I had a pair of these for 20 years and just replaced them. The addition of the tread on the sole was brilliant. These are very comfortable clogs. I wear them around the house (wood floors), but they're also great for forays outdoors. Highly recommended.

These are great shoes. I just gave up my old pair that I wore for about 10 years as they. had holes. But more than the shoes, Zappos is the best company in the world. We had several packages opened with contents stolen from porch. Other places gave me the run around with 100 questions. Zappos had compassion and in minutes placed an order and I had my shoes the next day. Though I do not shop a lot I will always buy my shoes from Zappos. They are just so cool!

I had a pair of these same exact shoes many years ago, and somehow forgot all about them. I wore them into the ground. They aren't my beloved Birks, so the arch isn't quite as high as I like it, but they are wonderful. Wool, warm, get at least a half size too small because they stretch out.

The size chart for this shoe indicated that size 39 was a U.S. women's size 9 - it isn't, it's about a 1/2 size too small and I would have gotten a 40 if I'd known!

These things are bougie house shoes and aren't really stylish (like slippers ever are) but sweet on the feet. Very comfortable and long-lasting. My previous pair lasted 8 years. They tend to fit a little small - I wear a 12 U.S. and took a 47 euro and could probably take a 48.

I usually wear an EU 40; these were a 39 and too big. Not sure if it was the length or width, or both, but my foot just slid around.

It was too big. I wear 39 sizes all the time. I was disappointed.

The sole was very stiff and did not give much. It did have good arch support. I will be returning.

Too short and too wide. I wear a Dansko 41 but these 41's were too short.

These are my third pair of these. The soles wear quickly especially if you wear them out of the house. The second pair had the problems others have mentioned - separating from the top. I have dedicated these only for in house so hopefully these hold up better,

They have lasted about a year and are falling apart. Other than that they have been amazing! Nothing lasts forever, especially cork and wool.

A bit wide for my liking, but I kept because I wear them in the house during the year when it is cool to cold and often wear with merino wool socks so it is fine. If I had planned to wear them outside, I would need something that fit my foot in the width better.

I am a size 7 1/2 foot, always wear a 37 in Birkenstocks and ordered these in a 37 as well. Great for slipping on for the school run etc. A bit for me if you’re trying to be stylish but very functional

I am trying to get use to these shoes,my Chiropractor at advised me to get them. They will be worn as house shoes for the arch support.

Fit was true to size but I have a large arthritic bump on my left foot and it put too much pressure on that space for a comfortable fit. Otherwise I liked the shoe. Wish it would have worked.

What the heck! These are enormous. I got the size 5, and my feet, with thick wool socks that have padded heels and toes, are swimming in them. Haflinger doesn't make something smaller than their version of a 5, and they don't make children's sizes. If their size 5 is more like a 6, then if they made a 4, it would fit more like a 5. Or if they made children's sizes, you could feasibly buy the largest child's size and have it fit well. I have other Haflinger's and did not have this size issue. But they are years old. I will say that if they had fit me, the arch support would be excellent. When I adjust my feet back to the place where the shoes should actually fit me, you can feel how wonderfully they support the arch in a very comfortable way. They are wide, but Haflinger is wide by nature. This, I don't care about, especially for slippers and thick socks. I simply can't believe how gigantic these are. So disappointed.

I’ve been wearing my last pair of Haflinger Grizzly shoes for many years. Somewhat pricey for an indoor shoe, but they wear forever, and offer great arch support. I’d welcome a chance to buy it in a narrower version.

Too big. I’m a 7.5 and the recommended size (8) was way too big.

They felt a tad too long (noticed at the heel mostly. The heal was way too wide where even my orthotic would seem to small for the width at the heel.) Otherwise the body of the slipper felt good with better support than usual.

i'm a 10.5W US so ordered the 42EU and it fits wonderfully and comfortably. My only complaint is the lack of arch support and obviously the permanent insole can't be removed. The khaki color is very stylish

I actually struggled to find the right fit. I normally wear a men's size 8.5, and so I initially ordered the 41. They were too big, even with heavy socks. So I returned them (thanks Zappos for making it so easy) and ordered the next size down, a 40. These are right on the edge of being too small. They fit fine if I go barefoot, but with socks they are really too small for me to be comfortable. My best advice is to: (1) recognize that they run big and start with a smaller size than you would normally order; (2) if still too big, try an even smaller one but be prepared to have to send them back and find another felted wool option. That said, they look great, offer plenty of arch support, and are cozy to wear.

This clog is perfect for older feet. You get comfort and a small bit of style. I now have one pair in different colors. Sparks up my wardrobe.

I am a true 8 1/2. Was told to buy the 9. They were swimming on me! Exchanged for the 8 which fits like an 8 1/2! So I am grateful that it worked out.

Didn’t fit me it was too large / bulky

Returning mine only because they pinch at the top of my feet, but that seems like a pure fit thing. Otherwise they seem very nice; hefty construction but comfortable, rigid arches, nice wool.
