I love these slippers-clogs! I've had L.L. Bean and Uggs shearling slippers before. The Uggs wore through in no time. The Beans were durable but did not have the support that makes the Haflinger unique. I have medium arches and the Haflinger has a wonderfully supportive ergo foot bed. There is a light shearling lining on the upper portion, about 1 fourth of an inch, and a felt lining on the footbed. Do not expect winter weight shearling. My feet do not get too hot and they are as comfortable as the felt clogs but seem much more durable. Also, the leather upper has not gotten sloppy and stretched but has stayed true to fit. It's June and I am comfortable in these. Great house shoes. Would definitely buy again and only wish I hadn't waited so long to order them.

I've had these slippers for 5 years and they are the best. I'm a 9.5 and wear a 40. They give great arch support while keeping my feet toasty warm with the sheepskin.

I have low arches, overpronation and just coming off an achilles strain. These Haflingers have helped me recoup. I look forward to putting them on when I get home.

I bought these shoes in England. They are absolutely the best and most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. I have worn them for 2 years (winter-fall) and they still are great.

This is my second pair of these slippers. They are very comfortable for my feet. I have had plantar fasciitis and these slippers have really helped.

These shoes are wonderfully comfortable. I replaced a pair of Birkenstocks with these - and it was a very good decision. They are much, much more comfortable. And they are WARM. And because of the high quality of the "lining," I can wear those shoes either with or without socks. You will be delighted with these shoes!

I love these. Fit more snuggly on my narrow feet than other Haflingers. Great support. Very comfortable. Warm, but not hot. My only complaint is that the black dye on the shearling stains my feet. Hoping that eventually goes away. Perfect slipper with support, but are durable enough to wear outside the house.

I live in these clogs as house slippers. I prefer the tan since it has the natural colored shearling, which doesn't transfer color the way the black and brown does--but if you don't wear them barefoot, you won't have that problem (but why would you NOT wear them barefoot??). I have plantar fasciitis and tendinitis in my ankle and I can only wear Naots, Think!, and Finn Comfort normally but these Snowbirds are wonderfully supportive. And warm. The bottom is wool, not shearling--I wish the the sole was shearling as well, but alas it is not. I have gone through a number of these since I wear them so often--even in the summer because my house is often cold. They easily transition from slippers to outdoor shoes, too--I just prefer to keep them my indoor shoes. They aren't terribly stylish but they are SO comfortable, so who cares!! And way more support than Uggs (but again, not the cushy Shearling sole).

The shoe is cute but in real life looks much more like a slipper. Color is not light pink - it's mauve.

Ahhhhhhhh! My feet are so happy. If you aren’t familiar with Heflinger they generally run large. I usually buy an 7.5 or 8 in most shoes but in Heflinger I alway order a 7 (38) and they fit perfect. I was hesitant to order a 7 because most reviews say this style runs small but I figured the foot bed would be the same and I was right. They are a little more snug width wise but Heflingers are usually pretty wide so these fit more like a regular shoe and I’m guessing that the shoe might stretch a bit since it’s suede. Of all of the Heflinger shoes I have owned these are already my favorite because they look a little more “normal” than their other wool shoes. I usually buy them with the intent to wear as inside shoes only but end up wearing them everywhere because they are so comfortable. This pair will be outside shoes. I discovered Heflinger by chance a few years ago and if you need arch support these shoes are like a hug for your feet. The arch has excellent support and I think the cork lets them mold to your feet. It’s as if they are custom made for you. The boiled wool is great because they keep your feet a constant temperature without needing socks. I’m anticipating the sherpa might be better for winter. They are a bit expensive but if you have bad feet you won’t regret getting them.

I would normally where a european size 39, but because of the fur lining I got a 40. No socks required, they fit perfect and are warm and comfy.

