My updated review: okay, I love this shoe. I have somewhat narrow feet with especially narrow heels and it makes it difficult to find shoes that work for me. After wearing it last night I need to update my previous review to explain how amazing these are. They are so comfortable, the suede is so rich and I love the suede inside. Not a single blister, which is a first for my poor heels. Also the look is so versatile; professional/sexy/casual, it goes with anything and everything!

Very narrow! I usually wear an N and brought it back for an M. Amazingly comfortable, and great support. So easy to balance, not just because of the medium height, but also because of the heel's shape & placement. Love it.

An excellent, wearable shoe. I usually do not wear heels, but this pump is comfortable and I've worn it all day for business and then for after work. The sizing is true and it's nice to have a quality manufacturer make wide sizes in fashionable styles.

I find this an elegant, comfortable and easy-to- wear dressy shoe, and the heel is not too high. Looks good with skirts or pants. It is just what I needed - in fact having bought one pair in black and liking it, I then bought another in brown!

Pretty shoe, but very narrow heel. Not usually a problem for me, but with this shoe, it hurts. They are being returned.

Nice looking shoe, but had to return it. My normal size 8 1/2 was too large and heel gap was almost half an inch. Did not like rubber sole.

I have been desperate to replace my trusty Ferragamo's for quite a while, and thought I'd finally found them. They looked great on the woman in the doctor's office. Unfortunately, I have a real aversion to seeing the cracks between my toes show when wearing pumps. Did they really need to cut the toe box so short? Back they go. The search continues.

This pair of shoes was named appropriately, "Chic Pumps." They are very stylish and chic on and the height of the heel is just perfect for walking. Although the width and length is okay, the toe of the shoe is so tight it scrunches up my toes in pain. Ordering 1/2 size up would be too loose in the heel. I tried them on periodically throughout the week trying to convince myself I could endure my squished toes; but I finally realized that was nonsense, so I unfortunately will be returning the shoes with regret. Once again, thank you Zappos for your great service and customer satisfaction.
