As cute in person as in the picture. But I ended up returning them because they are just too loose in the heel. The toe and length were fine. They just slipped off my heels. So for people like me with narrowish heels but medium toes, this one just does not work.

I love these shoes. I have the black patent ones with the hot pink Puma on top. Nearly every time I wear them, I get compliments. So comfy that I forget I'm wearing shoes. They are casual enough to wear with anything. And stylish enough that I even wear them with a black pant suit. I wore them to a 3-day conference at a huge hotel and my feet never hurt. I paid full price for these when they first came out, and I would still pay full price for them now.

Wish they'd make a more substantial/high-end version of this shoe. Very cute, looks great with professional clothing but sharp seams, cheap and plastic-y on the inside.

This shoe is soft soled, nice looking and comfy. The Puma logo is discrete enough for me. I purchased them for a trip to Paris and they are perfect since they look good with pants and a dress and are great for walking (though with no arch support as per ballet slipper styling do take a 2nd pair of shoes for travel). Terrific purchase!

I love these shoes! Wore them walking all over during a vacation in Paris. Can even get away with wearing them with tights thanks to the patent leather. Very true to size.

These are my favorite shoes of all time. They are casual enough to wear with jeans, but look nice enough to wear with a dress. They're great for walking around all day. These are flats, so the arch support isn't amazing, but they're so durable and comfortable. They never gave me blisters, even when I jog for a little while in them (not kidding). I've been looking for a pair of comfortable flats that can be worn with casual or dressy clothes, and I definitely found a winner. If you're on the fence, buy them. Great shoes! I wear them practically every day.

These fit perfect in my regular size. I wore them for about 3 hours right out of the box with no problems. I was worried about the back heel and I think that it might have caused problems if I tried a ton of walking on the first day, but who does that? A couple of wearings and I think they could go easily all day. They are adorable and more comfortable than most flats. I'm going back for another pair.

These shoes are very comfortable. They can be worn casually but they also look decent with some skirts for work. The only concern I have over the long term is whether or not the patent leather will crease/crack -- especially at the base of the toes where they bend when you walk. The purple color is fantastic and goes with just about everything and the footbed is nicely padded.

These run true to size, almost too true. They are cute for spring or summer. I do not envision socks with these. They are very comfortable. Enjoy them!

I originally ordered a size 8.5 but they were a little short and it felt like my toes were squished. Exchanged them for a 9 and I'm on the fence. Style-wise they are really cute and I can see them going with pants or skirts or leggings. I purchased mine for an upcoming trip to China but they still feel a little narrow at my toes and where I'm on the fence, is whether or not they'll actually stretch out a bit for my toes. I guess time will tell. I'd give them 5 stars if it weren't for that tiny annoyance! At least they look good!

I purchased a half size larger after reading reviews. I suggest ordering your regular size to begin with. Then, if it seems short, go up a half size. Cute shoe.

Love these shoes! They are so cute - people are always commenting on them. Plus, they might easily be the most comfortable every day shoes I've ever had! They even were still comfortable after 6 hours of mall walking!

I had been thinking about these for awhile, I really wanted a pair of black flats that I could wear casually that would be comfortable and also somewhat stylish. I live in NYC and walk a lot, and find that the soles of my shoes get worn out fast, so I thought these would do the trick. So far so good! I haven't been able to wear them for long periods of time yet, but I'm very happy with the look and fit. I'm thinking they might give me blisters at my heels, but I'd say most shoes do that to me and all I have to do is wear them a couple times and they are fine so I plan to give these ones a chance. I'm a true size 7, and these fit me in a size 7 perfectly and think they'll probably stretch slightly over time. I'd urge you to get them if you're thinking about it!

Excellent shoes for casual wear. Good for running errands around town. They are also great for travel. I wore them everyday on a month long trip to Europe. They are true to size and reasonably priced. First stylish rubber sole I've seen. Ordering from Zappo's is hastle free and so reasonable.

These are super comfortable; no breaking in necessary! I stand on concrete floors for much of the day. These shoes are amazing.

I was looking for stylish yet comfortable commuting-to-work shoes (I live in NYC), and these were perfect. I'm generally between a 7.5 and a 7, and size 7 fit perfectly. A little bit of breaking-in was needed in the heel, but nothing too bad.