These are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever purchased. I HATE to wear socks, and they are not necessary with these shoes. I can’t say that they are “cute,” but for this degree of comfort I don’t care/

I would describe these shoes as 'a little piece of heaven for my feet'. I have plantar fasciitis, neuropathology, hammer toes and a bunion. These are my 3rd pair of Haflingers and because of the lining, my favorite! I have had them for about a month and I wear them constantly. The lining (still cushy!) is soft and cushy and my poor feet feel so loved. My arches are supported beautifully, my cold feet are kept warm without socks and lining makes my whole foot (even the tops!) feel very pampered! I hope Haflinger never stops making this shoe. In fact, I may order spares just to protect myself! I love, love, love these shoes!

These are lovely--fit is spot-on and the warmth and arch support just what I was looking for. I am taking them to a shoe repair shop, though, to see if a slight heel can be added--the slipper almost feels like a negative heel, and that is not comfortable for me. Still, this is the closest I have come to finding the perfect slipper. Oh, and the pink is just beautiful.

Love these slipper shoes! They are the most comfortable experience my feet have ever had! Perfect for chilly days, even warmer than the wool felt version which I fell in love with last year. Thanks to Haflinger and Noat, my plantar fasciitis is completely healed and my Capsulitis is so much better!

I usually buy the much less expensive slippers, but they always wear out on the bottom. I have developed a foot problem (metatarsalgia) and now need more arch support in a slipper. Plus, I like to shuffle down the icy driveway in the Wisconsin winter to get my newspaper. This slipper with tread -- some would call it a shoe -- is sublimely comfortable and toasty warm. The fleece surrounds the top of the foot but is not on the bed of the shoe, which I like. I don't plan to wear these outside like a shoe, thus ensuring that they will last many years, but I have been known to drive my kids to school in them. If the price doesn't stop you, I heartily recommend the Snowbird.

These were back ordered in my size 5 for months. I wanted a quick easy on shoe during my months of chemo. I just got them the other day and I was so excited, sorry,I have to say that I don’t find them as comfortable as the reviews say! They are cute but not as comfortable as I was hoping. The size fit perfectly though, I usually wear a 5.5 and the size 5 was just right!

These slippers are awesome, they just like the old LL Bean Wicked slippers they used to make and now make with a plastic sole. These are warm, have a great arch support and will break in to the shape of my foot. My feet are always in pain and its cold in New England and these are worth every penny. Highly recommend!

These shoes are made very well. I am a size 10 and the lining made them fit a little snugger than I like my slippers to fit. Earlier reviews stated that they do stretch but I decided to return them the next day wishing my feet were a tad smaller.

I've recently returned 3 different brands of expensive "house shoes" that claimed to have arch support. The Snowbird is perfect! The arch support won't replace orthotics, but is far better than other slippers. The cork bottoms also provide a desirable level of cushioning between feet and floor. I wear a 7 1/2 - 8 in athletic shoes, 7-7 1/2 in dress shoes. The size 7 in the Snowbird fits perfectly with and without a thin sock. They are so very comfortable right out of the box and provide the warmth I am looking for. Appear to be exceptionally well constructed. The pink is a beautiful, feminine soft medium pink - mauve. I am exceedingly happy with this purchase.

I looked for supportive slippers with natural materials for so long and tried many options. These are supportive like Birks but without the break in time. They are very warm and soft inside. I have one pair for house, another pair for yard/errands. My perfect isolation shoes.

Heaven! The price is daunting, but with Zappos' return policy they are worth trying. The fit and shape are beautiful. There is no "flip" or "flop", nor are they bulbous like most clogs. Instead they stay rooted, securely to your foot like a full shoe. Excellent quality.

Fit was good. What is a nightmare is the inside fleece. It turns your feet black and your socks black. If I had not already worn them I would return them. Having your feet discolored is not fun:-( They are comfortable shoes though.

I love these shoes. I will just say, to help you who are shopping, that I normally wear a 39 in euro sizing, but because of the fur lining on this one, i went up a size to 40. Absolutely love them.

Although these shoes look really wonderful and comfortable I had to return the size 11 because my right foot was still just fitting in the shoe with my toes cramped up. Judging from my left foot which is a little smaller they would have been super comfortable. I normally take a size 10 or a 10 1/2. I was super bummed that the 11 was still too snug on my right foot.
