Almost no support at all, if that's your thing, these may be the way to go for you. The size was true (I ordered a womens 6 1/2) and I got a wide which is comfortable. The sole is very thin.

These are definitely a minimalist shoe which was okay - you just have to be ready for it. I normally wear a 7D in New Balance shoes and they are snug, but a 7D in these was too short and a little wide. I suggest going up half a size and possibly not getting the wide if you are in between regular and wide like myself. Pretty colors though! I am sad to return them.

I bought these shoes for a new cross-training class that I was starting and when they arrived, they have a tag on the shoes that says something like do not wear for extended activities and break into your weight training routine. These shoes would be good for weight training but not for aerobic activities as they are very minimal, like being in socks.

I've been wearing Nike Free XT for the past year and wanted to give these a try. My workouts are purely class based (cardio, strength, dance). It's important to have some sort of give/cushioning. The minimalist design didn't work for me. There was very little cushioning and support. I also didn't like the bottom/tread as it's pretty flat. Back in the box they go.

These shoes have a great design and are comfortable, but are definitely a minimalist shoe. If you're looking for a shoe to give you a bit more support for training in the gym, this is not the shoe. You would be better off bare foot, as you'd actually be able to use your toes for support.

No arch support in this shoe, and it runs small. I have several different syles of this brand of athletic shoe that are this size that fit me well, and are visibly longer when you put them side by side.

Wow. These are tiny. The width is fine, but the length is really short. I used to be an 11. Then I had two kids. Now I'm an 11.5. I like a little extra room so I ordered a 12. Not even close. I'm returning them today.

I don't know if I got a pair that was incorrectly labeled, but these were way too small for my feet. I usually buy a half size larger for exercise shoes, but even with that my toes were pressed up against the tip.

These were really bad. The color looks silver and red online, but they are hot pink. Toe is angled so it looks like you are pointing toes in. They are much shorter than usual size. I love Zappos, but I am sending them back!

I am sad to say that I hate these shoes. They are so cute but I feel like I am running in a cardboard box. I wanted them to replace my innov8's for five times a week Crossfit but they are very uncomfortable.

OK this is my 3rd minimus. So disappointing. Not sure if it's the shoe but tried locally and fit fine. Ordered same size here and too small. 1/2 size larger would likely be too big. These are more comfy that most of the other minimus w/vibram soles (these don't have) and great in all black. Lightweisht.
