This shoe runs very small, but it comes with removable inserts, so it was no problem to get a size larger and size down. Comfortable, non-slip in a restaurant kitchen, great value for the price.

These are great and comfortable: easy to travel in. They get a little warm when you stop moving because of the rubber bottoms, but the leather is top quality. They look fantastic.

First time I got Mozo shoes and ordered through Zappos. So far a great experience. The order was easy and delivered with everything as expected. Thanks Zappos! The Mozo shoes fit great and I'll update the review after I have worn them for awhile.

My oldest son just graduated from Medical school recently and I wanted to get him something to benefit him in his new Residency work. Since I knew he would be on his feet for sometimes hours at a time, I decided to search for a good, supportive shoe so his feet wouldn't hurt so badly and to keep from having back problems. He loves these shoes. He said it is like walking on a cloud even after he has finished a 12-hour shift! I will be looking for another pair so he has an alternative choice of footwear to wear to wear to work. Thank you, for giving me the best price on these awesome shoes!

As a professional chef, shoes are everything. I've owned these Mozo's for a month now and I can say with 100% certainty that they run a half size too small. With that said, they are great otherwise especially once they get broken in. They offer some insole options that help with getting a custom fit, they are very comfortable and supportive, ventilate well, easy to clean, and stylish. I whole heartedly recommend them as long as you take into account the half size too small issue.

I was excited to get these slip resistant, stylish shoes. Reviews said that they ran small so I ordered the next size up which did not fit right. I finally got the right size and they were tight in the front and loose in the back. The 3 insert system did nothing to help this. They constantly rubbed against my heel and squeezed on my pinky toe. These are chef shoes not waiter's shoes. I would not recommend these shoes for anyone who does a lot of walking in their job. I now have a pair of stylish "chef shoes" that I might wear out some night but will never wear to work again.

I wore these shoes for the first time today and they were even better than I expected! Very comfortable after working in the kitchen for 12 hours. My feet did not feel overly hot or uncomfortable at all. They are incredibly light and a pleasure to wear. The slip-resistant soles felt very stable when walking on wet kitchen floors and they wipe clean with just a damp cloth. I look forward to wearing them again tomorrow. I had no problems with the inserts slipping and hopefully it won't become an issue. Overall I'm very satisfied with the shoes and I hope they prove to be a durable kitchen shoe.

These provide the best bang for your money. I have had clogs and other kitchen shoes that say non slip. No these are the only pair that are non slip on anything, even ice outside. Plain and simple I will be buying again!

Really lightweight shoes, I read the other reviews and decided to go one size bigger than I am normally and they fit perfectly! I also really like the vents on the sides, they noticeably cool my feet down when I walk. The top of the shoes are soft and have some give to them like I was hoping for. Only complaint is that the bacon print is of cooked bacon so they are hard to recognize as bacon strips from a small distance away, it probably would have been best to have used a photo of raw bacon.

These shoes are great in the kitchen! They truly are extremely comfortable and keep up with me during long hours on my feet. They do not slip on the kitchen floor and my brigade is impressed with my stylin shoes! My only criticism is that I felt the shoe ran a 1/2 size smaller than actual size.

Were slightly too large when purchased, even with the adjustable shims. My heel slips a little when walking, which has worn through about 6 pairs of socks since I got them 8 months ago. After about 5 months, the gel heel in the orthotic insole has completely disintegrated and they now cause me a great amount of pain in my heels. I am a large man (250 lbs) I know, but for the price I expected more longevity. I do not recommend these for big and tall men! On the upside, the tread has lasted incredibly well for how much use I've put into them (40+ hour weeks).

As other reviewers pointed out, these can run a tad bit small. I ordered a size up and sized it with insoles. I ended up requiring a third set of insoles I had lying around, for a snug fit. After that, these shoes lasted me for about 17 months of 6-days-a-week kitchen work. These are incredibly comfortable and cool shoes. I've never had a problem with getting hot or sweaty feet. The non-slip bottoms work. The shoes have saved me from countless nasty falls (and powerslides) in the kitchen. The upper has now split away from the molded lower on the right side of the right shoe (about 15 months after buying them). The stitching in a few places on both shoes has worn away / frayed off. I'd assume some of this is due to exposure to floor cleaning chemicals and bleach, and not an inherent flaw. The outer sole began to separate from the toe of the left shoe as well, but this is easily fixed with some toluene glue and a clip. The non-slip treads still work almost like they did brand new, over 1500 wear-hours later, something I didn't expect even from pricier work shoes. These have fulfilled my expectations quite well, and I would recommend them and order them again.

I have been a chef for 15 years and have always gone back and forth between Dansko and Birkenstocks. Then I found Mozo! These shoes are fantastic. They are really comfortable for those long days. They are absolutely 100% slip proof (even near the fryers). Great shoe!

Well, I bought this shoe for work, I am a bartender and server. First off I will say they are very comfortable and look nice. I unfortunately have to throw buckets of water to clean my bar floors and the holes on the sides for breathing comfort are not a good idea with lots of water.

These shoes are comfortable like they say. The shims make for a better fit because they don't have half sizes. I gave the style only 4 stars because I work in fine dining and these shoes are barely passable as a dress shoe. However, the air vents on the side are pretty cool looking and very practical so bonus points there.

Incredibly comfortable. Nice aesthetics as well. Shims for size adjustment seem to slide and migrate out from under the gel insert and it didn't take long for the outer coating to crack and peel. I'm opening a new spot right now and pulling 16-18 hour days and my feet still aren't sore when I leave. I will definitely get another pair in the future.

A few years back I was privileged enough to get the Marcus Samuellson edition of this shoe and Ive loved them since the first day I wore them. 2 years later and Im finally looking to get another pair because they have held up for so long. Very lightweight, durable breathing shoe.i would recommend 100 times over.

I am a bartender and work on my feet on concrete pretty much every day. I had a lot of lower back pain and our chef suggested Mozo's. I cannot tell you how much they changed my life. So much so that I have worn them almost every day for 3 years. I replace mine about every 6-8 months because of how much I wear them.

Excellent restaurant shoe. Great support and springiness for shock absorption. The slip resistance is top notch. The whole shoe is easily cleaned. As front of the house, there was a bit of rubbing on the heel, but after they were broken in, this has been one of the best shoes I've had for service.

I am impressed with the comfort and durability of these shoes. They are light in weight, easy to put on and take off, and continue to look new after months of 12 hour days. I will buy them again.

I work as a Chef and I have tried all types of shoes. It's important for me to have a shoe that can hold it's own under varies work conditions. I love the Sharkz because it is light weight yet supportive it feels like a real shoe and not like a plastic doll shoe like other brands. Comfortable for standing long periods of time ventilation on the sides is outstanding. You will need to order one size up which I had to find out for myself, but Zappos' VIP service makes that super easy with one day free shipping. Thanks to Zappos I have been able to try many types of shoes until I found the perfect shoe. I have to have a wide bottom so I don' t turn my ankle. Some shoes have a narrow point between the front and back which does not work well for me. This shoe is wide and and very slip resistant. I love this shoe. My manager liked them so much he bought some too! Plus they look nice! Get the Zappos app and you will be hooked. Customer service A+. Light weight. Good support. Attractive. Easy to clean. Price.

By far one of the most durable and comfortable shoes I have owned. Not only does it allow your feet to breathe, but is extremely slip-resistant.
