They are nice. It feels like you have pantyhose on and they do not slide a lot in the back. They even have an opening so you do not have to take them off to go to the bathroom. The only problem is they can easily rip if you pull very hard or have nails. Other than that, they get five stars! I have a pair in nude and in black.

I am glad that I waited before writing a review of this product because I might have given them higher marks at first. I have an old pair of similar Spanx that still look brand new after years, but I needed a larger size after my pregnancy. I thought that I would give these a try and first of all they feel so tight! I actually break a sweat trying to get these Spanx on, and I fall right in the middle of my size. The band at the top is not supposed to roll down but it does. After only wearing these a few times they literally started ripping to shreds. After a few months of wear these Spanx are covered in holes and runs (I got two pairs and both did the same thing). Several times while merely bending over I feel them rip further. I would not recommend these. I do however love Spanx tights, and I cannot wait for fall when I can wear them again.

I had heard so much about Spanx and expected great things, but these were really disappointing. I think they only work well if you are already thin and just think you are fat, so you feel like your Spanx are "holding it all together" etc. If you actually have any fat, these are useless. I found they smoothed out the hips but the waist kept rolling down, so there was a roll at the waist - both of material seen through the dress and of fat that was pushed up as well as a lump where they ended on the leg. They were visible, tremendously uncomfortable, I had to keep adjusting them all night long, they gave me stomach cramps (agree completely with the other reviewer about the digestive issues), and I ended up taking them off in the bathroom at the reception and just going "free" the rest of the night. Completely not worth the money or the hassle.

Was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and effective these were compared to the many other brands I have tried. Originally purchased for to wear under a form fitting dress for a wedding and I just pulled them out again after having my second baby a week ago. Even with the major mummy tummy I have going on right now, these things are still comfy and keep all the jiggly stuff nice and smooth and tight. Buying a back up pair today! :)

I love the way Spanx in-power makes me look in a dress. Also this is a great price. You can't go wrong with Spanx!

I needed some help after having twins, so I ordered these Spanx. They can't perform miracles, but they definitely help smooth the trouble areas. I was impressed with how they stayed up and I didn't have to keep hiking them up. Not something I could wear every day, but when wearing a tight dress they will probably be my must have accessory from now on.

I love Spanx - I have never been disappointed with any of my Spanx purchases and the In-Power Line Super Higher Power is great. It stays in place, makes my entire mid-section smooth and bulge free, and is quite comfortable.

This garment does the trick of reducing and near eliminating the upper "muffin top" I have right below by breasts. However, there is a trick to getting it on. The garment is made of two different types of fabric and the shorts part is more like two layers of hosiery fabric so you don't want to tug on that too much or it will ladder (I imagine). The remainder of the garment is like very tightly woven elastic and is quite breathable. So, when putting this on, you have to make sure that you have as much of the garment as you can have at waist height before you raise it up to just below your breasts. Otherwise, there is the likelihood that it will slide or roll down during wearing. It was only after the second wearing that I realized Spanx meant that this garment is supposed to be worn without panties as there's a slit in the crotch so you can pee without having to roll down this garment whilst wearing it. This is quite a feat after sweating but I've done it with some effort. It remains to be seen how long the strength of support will last over repeated wearings and washings. I really can't rate this item for style as it's a functional item to be worn as underwear. If nobody detect you wearing it, it is successful. It has nothing to do with style.

These were just what I needed! They gave me the shape I wanted under a form fitting dress I wore to a wedding. It did everything I hoped it would!

Not the prettiest undergarment out there, but they do the trick and hold you in where you need it and provide a super sleek foundation for body hugging clothing. I was concerned that the top would roll down during the night but to my surprise, the top band stayed in place all night and I never had to tug on it to keep it in place. Yay! Definitely worth the price if you want to say good bye to thong lines and scary body bulge. :)

Spanks aren't just to keep our tummies and bootie tight. I had to wear them 24-7 for 6 weeks following cancer surgery, and now, I find that I really enjoy the way I look and feel in dresses when I wear my spanks! They hold up well, wash easy. I have 3 pairs.

Great purchase. I've ordered Spanx and off brand Spanx in the past that roll down at the waist but these stay up great. Very comfortable - I wear them with every dress I own.

Works just like it's supposed to. Was mildly surprised that the top stayed up and the legs stayed down...no rolling!

No issues. I thought they'd be tighter like compression shorts. But still did the job. Maybe order a size smaller?

I have worn my Spanx 3 times in 2 weeks and it definitely smooths...no "pucker" above the waistband. I wear it all day 8-10 hours for the office and it's comfortable. Since it's "holding everything in," I don't think I eat as much when I'm wearing it...a definite positive. I love shopping with Zappos!

A must have in any woman's wardrobe! The smooth out your body to give you clean lines without being uncomfortable or too restrictive.

When I received this item, I thought I had made a sizing mistake, as it was so small, however, with careful determination, I was able to get it on. You do have to work it up your legs like pantyhose, but it was worth the effort. I did feel like it was a bit hard to get a deep breath in the beginning, but with this much constriction, I suppose it is to be expected. I did not have a problem with the top rolling down at all, but I do wish the legging part was a little shorter. I had issues with it showing out of the bottom of my dress when I was sitting, but the dress was black also, so I do not think it was super noticeable. For the price, it was totally worth it.

I wouldn't go anywhere without these! It slims you from the bottom of your bra to right above your knees. All the jiggly bits stay in place.

Great fit, tightens and smoothes. So comfy to wear under pencil skirts to work or under form fitting bridesmaid dress. Would highly recommend.

My old Spanx In-Power body shaper that I got 7 years ago to smooth out the small belly pooch that remained after my two pregnancies was showing signs of wear and tear, so I needed to replace it. I never dreamt that an item like this would last as long as it did, so I wanted to make sure to get exactly the same brand and kind of shapewear. It is very high-quality, and very effective. I wear it under anything, even jeans and it never shows through the fabric because there are no embarrassing bulges to be seen. This is simply the best there is. And as always, Zappos' outstanding costumer service and superior delivery speed made this purchase even more pleasurable!

This is the best in ultimate shapers! Surprisingly comfortable. The top extends to the bra line. No lines are visible as to where the undergarment starts and ends. Tried others and this is simply the best.

I am post baby and love the way this hides the not so smooth bumps and curves. I wore it under a flowy maxi dress and it did not stick to it and made my curves look very smooth. I plan on using this to wear under my dresses for work and going out dresses for events. Definitely purchase this!

I love this! It gives great support! I just had a baby a few months ago and this hold everything together so nothing jiggles. It smooths out all my lines until I lose all the baby weight. It stays up with no problem and I wear it at work for 8-10 hours a day where I walk around all shift.
