Uncomfortable design across the toe box. Other reviewers observed this problem and I’m sorry to say I agree. Going back.

I have grey ballet flats that I wear as slippers. Like them so much I wanted an outdoor pair. Bought my slippers at Marshalls for 1/2 the cost of these and they're so much better made. I hate the puma logo on the top of the shoe. They could look nice, but to me that cheapens them. I did not see that in the photos. Second problem is that I wear orthotics. They fit perfectly in the slippers I have, but when I put them in these shoes the back of the shoe isn't high enough and my foot slips out. Disappointed.

I was SO disappointed. These were so huge and wide I couldn't even wear them. Maybe with an athletic sock, but otherwise no go. Super cute though. I'd try a size down.

They are pretty cute, as pictured, but run 1/2 size too small. I am sending them back. There is also no cushioning or arch support.

These are cute but they're a basic flat. I thought there'd be a little more foot support considering these are made by Puma, but there is absolutely no arch, heel, or ball of foot support. You can do just as well with a no name basic flat from Target or even Wal-Mart. I'm disappointed, but I optimistically wore them too many times to return them. Now I'm just investing in band aids and hoping the finally break in soon.

I bought these several months ago. My thought was they'd be super cute and comfortable and get me through my day (meetings, conferences, etc). Unfortunately, both shoes rub on my heels and on the tops of by feet as well. I have worn then at least 15 times and every time I do, I end up with blisters on my heels and band aids on! So unfortunate because they are super cute shoes!

The heels on these were evil. I wanted them to be perfect because they are so cute, but I had to return them.

I have several pairs of this Puma from about 3 years ago - I was disappointed to find that the manufacturing is not what it once was, the cut is slightly different, lower at the toes and digs in more at the heel and the thread they use on the stitching feels like little knives stabbing my foot when I walk. Returning.

I'm so disappointed! These are beautiful but to be sure they would fit, I ordered a half size larger. They arrived and had no slack whatsoever, I keep my feet and nails trimmed and manicured, but I'm afraid that if I missed my appointment once, my feet would ache, and my heel would become blistered. Gone are the days of buying cute shoes that I can't wear all day. The material doesn't give me the impression that they would stretch, so back they go! And to add to my utter disappointment, they are out of the larger size!!! Ugh! I'm so sad!

I was happy to find the Zandy again since this is my favorite Puma style of all time. However, the 2 shoes I received were not from the same pair. They fit very differently and the insoles were not the same. Disappointed as this was the first time I ordered from Zappos and I am not sure I trust them now to send first quality merchandise. Glad the shipping and return shipping is free.

I bought these shoes so for walking to work. I like how they look like casual flats but are Pumas. Unfortunetly they are not comfortable at all. They rubbed the back of my foot and the top. Would not recommend.

Adorable shoe but was mislead with the description of patent, assumed it was leather, not plastic. Purchased size 10 which was too small, and 10 1/2 was too big. Back of shoe pinched. Going back. Sorry.

I like Puma's style. I want to love Puma, but I don't. I bought these shoes in two styles, and one of them has to go back. The patent version "stretched" out very quickly, after a month of 2-3 times a week wearings. I know it doesn't offer arch support, but it is not supposed to stretch the way that it did. My feet aren't wide, at all, so that's not the problem.
