I purchased this jacket for traveling in Europe. It was light enough to carry when not in use and warm and cozy for the cold and chilly days. The fit was accurate and the quality was great as most North Face garment are. I originally bought the Black jacket but I loved it so much that I also purchased it in Garnet Red. Both jackets are perfect and I also purchased the matching E-tip gloves for both! Fabulous buy...Thanks Zappos!

This jacket is super warm & comfortable. I do agree that you'd need to size up if you were to wear a bulky sweater underneath, but it's true to size if it's just a t-shirt/long sleeves underneath. My only wish is that it was a richer black, but for me it's just a casual jacket worn with jeans or yoga pants.

I love this jacket! I bought one last year, and my mom loved it so much that I had to buy one for her too. It is very warm and very soft. I love that it's a little on the long side and covers the bottom.

I ordered this for a visit to Washington DC in the fall and it was perfect. I'm 5'8" 140lbs and the medium was a perfect fit. The jacket is fitted and thisr eally helped with blocking any chilly breeze. Great purchase.

I couldn't be more pleased with a purchase. I love this jacket. After reading the reviews, I decided to size up. I normally wear a medium (size 10) in coats, but because it is fitted and I wanted to be able to put a bulky sweater or sweatshirt under it, I went with the large. The fit is perfect and looks great either with the extra bulk added under it or not and it does not lose the fitted silhouette. I love the fabric and the comfort. As for Zappos, the price was good and the order arrived in 2 days. I couldn't ask for better!!

I love this jacket! It's casual without being sloppy. I got the navy, perfect for the end of winter/spring. I got my usual size small and it is actually a little tight when zipped, so I'd say this runs on the small side. I'm going to keep it though because I plan to drop a few pounds :). For reference I am 5'3 135ish.

Love this jacket. The plush lining is so soft. It is a bit form fitting so I sized up and it's a perfect fit and very flattering. The sage green color is beautiful.

This jacket was a gift for my girlfriend. I ordered it three days before Xmas and it came on Xmas eve. I was amazed and she really liked it.

This is a very nice, stylish jacket, with a very slimming shape. It is not bulky at all yet pretty warm considering it's basically a cotton outer/fleece inner jacket. The fleece is super soft and smooth, so easily slides over a sweater. I would recommend it for 35° and up, although probably fine for just short stints to/from the car in colder weather too. It runs small though. I usually wear a medium or even small and had to exchange for a large because the medium was just a little too tight, especially in the arms, over a medium weight sweater. The large fits nicely, I am 5'6" and 125 pounds. The olive green color is great.

This is a nice jacket. The style is fun and the lining very cozy. I have not actually worn it yet because I am trying to decide between two sizes, and I am pretty much in the middle. I am 5'3, 165 pounds. The L is on the fitted side with no room for under layers, but the XL seems just a bit too big. Not sure where I will end up but if you are able to fit this jacket in a particular size, I would recommend it!

This is a great jacket!! So soft on the inside, and warm! Fits great, not bulky at all. I'm 5'8", athletic 145 lbs and a small fits great.

It has the look of a jacket but the comfort of your favorite sweater. It's sleek and warm, perfect to wear alone in mid-spring or mid-fall for temperatures in the 60's, or to layer under another jacket when it gets a bit cooler than that. I particularly like that it covers your neck, and is long enough to cover your behind. I would definitely recommend.

I bought this jacket in black and it's better than I expected. The lining is so soft and warm but not at all heavy which is great. The way this was designed in the back really gives you a waist but in a comfortable way. I've worn it a few times now and it's kept me warm without all the bulk and weight and the length is perfect too. All in all it's a great jacket and as long as you get the right fit you won't be disappointed.

I had been looking for a coat with fleece inside for chilly days in the south. This is perfect! The fit is very nice and flattering. With the collar left unbuttoned it is very stylish, better look than the way the model wears it. I normally wear a small but medium was a must. Arms were way too tight in a small. Fortunately I had the opportunity to try this on at a local store before my Zappos purchase.

This is SO comfy. Warm and stylish. But a little small. =) I can't wear a big sweater under, but it is good for semi-cold days!

This jacket is incredible. It looks much better in person than online, and much better on than on the hanger. My sister has one in black and I have one in moonlight ivory. Both are beautiful. It's perfect for California winters - warm, but light and stretchy. It doesn't feel bulky or inhibit you in any way. Sadly I have to return the jacket I bought for my mother-in-law because I received the wrong size and now they don't have it in her size anymore.

I purchased this jacket to wear when running from the car to the gym. Very comfortable and warm. Fit is perfect, I like that it's not boxy, shows the curves.

I saw this jacket at the North Face store. I checked Zappos and found the gray jacket cheaper than what it was in the store. Based on the reviews, I ordered a S. I normally buy XS. I should have ignored the reviews. The S was too big, even wearing something under it. By the time I received it, the XS was gone so I couldn't exchange. I like the jacket so I will keep and have some alterations done. The material is so soft! For reference I'm 5'4" and 120lbs with a petite frame.

Cute and warm. Im shirts and this jacket is a little long on me. I don't wear it too often.
