larger; this isn't a shoe you'd wear without socks.

This is a very light shoe. I wanted a shoe I could stand in all day, or walk in for long periods. I was looking primarily for comfort, so I was slightly disappointed by the stiffness of the leather and lack of padding around the heel. I almost did not keep these shoes because I was worried that the hard 'rim' around the heel/ankle would rub too much. It did bother me at first, but after a couple of weeks of 'breaking in', I am happy. The touch of color is nice.

I hate big, bulky trail shoes so these caught my eye at once. They are very comfortable after a very minimal break-in time and are stylish enough for me to get away with wearing at work with nice pants. They are true to size and very well-made. I highly recommend these shoes.

I agree that there isn't much arch support, and the insole isn't very cushiony, but they are very comfortable and look great. You could easily substitute your own arch support or insoles.

Comfortable but a bit on the small/narrow side. These shoes needed a breaking-in period and the heels dug into my heels and I had to wear band aids for the first 4 or 5 times I wore them. I don't usually have that problem. But once I got them broken in, they were comfortable. The insoles are quite thin but they are still comfortable under my feet.

I purchased these shoes for a walking trip to Europe and because I was happy with a previous Merrell shoe product. Unfortunately, these shoes rubbed on the back of my heel, causing a blister and sore. I had to abandon these shoes for the rest of my trip. I have since tried these shoes again for short jaunts around town and have not been able to "break them in".
