Second pair. Would give 5 star but must wear with socks to keep firmly on feet...if not my foot seems to move around too much in the unstructured knit. Difficult to find a SLIPPER that is not stiff and structured like a SHOE, so I’m ok with wearing sock. These are comfortable and warm.

Previous experience with this slipper taught me that it would stretch a good amount. I normally wear a size 44 and in that size my heel sits barely inside the slipper heel cup. This is OK as I know in a short time the slipper will lengthen to fit my foot. Comfort in the toe box is excellent. The wool soles are soft and quiet for walking. This is a good slipper choice for indoor year round comfort, especially for people who are tired of fleece linings. These will not stand up to outdoor wear, especially in wet weather.

Comfortable, roomy enough to wear with socks. Are a little itchy on bare skin.

Felt small.

Third pair's the charm! I've tried a couple of different slippers before finding these as my perfect match. The others I tried had arch support that hit me in the wrong spot or were too stiff for what I was looking for. These are comfy, soft, and I'm sure are going to be with me for years to come.

Concerning comfort, these slippers are not soft. The fabric is a rough wool, IMO. I am hoping they soften over time. They certainly are warm, but I will look for a softer material next time. Based on the size chart, I ordered a size smaller than I order for athletic shoes, but had to exchange them for a larger size. Just be cautious with their size chart. Of course Zappos made the size change easy.

Soles cracked after less than one year of light use.

I always buy a size 41 in this slipper, and the actual size when I get them varies considerably. Also I wear them out pretty fast. The big thing that keeps me coming back however is the comfort. These slippers conform to your foot so much that they provide arch support, and I can stand in them for much longer than I can any of my shoes. Also they keep your feet warm without making them perspire. I can't do without these slippers.

LOVE these slippers and have continually ordered them until they're ripped through. Typically that takes about 2 years. However, after around 6 months this pair's sole started to peel off and they feel much more cheaply made. I feel like it's too late to ask for a refund but I wanted to convey my disappointment in the quality this time. Not enough to prevent me from ordering another pair, though.

I love these slippers but was expecting the rubber soled ones. I'm going to exchange these soft soled for the rubber soled.

I really like the material and size of this slipper, unfortunately they are way too wide. Will keep trying. Thank you for such prompt service.

Great slipper but doesn't last long with daily use. Maybe 1-1.5 years Max.

I have had these slippers since 2017 but not quite a year. I have an arthritic foot and wear orthotics, however have had a problem with getting comfy slippers that will work with my foot problems so that I dont' t have to wear the orthotics. These have what seems like a small arch support built into this slipper that has worked for me! They are not the most attractive slipper but they have been so comfy. As they are not yet a year old I am disappointed that the skid control on the bottom of the slippers seems to be failing and I have been slipping on my bamboo floors when walking. I either will have to get a new pair (expensive when lasting less than a year) or try another make.

I purchased a pair of Haflinger slippers for my wife for Christmas. She loves, loves these slippers. I have a pair of old and tired leather slippers and decided to try hers out as our foot sizes are close. I was astonished by the comfort, fit, and how these slippers never make my feet uncomfortable temperature wise. My leather slippers always seem to suck the oil out of my feet leaving them dry. This is no the case with the Haflinger, wonderful product, thank you.

Overall, I really like this slipper. It's incredibly comfortable. I was a big Uggs fan before I tried the Haflinger but I have to say I think I prefer this brand. Even though Uggs are made with natural fleece, my feet still got overheated in them and I'd end up kicking them off in frustration. Not the case with the Haflinger! My only reservation is the lack of style options--I have the basic very plain tan colored slipper--would like to have a few more color options and maybe an embellishment other than the goofy kitty and coffee designs they offer.

This slippers are very comfortable and warm. They have the right amount of support with still feeling cozy. Unfortunately they wear out and need to be replaced every 1-2 years. Even with this, I still buy them for their comfort.

Classic slipper. True size fit. Comfortable support(didn't expect shoe like support) nominal arch support. Very wearable, no foot sweat during longer wear periods.

These slippers are nice and cozy. However, the joint seams in the middle do run on bare feet which should be improved.

After a year of wear, both feet have developed holes in the toes and the treads are about half worn off; but I still like these slippers a lot. They're comfortable and warm (but not too warm, I've worn them a lot over the year), and they have good support. Ordered half a size down, and they fit alright. My major complaint is that they're wearing out, which seems a little absurd for price vs. level of use, hence 4 stars overall instead of 5.

Since these are European sizes I recommend ordering one size up. For example, I'm a size 7 US, which would translate to a size 38 European. But the 38 was too small. So I'm going to try a 39 to see if that works better. The 38 didn't give me any wiggle room in the toes, and that was without socks on.

I've bought 3 pairs of these, two for myself in the past 2 years, and one for my husband. They are super comfy all year round without making your feet sweat but keeping both feet perfectly warm. We have hardwood floors and I love that the padding is soft and makes no noise when walking around. However, durability is not the best. Both pairs I've had got a hole on one of the toes both times after 8-9 months of daily use- which often is just after work, evenings, late nights and mornings, along with days off if I'm staying at home. My husband's is also getting wear by the toe area. I continue to buy coz I love them and all other indoor slippers are too hot (those with shearling), or doesn't provide the warmth and comfort. The boiled wool, I think is just the best material for keeping your feet warm without the sweat. I still would say these are great. I just wish they lasted longer and weren't so pricey.

I have had two pairs of these slippers and I love them for their arch support, however I find the soles do not last long as the thread binding around the edge wears and the soles start to fall off.

I needed slippers that would alleviate pain from walking on hardwood floors in my home as well as provide some grip so I wasn't always slipping around. The good is that the Haflinger AS Classic Slipper has helped immensely with my foot pain and provides great traction. The not so good, the little gripper dots on the soles look like they will wear off before the rest of the slipper wears out. And while there is good arch support for a slipper, it is lacking in heal cushioning. The overall slipper is also very wide for a narrow foot but perhaps washing it will shrink it to size. I wear them with socks which is warm for California weather but it helps with the roominess.

I like these but they seem much more itchy than the Giesswein Veitsch I have & socks are a must. But I like the soft sole of the Haflinger's better. Seems like the Giesswein's have more of a inner lining perhaps & I can wear those without socks. I wish I could find a slipper with a good built-in arch that isn't wool.

Great comfort once you wear them for a week - brand new they felt tight on the instep. True to size. A round point would have been great and a little heavy, other wise great slipper.
