Possibly the most comfortable pair of slip-ons I've ever tried on. For comparison, I wear a women's 9.5W. I ordered a men's 8 as I listened to other reviewers who said they run a bit small (I often wear a men's 7 or men's 7.5). The M detail on the actual shoe is way more subtle than in the picture -- the picture doesn't do these justice. Gorgeous patent leather look. FYI: These have vents that allow airflow but they also likely will let moisture in. As northwesterner, I'm a bit bummed about that, but keeping them because the comfort factor wins.

I work in catering...long hours. They felt "broken in" from the first time I wore them. I've worn these for about one month now and have no complaints. I'd purchase these again.

My son is very happy with his shoes. He says he feels less tired and has no pain in his feet when wearing these when he works.

These shoes are HANDS DOWN the most comfortable shoes a chef can buy. The slip on feature makes it quick and easy to change shoes. The tread is not woven tight like Shoes for Crews and can easily be rinsed at the end of the shift. The vents on the side help keep your feet cool and comfortable all day while keeping water and grease out. I can't say enough about these shoes. I will recommend them to my co-workers!

After a week the stitchings from the left shoe came off. I had bought Mozzo shoes before and this was my third pair. They are great. It is like walking on a pillow all day. But I guess their cutting corners now. Luckily the shoe repair place can stitch them back on. But like I said they are really comfortable and if you have time to go through all this hassle these are the perfect restaurant shoes.

Actually bought these for my son so I asked him what he thought. This was his first job a an prep chef. He loves the shoes. This is the first time he has stood for 8 hours cooking and prep ing 5 days a week.

I've had these for the past couple months and I'm very impressed with these shoes. I work in a kitchen. I'm on my feet 8 or more hours a day and these non slips are great! They are easy to slip on. They provide enough room to feel very free and relaxed but not so loose that they slip unintentionally. Very pleased with this product.

Shoes are awesome for people with wide flat feet such as myself. The only complaint I have is that the inserts that came with the shoe to create a more snug or less snug fit don't stay put. I ended up having to super glue them all together, which wasn't that big of a deal but nonetheless, they are great shoes besides that.

I will never buy from another shoe company again. I paid a lot for expensive European shoes that did not last two months in my kitchen! The go to chef shoe store in Philly closed for a week and my shoes were taking on water. I called Zappos in the afternoon and I had my shoes the next day. The customer service was amazing! As for the Mozo Sharkz, they feel great and the size adjustment is a nice system. Thanks!

Great shoe! Ordered half size up from reading reviews about size difference, usually wear 8 and one half but ordered 9 instead. They fit great. Very comfortable, lightweight, and very slip resistant. Would definitely buy again. Just a little pricey for a "vinyl, rubber type shoe."

After reading reviews about the shoe I was concerned it wouldn't fit. I wear a size 13 and right out of the box the 13s fit perfect. In fact, due to the shims, I found out my right foot felt better with the thin shim and none in the left. I did have to tape the shim in place though. I work in a hospital and absolutely love how comfortable they are after a long day. Heat was a small factor but they cool off quick. They are easy to clean (a main reason I love them), light on the foot and provide great cushion. I would recommend these to anyone.

Nice shoe! Great non-Slip tread. Very comfortable. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good kitchen shoe. Not for a narrow foot. These are moderately wide.

Right out of the box these shoes are great. I first ordered a size 9 but had to return them for a ten. I think you should order a size up. They are very comfortable and I love the side vents that keep your feet cool and dry. The overall construction is top notch. I will order again.

I was a little pretentious because catalogue shoe shopping is hard. Then I read the other reports on here about the shoe and was like uh oh. But the shoe fits fine. This shoe fits perfeectly. The only people that should have a problem would be people that have Nothern Alaskan Grizzy bear wide feet. I am very very pleased Sincerly; No arch with flat feet, haha

I have been a chef for 14 years and finally found a pair that help with my 12-14 hour days. They are great no leg, no back pain. Definitely A+ purchase. I would recommend to anyone in the food business!

The best kitchen shoes I ever bought. I have been in kitchens for over 20 years and these are comfortable, non-slip and they look professional. The size is right on so don't order any larger than you actually are. I'm a 12 and some shoes are too tight, these are perfect.

I tested 3 different black slip on, slip resistant shoes. These were the only "rubber" shoes of the lot. I must say I am not a fan of the molded rubber/Croc style shoe. However, this is the pair I chose of the 3 I had tested. They fit well (and they came with interchangeable soles to custom fit). They were reasonably comfortable. And the sole feels like it is going to grip no matter what. Rubber shoes here I come.

I got these because they didn't have the style I wanted in stock. These shoes are very good and non slipping, and keep the top protected from any liquid splashes, etc. Definitely worth the price.

First if all, customer support at Zappos is THE best. I had a minor issue with the insole, and they immediately sent me a new pair because the didn't sell the insert separately. I really like the shoe overall. I spend long hrs in the OR, so I needed a shoe that was comfortable, light, breathable, and waterproof. My Sharks fit the bill nicely!

Great shoe, first kitchen shoe that I have purchased that is truly non slip. Comfortable no problem working a 10 hour shift in them. Switched from Crocs. Won't be going back to Crocs for a work shoe.

Good shoe for restaurant work. Sizes are different because there are no 1/2's, had to buy a pair of inserts but after that they were really comfortable!

Nice kitchen shoe. Slip resistant and super light weight. The supplied insoles aren't great, but they can be swapped out and the extra shims are helpful to customize sizing. Not perfect, but definitely some of the best out there. They run small.

I have had these shoes for almost a year now. I've been a server in a restaurant for 6 years and have never found non-slip shoes that I love as much as these! They are so comfortable and the hologram skulls add a little fun! The only thing I haven't liked is that they stretch after a couple of months. They stretched so much that I think I will buy a smaller size next time I buy a pair.

I bought two pairs of these shoes. Honestly, they are great. The reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 my overall rating is because the inserts, or insoles if you will, are all wonderful. The problem is that the blue insole I have always starts to creep up the heel by the time I am done with my shift. I am very happy to have purchased these shoes and they are worth the price, I just wish that the blue insole didn't move around by the time I was done with my shift because I find myself having to re-situate it before starting every shift which does get annoying. When you pay this much or more for a pair of shoes you want them to work perfectly fine. I have read bad reviews about these shoes fall apart, but so far so good in that department. The owner of the restaurant I work in loves his pair and has no problems. His fit a little too tight so he just took out one of the inserts that came with it and now they work fine. Very comfortable and worth the money. I just wish that one of the inserts didn't slide around by the end of my shift. If the manufacturers can come up with a solution they will have my business for life or for as long as I work in the restaurant industry.

I was really excited to finally get a pair of comfortable shoes for my long days on my feet on concrete floors but when I received this pair I had a few surprises. Like suggested by MOZO I purchased true to my size and with that I ended up needing to use both of the included shims. The middle shim kept sliding out so I had to use tape to keep it together. Otherwise though, they are comfortable and look nice! I would still recommend this shoe, maybe my shim problem was a fluke. Also, if anyone intends on wearing these mostly outside, I would not, the little bit they were taken outside they were burning my feet.
