Actually. I am reviewing the service I received from Zappos, which was nothing short of incredible. The slippers i had purchased in February developed a hole in the toe. I emailed Zappos and within 20 minutes new slippers were on the way, a mailing label for the damaged slippers was sent to me and the deal was done. Oh and the slippers were there the next day.. I am prone to corns on the bottoms of my feet and was advised not to go barefoot around the house. These Haflinger slippers were the best solution, with ample cushioning that lasts on our hardwood floor. Lightweight and easy to get on and off.

This is a great slipper for those of us who have hardwood floors and do not want shoes in the house (or the noise that comes with hard-soled slippers) My husband and I both have had several pairs over the years (yes, they do eventually wear out). Zappos has been a reliable source and they offer prompt delivery--also, since Haflinger sizing seems to vary over the years, we have had to exercise the Zappos exchange service and it is superb! Fast, and free shipping! What more could one want? Remember,this is a soft woolen house slipper, don't expect arch support, it is more akin to wearing a woolen sock!

I've used these slippers for over 10 years and I love them. The do wear out in the toe eventually but they last a good while before that. They are so comfortable and mold to your feet.

The slippers run large so had to order down to a 5. Very comfortable and warm, but my feet don't get sweaty because of the wool. An indoor house shoe,except for a walk on the deck or to mailbox. Wouldn't want to wear them in grass or ground dirt. A keeper of a slipper/house shoe!

These are comfortable winter and summer. Buy the tightest you can squeeze your feet into, wear them for an hour, and you will have perfectly fitting right and left shoes. I measure a size 7 double wide, and often have to go up to an 8 1/2 for comfort, but I buy Haflinger's in size 7! The only defect is that they wear out after about a year of wearing them many hours each day.

Excellent slipper for chilly days ahead. They are warm but nit sweaty with good arch support. I bought mine in red. Just noticed red is no longer available. Too bad Zappos. These are adorable in red.

An ideal slipper, in my opinion for those who find shearling or other wool slippers to be too hot. These are comfortable, attractive enough for a slipper and not too hot while still providing warmth. I think they run a little large, but not so much that I would order down a size, unless you are already on the edge of a normal size.

These are the most comfortable slippers I've ever owned! I think this is my 5th pair or so and they generally last me about 2 years. Just enough warmth in the winter and the wool cushions your feet even when you're on hard surfaces like tile or laminate flooring. Has arch support built in and after wearing them for a week or so conform to your foot.

I love this fabulous slipper. I wear mine all day long and they always deliver a high performance! Can't be without this slipper!

If there are more comfortable serviceable slippers out there, I've not found them. My wife gifted me with my 1st pair years ago. This is my 3rd pair now with a pair stashed at our ranch house for weekend use. Happy feet could be yours, too.

I got these for my 96-year old mother after looking at many on the Zappos site. She wears slippers almost all the time now. She had older Uggs which were getting old and sloppy. These are great because they are flatter yet stay on. She wears a 7.5 to 8 shoe, and the size 8 is perfect. I was concerned about the seam down the center, since she has very sensitive feet, but it hasn't bothered her at all. She loves the slippers. I haven't tried washing them but spot-cleaned once very successfully. They are a winner. I'm thinking of getting her another pair.

I wear mens size 8.5 and ordered the 42. Perfect. Super comfortable after being on my feet all day. I wear them around the house and on the patio and to the mailbox. This is my second pair. They have a mild arch which is fine for a slipper. I am going to get another pair to have as a back-up in case they become unobtainable in the future.

I got these for my elderly mother who uses a walker and spends most of the day at home. She was wearing heavier Uggs, but we needed something flatter, lighter, and also washable. So far we have not washed these, but spot cleaning was very effective. She finds them comfortable (no issue with the center seam,) they stay on her feet, and she has no complaints. I will revise if we wash them and have an issue, but my feeling now is that I would buy these again. Zappos, of course, was terrific as usual.

I love these. They provide such perfect comfort. It feels like I am doing something nurturing for myself when I put them on.

Fabulous. These slippers are warm and comfortable and stay on my feet. The little grippers on the bottom are a plus so no sliding on hardwood floors. I love all natural materials. I researched and to my delight discovered that they are washable in cool water and something like Woolite. Dry on "delicate" or in the sun. I'm going to order a "back-up" pair right now.

If you are at a point where it is painful to walk on floors barefoot or even in stocking feet. These are the answer. Amazing comfort, surprisingly well constructed and durable. I live in a household where Japanese culture is practiced. These have passed muster. I will never be without a pair.

These slippers are really nice. I had to send them back 3 times to get the right size I think. I would order 2 or 3 sizes larger than you think you need if you want your heel to actually be inside the slipper and not on the rim. I would buy them again for sure. Just warm enough and enough padding for the hard tile in my house.

This is the most amazing slipper ever! I have ceramic tile flooring which is hard on the body and these are just perfect! Comfortable, cushiony and I will buy again when needed.

My big concern was the footbed padding, and this is 5 stars for sure! I wanted warmth too, but since I have no more padding in my feet, the footbed was crucial - otherwise I end up crippling around with every step being bone-on-bone/floor. They're warm and have formed to my feet in my thicker house socks, and I can slip them on with no hands - no bending! Great all around! Definitely worth the expense!

I got these for my husband and they are really nice. The workmanship seems like it will hold up and they look good on his feet. They are not quite as warm as the shearling slippers they replaced.

Just awesome! Wish I found these 20 years ago. It is sickening to think how much I have spent on slippers over the years when all I needed was these! I especially love the slight arch. I don't think I will ever buy any other brand again!

Excellent slipper. Comfortable and breathable, with even some support (I normally expect zero support from a slipper). Previously I had fleece slippers, which made my feet perspire and then they smelled. These are much more breathable, don't smell, but they are just as warm. When they arrived I thought they were too small, but they stretch out after a day or two. I saw a couple of reviews that mention the seam. I didn't even notice it until I saw the reviews.

These are nice slippers. They are warm and comfortable. They are a tad slippery on wood floors, but it's not an issue for me, and no worse than socks.
