These shoes are amazing. They are the most comfortable flats I have ever owned. I have the cognac color and love how the brown fades from dark to light along the shoe. They do run small. I have medium-to-wide feet (have never bought wide shoes, so that is why I say medium-to-wide) and high arches. I normally wear between an 8 and 8.5, but in these I needed a 9. Thanks to Zappos for quick turnaround on the exchange! They have some cushion to them and I almost feel as though I am wearing lightweight sneakers when I walk around in them. I can't wait to get another pair. Worth every penny!

Wow, these shoes look professional and are very comfy at the same time. I will order more in other colors. I ordered my regular size that felt a bit snug but as I wear them the leather has molded to my foot and fits great now.

Very cure and comfortable but too small for me. They are lighter in color than I thought they would be, too.

Gorgeous, classy shoes. Timeless style. Construction is solid and leather is high quality. Sizing seems to be inconsistent. I found these to run a half size too large and also found the red color to be far tighter than the black color in the same size. I have been stretching the red pair by wearing with thick cotton socks around the house whereas the black pair fit perfectly right out of the box. I definitely plan to add more colors as these are my new go-to work shoes.

Frye shoes are my new found go to favorite work shoes. These were a little less comfortable than my Carson ballet flats as they rub a little around the opening in the front of the shoe. However these are more stylish and versatile. I am hoping a little more wear and the rubbing will not be an issue. I have true B width 9½ feet and they fit great.

I ordered this style in black 7 1/2 and found it too small so ordered the 8. Having seen how cute the shoe is (lives up to it's picture), I ordered the silver too (in the 8). In this color, the leather doesn't grab your foot, so the 8 was sloppy.

These were entirely too large for me, they slipped off of my foot completely. I have worn a size 9 1/2 for the last 15 years pretty consistently. Other than that they seemed to be very high quality and stylish.

I love the brand of shoes. This style just didn’t work for me.

I ordered several pairs of these, in three colors, and I'm concluding that the sizing is inconsistent. I couldn't predict what size would fit, based on previous orders of a different color. The black ran small to normal, and the taupe and cognac both ran large. The width seems normal to me on all the colors. I like the shoe so I'll keep trying! They're simple and appear to have high-quality leather.

I don’t know what is going on with the quality of Frye shoes but I have ordered the Ash in a size 8 twice now and the fit is completely inconsistent. The first pair I ordered from a different retailer and the left shoe was like it was a half size larger. BTW for those of you that have trouble finding the size it’s imprinted up in the toe box on these shoes. I ordered another pair of 8’s off Zappos and both shoes fit like they’re a half size or more too big! Literally no contact with my heels when I put them on. I’m going to try one more time and size down to a 7 1/2, and pray they fit. I’ve got two older pairs of Reginas and they were always true to size. Nowadays it’s a craps shoot. Good luck!

This is a nice looking shoe. It does run about a half size to big. I put some inserts inside the shoe to ensure a better fit. There isn't alot of arch support but they are comfortable. I did get the shoe on sale and they were a good deal at that price.

These are cute shoes, but they were just a little big. I ended up returning them because I thought the next half size down would be too small. The leather is really soft and I wish I could have made them work.

I so wanted to keep these shoes but I ended up returning them. The leather, pointed toe and back detailing are beautiful. It looks well made. The shoe is classy yet simple, can be dressed up or down. However, the sizing for me was off. I normally wear a 10 and ordered both a 10 and 11. The 10 was too tight in the toe box. The 11 was too big, even with an additional insole.

I ordered these as a gift and haven’t yet gifted them, so I can’t speak to fit, comfort or support. They are beautiful, but I was disappointed to see that they are NOT lined, though the description says “luxurious leather lining”.

The fit of this shoe is slightly different than most Frye flats I have tried. The toebox is a little longer to accommodate the pointy toe and the leather is a little thinner/flippier than usual. I had the opportunity to try my regular size plus 1/2 size larger and 1/2 size smaller, and I ended up purchasing my regular size. They are a little looser than usual but I am okay with it. It is a very attractive shoe and of course the discounted price is a plus.

Hands down the most comfortable flat I’ve ever worn. The leather is smooth and supple. I ordered my normal size and added an insole to make it fit the way I wanted. Only downside is that I think they need some kind of protection from water, as one splash ruins the leather. Be sure to treat before wearing, and you won’t be disappointed.

I really wanted this to work. This shoe looks excellent in person and I was very excited about it. The leather was very soft and the style was even better in person than on the video. My foot just sat too deep in the shoe, if that makes any sense. It felt like the sides came up just a hair too far and it made my foot look odd, in my opinion.

These are the first black flats that gave me ZERO blisters on the first wear. They're very soft and comfortable to walk in. They are very good quality. The softness means that they're light and relatively unstructured, which for would be good for some and not for others. The toes are softly pointed and looks chic, but the ties on the back of the shoes face up on one shoe and down on the other side so it looks a little silly. That may go away over time or I'll shorten them. Overall the perfect black classic flat.

Overall U like, Frye always runs a half size large - these were in between. The stretch a good bit and after i read other reviews i got the tighter aize which is a half size smaller than mommy normal shoe size in any other brand. The leather needs to be moisturized a good bit. After you were them a handful they’ll look dry. A good leather care product for shoes does the trick.

These run a bit big - I am typically a 6.5-7, and the 6.5 still felt like a size too big so I had to return them. The leather, however, was super soft and comfortable (I ordered these in Cognac), and the shape of the toe was perfect.

As with all Frye shoes I’ve owned, very well made. I needed a basic flat that would last and these are perfect.

Nice looking shoe. I wear a 9.5 or 10 and the 10 fit me. My biggest complaint, and the reason I'm returning it, is that there is NO arch support and very little cushioning. I ended up getting the Circus by Sam Edelman Charlotte instead. Same size (10) with more cushioning.

Like the other reviews, I feel the Regina Ballet Flat runs very big. I always wear a 7.5, sometimes even an 8, and the 7.5 was HUGE! Love the shoe, though, so I'm exchanging it for a smaller size.

I got these in Cognac, in size 9.5. I am generally a 9 or 9.5 but these felt at least a size too big. The color is very pretty, a rich warm brown, but lighter than I wanted. I returned these for Walking Cradles Fall in Tobacco.
