The Classic Grizzly fits our shoe fussy 92 year old mother. She wore them on a lunch date. Like them a lot. BTW, I love mine too.

I love these shoes! Super comfy and very supportive for my foot issues. However, the sizing runs very small. I had to order one full size up in mens from my usual size.

I've been wanting a pair of wool clogs for some time now, and finally wound up with the Haflinger Classic Grizzlys. Out of the box, they are really comfortable, and should break in to be even more so, as the cork conforms to my feet. I made a sizing mistake - I am a 9 & 1/2 (medium width) so ordered up to a size 43 - way too big for my feet. Re-ordered the 42, and they fit perfectly. I can wear them with a pair of light socks. I bought them for indoor use in the winter when my feet would be cold if barefoot. Turns out they are good for outdoor use, too. I'll be wearing them around town and stuff. They are not only super comfy, but stylish,too! Watch the Euro sizing tho. The Euro chart doesn't allow for half sizes. My 9 & 1/2 feet fit better in the smaller size. Your results may vary.

These are just what I wanted! Thank you! Originally, I was given a pair of Ugg slippers as a gift but returned them for a pair of Acorn slippers and ultimately returned those for this pair of Haflingers. I considered the actual Haflinger slippers but I wanted arch support with warmth and comfort while walking around the house. I am 5 months pregnant and wear Danskos all day. I like that the Haflingers can be slipped on easily without having to bend over to bring the shoe around my heel. I like that they are warm yet seem more breathable than shearling. I have worn them non-stop since receiving them and am very happy with my first pair of Haflingers! Thanks for the easy exchanges Zappos!

I have 2 pairs of these that I used as house shoes since we have hardwood floors. They are extremely comfy and warm in the winter, and. I have actually worn them to work by mistake! My first pair lasted 10 years and the pair I have now, size 38 is a bit roomy but still comfortable (my American shoe size is 7.5). I give them "3" for style only because I don't like to wear these kinds of shoes in public (not very fashionable) but as house shoes they are perfect. They are pricey but worth it in my opinion.

I had a pair of these shoes that lasted for years and am very happy to have another pair. I wear them very often and even at work so I am a very happy camper!

Very comfortable and keeps my feet warm! I wear mostly at home, but I have worn it with jeans to a casual restaurant!

I bought these for my husband. These are his second pair. He loves them. His other pair lasted 4 years. These have excellent arch support.

These are amazingly comfortable. I was feeling some plantar faciatis coming back from walking on hardwood floors stocking footed, and it's totally gone.

I usually wear a size 39 in European shoes, but in this style from Haflinger need a 38. I ordered two different styles of Haflinger slip-ons. The 39 in the blue with circles on it fit well, but the Grizzly in a 39 was decidedly too large. Make sure when you order to check how Zappos has identified the sizes (on this style it does say a 39 is a 9, not an 8 as for other European shoes or even other Haflingers).

Great slipper. One downside...I forget they are on, and walk outside with them! They are my inside shoes, not for outside! I love Zappos! You guys have the best customer service out there!

I love these clogs and now my husband loves them too. Perfect fit (45) comfortable from the first minute.

Since purchasing these clogs I have hardly taken them off, wish I could wear them to work. I find them to be very comfortable and a nice look for Fall and Winter. I am short, 5'3" and have biggish feet, size 9, and many styles make my feet look huge and disproportionate but not these. I am very pleased and may make a future purchase. Even though I ordered the clogs, they are nice enough to wear as house slippers. I like!

I just received them. They feel fantastic. They are for use around house after an Achilles injury. hey provide great support, and nice arch support.They are very comfortable. They seem well made with good quality materials. I measure 11 USA size and measured 45 Euro size in a store but my standard 11 barely fits in the 45. If in doubt, consider a larger measurement.

Absolutely an amazing piece of footwear! I bought a pair back in 1996 to wear after a day out on the slopes skiing. I always looked forward to having them on my feet after being in stiff race class ski boots. These had to be the most comfortable and warm shoes I have ever had...even in below zero weather. These are multiple times more comfortable than a typical shoe that now feels constricting. They fit naturally to your foot and provide the correct amount of support to your foot and arch. I still wear them around the cabin, or even driving home. Yes the same pair I bout bought back in 1996. I am here looking for a new pair because the glue is starting to break down that holds the felt to the cork footbed, and the stitching has worn out on the back by the heel. After 16 years, I think I got my money's worth.

I absolutely love how comfortable these shoes are. I saw them in a store being marketed as 'home slippers', which was my reason for buying them. What I love most is how comfortable and warm they are, yet my feet don't get hot, which has always been my complaint about slippers in general. While they are expensive, I'm sure they will last a very long time. I've been wearing them every day. Zappos rocks! Got my order the next day.

I absolutely love these shoes! My boyfriend has a pair and is always raving about how comfortable they are. I decided to buy a pair and am so happy I did. They are unbelievably comfortable, the foot bed fits my foot perfectly and the wool upper keeps my feet warm but not hot. I wear a size 10.5 and found the 42 fit best. The 41 fit but it was just a little short. I think it's best to have a bit of room between the back of the heel and the lip on the back of the shoe. I ordered the navy, they make my feet look small and are cute with dark straight leg jeans. Highly recommended!

Love these shoes! Very comfortable and durable. They are easy to slip into and keep your feet warm with support.

I bought these because Stegmann was no longer available at my local orthopedic shoe store. I didn't realize they are still available on Amazon. Although the shoes look identical this brand is narrower and the top of the shoe is tighter than the Stegmann's for this style of man's. I expect it will widen out over time as the sole compresses. It is only a problem when I am wearing a thick sock. Overall an excellent shoe. sometimes I forget I am wearing them. My Stegmann's lasted 7 years and these appear to be the same or better quality. The only improvement I can think of is a double thick toe box which is where my last pair wore through.

Not a fashion statement, but this is my third pair (over many years) because they work so well as a house shoe/slipper. The hard sole makes them longer-lasting and better for wearing outside to get the morning paper than most slippers. They work with my hammertoe too. Love 'em!

I am so excited about these shoes. Guess what though? They aren't even for me. They are for my husband. He is a cook and on his feet all day - always active. He's frequently had leg and foot pain from standing all day - never could find a decent shoe. He's in his 50's and he says these are the most comfortable shoes he has ever worn. He "tried" them on weeks ago when they arrived from Zappos and hasn't stopped wearing them. He's from Austria and he loves the European fit and quality of the Haflinger shoe. It's summer and I thought he'd be hot in the wool upper of the shoe but he says it keeps "his feet cool." He keeps asking if they have other styles. I think these are going to be his "only" brand. Next time I order another style for him, I will get one for me, as well.

Awesome! The best! I've had several versions of this type of clog, including a pair I bought in Europe. This takes quality to a whole new level. I use them as a slipper as I have hardwood floors that cause pain on the ball of my foot. So comfortable - treat yourself!
