I absolutely love this jacket! It is true to color on the site (I ordered the green) and is super comfortable! I typically wear a large in North Face jackets, but always have a problem with the arm length(I like to have the sleeves come down to at least the middle of my hand), so based off the previous reviews and the fact that I like longer arm lengths, I ordered an XL. It fits perfectly! I was a little worried that it would be too big but due to the cinched waist, I still look feminine. For reference, I am of medium build, 5'6", and wear 36D in the bust. Super pleased and glad that I bought this!

The lining of this jacket is luxuriously soft and lines both the sleeves and the body. There is just the right amount of stretch built in to keep it looking trim and snug while not feeling overly tight. I suggest going a size larger if you want to wear chunky sweaters under it. The zipper does not have a liner on the inside, however, so you may feel it on your chin/neck when zipped up all the way.

This is definitely a fitted jacket that you will be styling in during the fall and spring months. Go a size larger if you want to wear a sweater or anything bulky underneath.

This is great for going to the grocery store, walking or gym. It is quite warm so I would not wear it when greater than 60°. At 5'3", 110 pounds, the small was perfect, broad enough in shoulders and not too long in arms.

I love this jacket. I ordered a black one in size small. The jacket is fitted with faux fur lining inside. The outside material is similar to the sweat/hoodie material, but better. The quilted pattern makes it look more expensive. I was debating between a down jacket or this one. I am glad I got this. The jacket is not bulky, but keeps me warm. I wore this jacket in 30 degrees weathers, a couple of days with wind chill down to 20 degrees. While I did not stay outdoor for very long, the jacket kept me warm for the whole time. The slightly longer sleeves covers part of my gloves, so no cold air can get inside my sleeves. I hate it when my neck gets cold. I wear a scarf, then zip up the jacket all the way. The higher collar is perfect for me.

Color: Black. Size: Small. In terms of being soft and cozy, this is a beautiful jacket! The lining is extremely plush, and the style of the jacket itself is very comfortable. I am usually a small, and I think the fit is fine. It did, however, feel a bit loose in the waist area with just a tank top or shirt on, but with other layering it would be perfect. This jacket has an easy feel to it, as it would be a nice everyday, "go-to" jacket when leaving the house to run errands and what not. Plus, the style has a great fit; not bulky or boxy like some other North Face jackets. And again, it is so nice and comfortable to wear with the soft, cozy lining. Great find!

I am usually XS or S in TNF down jacket, but this jacket runs a whole size small. I bought the m size, and it fits perfectly.

This is the best coat! From most of the reviews I read, I was expecting it to be on the small side. (I'm a large in NF products.) The large fits me perfectly. I can't wait to wear it. Buy this coat and buy it from Zappos. I ordered it and it was at my front door less than 24 hours later. Absolutely amazing!

I love this jacket! It's very pretty and stylish! It has a casual feel but looks nice enough to wear out on the town. The inside lining is super soft and cozy and the jacket is warm enough for Florida winters. It does fit snug though - I bought a size larger and so glad I did because it fits perfect. I can fit a medium thick sweater underneath - but a very thick sweater would be too tight. Overall, super happy and good price.

So comfy, warm, and girlie! Fits great on my shorter frame, but my taller friend looked great in it too! wanted a jacket to keep warm and look great in. Achieved!

I do not like this jacket mostly because the back puffed up oddly due to the cut and the elastic in back. It just would not lay flat. Also, I think the fabric looked a little drab. I am 5'2" and weigh 113 pounds. I usually wear an XS, but I agree with other reviewers to order a size up. The size small fits me best, but I am returning the item. Instead, I am going to try the Marc New York by Andrew Marc Kava 32" Diamond Quilted Down with Faux Fur Hood in size XS. I like that the waist is adjustable on this Andrew Marc jacket. Of course, I love Zappos' return policy. They make it so easy.

This is a stylish jacket; however, I received it in the color black, but it was an off-black/faded color that I did not like, so I returned this jacket.

I'm a size M or L on top, depending on the brand. I ordered the L based on the reviews. It was too big. Sad to say I'm exchanging.

When I first got this jacket I wasn't sure I liked it all that much because it was more fitted than I expected. But the more I wear it, the more I love it! It is very snuggly and cozy with the soft lining. The fit is flattering too. I can't wear bulky sweaters under this, but it's great for transitional seasons. The sleeves are nice and long; I often have trouble with sleeves that are a skimpy short length. For reference I'm 5'6" 120 lbs and got a size small.

I love this jacket's comfort and style, the elastic at the back waistline gives it a nice fitted flattering look, not boxy at all. The inside fleece lining is so cozy that it kept me warm enough in 35 degree weather, but it's probably best in a bit warmer climate. The high collar can be folded down if you don't want to cover your neck. I got the dark grey heather color which looks great with black pants. I usually wear a size 8 or Med but I got the large size which was just perfect on my 5'2" 140 lb frame and just the perfect length to wear with tights.

This coat is so comfortable, cute and warm. It has become my go-to coat this year, and I bought a second one in a different color for a little variety. I have black and light gray and I use them both all the time even though I own many jackets and coats.

This is a great jacket. It's quite warm and stylish. I like that it's somewhat fitted. True sizing doesn't allow for heavy sweaters underneath.

I love this jacket. I did order up a size so that I could wear sweaters underneath if needed. It is a very soft and pretty jacket. Glad I bought it!

My first North Face jacket - super soft and warm inside, but not bulky at all. I took the advice of other reviewers and ordered one size up to fit sweaters underneath - I'm usually a true medium, I bought a large. It's a little big for me and can easily fit layers underneath, looks a bit bulky but it's fine because it it roomy and covers most of my behind :)

This is the best sweater. It is my second one. I had the previous style of the Caroluna Jacket and loved it so much I wore it all the time and wore it out over several years. This is my new one to replace it and it's still wonderful. Comfortable, warm and it looks really good over jeans or a knee length dress.

Love this jacket! So soft and the fit is feminine not boxy. Well made. I got the dark grey and love the color. The longer length of this jacket makes me look taller and I appreciate that since I'm short. I purchased the size small and it fits well with a little bit of room for layering (as long as you don't wear a really bulky sweater under it). I am 5'2" tall, have a 26" waist and a 34D bust.
