I've had a long and positive history with this model of shoe/company on Zappos. They work wonderfully for my job, BUT I just recently purchased a pair that came in severely used and damaged. It's really disgusting to think that any potential shoe/clothing articles I buy have the potential to be used, cause who knows if they do any sanitation for returns or anything like that. All in all good shoe, as depicted by the comfort and style rating. 2 Stars because of Zappos dropping the ball.

Comfy safety toe shoe! I recently bought and returned 3 pairs of safety shoes because they were not comfortable enough. I wanted a slip on/clog type that didn't feel like I would walk out of it. This shoe stays on when I walk, and is comfy on my toes. I don't feel the safety toe at all when I walk. I highly recommend this shoe!

Although this is a safety shoe, I didn't buy it for that. I bought it because it's just the style I like - chunky, simple, cool / cute, slip-on with square toe. Given the other reviews, I was surprised that I needed to go UP 1/2 a size. I'm normally a 7-1/2 wide / 8 regular, so I got these in an 8 (wide not in stock). Since the reviews said these run wide, thought I would have plenty of room, but my toe kept hitting the front when walking (though felt like the right size when just standing). Got the 8-1/2 in no time (of course - yay Zappos!), and they feel much better. The regular width is fine for my slightly wide feet, but I'd be curious to try them in the wide to see if it makes them look a little chunkier (which I like). The regulars are only somewhat chunky - just enough if you like that look, but not too much if you don't. As for comfort, I haven't worn them for very long, but so far so good. Decent arch support, roomy toe box, and fairly light (especially for a safety shoe). I don't even notice the alloy toe. The padding around the opening bothers the top of my foot a little, but I think that's just because I'm not used to it yet. I have a bunion on one foot, so sometimes it hurts when I bend my big toe. Because the front of these shoes curve up slightly, it seemed to exacerbate that at first, but after a while it actually seemed to be helping (like physical therapy, no pain no gain). These look great with jeans, but are nice enough for dress casual as well. Will definitely get another pair when these wear out. Hope they don't stop making them!

I have had these shoes for about two months. Working long shifts on concrete floors is no problem for these cute shoes. Usually after work I immediately sit and take my shoes off. Not these. They are by far the most comfortable shoes that I have ever worn. They seem to be holding up well, clean up easily enough and do not have the goofy look of other professional clogs that I have worn. I will buy another pair soon.

This is my first pair of Timberland shoes and they are fantastic! I am on my feet all day and my feet no longer feel fatigued at night. I changed out the insoles for ones with more arch support. I love the wide toe box which offers plenty of room. Also there was no break-in period, these were comfy from the start.

Nice though "squeaky" and too wide for my foot! This has never happened to me before! I always wear W or WW. I think these would be supremely comfortable for someone on their feet all day. They slip on easily and the heel does not lift out of so foot remains secure. Great cushion, too!

I have tried about two other shoes besides these that claim they were slip resistant and they were not. These however are fantastic, are slip resistant and are actually waterproof believe it or not! I work in a
kitchen and my socks do not get wet. I’m knocking off one star for comfort because they are terribly uncomfortable. The arch
support on them is terrible and requires podiatrity insoles.

Is there a Zappos shoe fairy living around the corner from me? I placed my order last evening...and lo and behold my shoes were on the table when I got home from work! What in the world? You guys never cease to amaze me! Now...the shoes...If died today & God said,"You have to pick just one pair of shoes," these would be it! Super comfy! Excellent heel support. All around lovely craftsmanship. I've had Danskos & Sanitas in the past, but the Timberland Pro surpass the other guys 10 to 1. I like the heel height on the Timberlands, more natural to walk in. Since I almost twisted my ankle several times with Dansko's on. My tootsies are much happier walking & working 10 hour shifts. Hats off to these wonderful shoes!

Very comfortable and they look great with jeans or trousers. They go seamlessly from the office to the shop floor and no shoe changes!

I love these shoes! Great fit & the toe area is nice and wide. These shoes are very light, less than a pound each. .85 pounds.

I've bought 2 pairs of these now. They hold up so much better than any other dress shoes I've tried for work, and I've tried quite a few. If my dog hadn't ate the first pair I'd still be wearing them.

I have been wearing these shoes for the last 15 years. It is disappointing that timberland is discontinuing the Women's Newbury Casual Alloy Toe Work Shoe. I love these shoes and will be very disappointed because there is no other shoe like it. There is no pilling on the socks.
I had to buy some keens this last year because I couldn't find the Women's Newbury Casual Alloy Toe Work Shoe. Now I have found some. Hopefully they still have enough in stock for my order.

These are the best work shoes I've ever owned. They are comfortable and have held up amazingly. I would like to purchase a second pair, but my size is out of stock. No other brand of this style is nearly as good a fit.

Absolutely amazing shoe. This is by far one of the most comfortable and supportive work shoes I've ever had the pleasure of trying. I know these will last a long time. Shipping was 3 days. Amazing!

I work in retail. Never have ankle, back or calf issues. Put in a gel insole and they feel like you are walking on pillows. Love these. Have been purchasing these for atleast 10 years!
