Great boots! First pair in size 10, a little too large, but Zappos sent out a size 9.5 and they fit perfectly. I sent the other pair back...all of this with no cost shipping!

These are killer boots, whether you're going for cowboy or rockstar (I do a bit of each). I'm flatfooted and have to wear orthopedic supports in all my shoes...except these. These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. If I'm walking far, I'm wearing my Milwaukees. I bought them three years ago on Zappos, great experience ordering and receiving them. The boots have held up well over the years, with wear starting at the toe on the front of the sole and scuffs along the sides. A few dabs of black shoe polish works great there. I'd suggest weather-proofing, as they have started to keep moisture out recently when wet with rain or snow. That said, I wear them in rain and snow and I'm impressed with how well they've held up. I've worn the heel down and the moisture has stretched them out so I'm back to buy a new pair, but definitely got my miles of of them. These boots were made for walking.

I normally wear a size 10 M but Zappos recommended a 10.5 M. I was hesitant but with the return policy I thought, what the hey, they were right. The boots look great and not heavy clunkers. You might need a little help getting them off until they are broken in

Boots arrived in immaculate shape and were beautifully polished. They fit well right out of the box as I had been properly sized at a boot store. My only gripe is I was really trying to only buy boots made in the USA. For most of the models made in China, they were properly marked on the website as being "imported". Although I can tolerate these boots having been made in Mexico, it was not my preference and should have also been marked on the web description as imported.

I can not believe how comfortable these boots are, and great they look with jeans.

They fit great they look great and I wear them every time I am going out

I buy these for my adult son who has large and wide feet and is very hard on shoes. This is the only brand that he can wear every day and get a few years out of them.

What a great fitting boot. I had forgotten what it felt like to put on a good boot but no more, these boots are great. I will buy again. I may have missed by a half size but they feel great. Instant comfortable, the leather is soft and feels great.

This boot runs true to size! The quality is very good and I am happy with the product in every way. Plus I ordered them on Tuesday and received them on Wednesday! How does Zappos and UPS do it?

The boot felt a bit loose, but the sole was comfortable. I had to exchange it for a different brand after trying a half size smaller and that not fitting at all. They looked good, but for me, it simply didn't fit.

This is a great set of boots from a great manufacturer. Even better though is the Zappos service and support. It took many attempts to get the correct size and width and they were there helping every step of the way!!

The boots are awesome, just like back in the old days. I'm very happy with them, and I would buy them again.

A very good boot for the money. The leather is good quality, and the stitching and finish is excellent. Felt good from the first time I put them on and they just keep getting more comfortable.

Just tried them on and they feel great. I’m always concerned about true to size and width but they feel great and I look forward to wearing them.

I don’t have a lot of shoes with a narrow toe so it took some getting used to, but I adjusted to them very quickly. Very comfortable. Can’t wait to wear them out!

Excellent fit and comfort. was concerned because of foot surgery and got next size up. made the right decision. Fast shipping as well. This is a great company to deal with.

Really nice boot. Seemingly well made, but only time will tell. Likewise, as a new boot I cannot yet rate the comfort as I needs to break in, but I am very optimistic I will be great.

I got the boots for my husband. He said it is very comfortable, he really, really likes it.

I could not get them on. Not worth the effort

I was a bit apprehensive about ordering boots online as they seem to me to fit a bit different than dress shoes. After doing research (and a call to Zappos) I decided to order 1/2 size smaller. Boots arrived in a timely fashion, fit well, and are dressy; just what I wanted. Good experience with these boots that I ordered a different pair of Dan Post boots the following week.

I wear an 11½ in Stetson boots and ordered these in the same size. That was too small - ouch! So there is that for what it is worth. I will probably try half a size bigger.
