I don’t know if I will ultimately enjoy this shoe. The top is a bit tight. I am sure that will loosen, but … my biggest disappointment is that the description talked about the shearling lining which is what I was going for. It did NOT mention that the sheering lining is only on the sides. I look for shearling to keep my feet warm in winter. I have now had to purchase a shearling insert for under my foot. Very disappointing to pay so much for a shoe and have to pay an additional $30 for an a lining for the foot bed.

I ordered a 7M which is my usual size. My toes were against the end of this shoe. An 8 would likely have been too big and it doesn’t come in 1/2 sizes. My main issue/complaint is the arch. I wanted some arch support rather than a completely flat shoe. This one felt like I was walking with a large stone under my foot. Exceedingly uncomfortable. I returned them.

This shoe has a good look but the sole is so hard that it was uncomfortable to walk in. Maybe it’ll soften with time but don’t want to chance it.

I have these shoes and love them. I ordered another pair but was very disappointed when they arrived. They were NOT in new condition. It’s clear someone too some kind of brush or comb and tried to comb the suede. It looks like maybe to cover up a stain. I can’t understand how these could be sold as new first quality stock. I love Zappos and the quick and easy returns but the quality control on returned items is clearly lacking unfortunately. If only a few are left and not in new condition at least they should knock off some of the price and put them on sale as is condition so you know what you’re getting.

Haflinger quality has gotten down !

This was the THIRD (3rd) pair of these SAME shoes I have ordered and received. Each pair, especially this THIRD one, have come USED, WORN OUT, AND SCUFFED with the SOLES VISIBLY WORN on each foot. This pair has the left HEEL SOLE exceptionally worn in comparison to the right sole. These are BARELY up to the standards of contributing to the Good Will. I do not own a phone with a camera so I am unable to illustrate the egregious state of these shoes.

The shoe is ugly. Worse than the website photos. Bought because I needed an open back that would not press on a heel injury. I was looking for something to support my high arches. This is not it. I would have returned instead of wearing them outside, but since just trying them in produced a crease on one shoe that made me concerned a return would not be accepted It, I began wearing them. They were comfortable enough inside the house. But when walking outside, the inflexible sole is like walking on a flat rock under each foot. Horrible.

I love and rely on my old Haflinger snowbirds but the sizing has changed since I last ordered.

Couldn't keep them on my feet. Uncomfortable.

Not as pictured...the contrasting leather trim as shown is not the actual item received. The pair I received have the same (suede/like) material as the trim. Also....I tried these for about 5 minutes w/thin white socks and the socks turned black.

I love these slippers in Tan color, but the black rubbed off on my feet and ruined my pedicure!

I love these slippers. BUT this pair I may be sending back. I usually buy tan color, and this time I bought black. The dye rubbed off on my feet and ruined my pedicure!!

I really like the look and the feel of the soft fur inside the Haflinger Snowbird, but after wearing around the house for about an hour, I began to feel pain in my right foot/ankle. It was just too painful to continue to wear them. It is a really a warm, cozy clog, but just not right for my feet.

even with the cork bottom and sherpa (which I LOVED), they felt slim under the balls of my feet, and were uncomfortable there. I really am disappointed, as I really liked everything else about them. Hate to return, but going to. Drat. The search struggle continues.......

In the beginning these shoes were sooooo comfortable. I haven't worn them in a while, and put them on and they felt a bit funky,

WRONG SIZE. ORDERED A WOMEN'S 40, AND RECEIVED A 39.
