Love the classic style. I suspect I will wear them for years (I don't wear dress shoes that often). I put them on for the first time and wore them practically all day and they were perfectly comfortable.

I'd steered clear of this heel shape all last year, thinking it couldn't possibly feel comfortable and balanced. Desperate for a basic pair of black work pumps, I ordered these to try. My mistake. They feel great and are very walkable. I like the retro higher cut, too.

When you want a specific item (grey pumps), you can find it at Zappos in a variety of prices. These are spectacular shoes which I bought to wear at an awards luncheon. I love them and will wear them as often as possible. They are beautiful. Zappos makes it possible to have whatever you want the next day.

Beautiful and comfortable! I bought these in the espresso color and am coming back to get them in black. I wore them to work all day out of the box, and they were pretty comfortable. A week later I wore them to work all day for a long day, and they were great! They give a simple and elegant look - very versatile shoe.

Great looking shoe but it is just too narrow in the toe box even though I ordered a wide. I usually can wear a medium width but have found that Stuart Weitzman runs narrow. Usually works to order a Wide but not with this particular shoe. Love Zappos customer service as always.

The best pair of shoes I have ever had! Beautiful, elegant, extremely comfortable.

I rarely wear heels, but find this a comfortable and attractive shoe. It runs big; normally wear a 10, but got a 9.5. The size 10 had a leather footbed and the size 9.5 had a suede footbed that is more comfortable. I have a narrow heel and this holds my heel well. The black suede is more like nubuck, it has a smooth matte finish.

This shoe in black suede is an absolute beauty and makes long, slim feet look positively petite. Even better though, I was able to walk all over the cobblestone streets of London without pain. The leather versions of Chicpump I\'m sad to say do not look as good as the suede -- toe box tighter and look much less expensive.

Looking for an all-day shoe? This is the shoe for you! Out-of-the-box comfort--soft as a slipper. I wear a "C" width, size 8, and have a difficult time finding simple pumps for work that don’t cut into my instep or fall off. This shoe is cut to hug your foot--love it, love it, LOVE IT! No platform (wore them when they were in style years ago—they’re not for me now) or gimmicks, it’s a great basic shoe. We don’t wear much suede in Florida, though, so I’m hoping they bring other colors out, but in leather--dust would be nice, hint, hint...

My shoes arrived overnight even though I ordered them ground delivery in the middle of the holiday season. They are a versatile and comfortable shoewhich can be worn for dressy occasions or a simple dinner out.

The Weitzman pumps are great quality and very comfortable. I order a half size larger than my usual size.

First time order from Zappos and try SW shoes since my size is 4. It comes beautifully and fits so well. It might be a little bit narrower than normal since my feet are narrow. I am so happy with them.

Love these shoes so much that I also bought them in black patent leather. True to size, very comfortable and classic style.

First, Zappo's service is fabulous - placed the order and received the shoes in one day. As for the shoes, I had tried them on and loved them in a dept store, but hesitated at the cost - after searching for something else to replace my worn out black suede pumps, decided to get these and they are worth every penny and I believe will last me for awhile. Comfortable, attractive and makes me feel special when I have them on.

This shoe is very comfortable, not a very high heel and it looks great! I used a 1/2 a size smaller than I usually wear.

Love them! I have a narrow foot and these shoes don\'t gape around the edges like so many shoes, even in narrow sizes. Comfortable and classic.

I bought this style shoe in black, navy and brown suede in Fall of 2009. I normally wear an 8 1/2 narrow size and found that the 9 medium was a better fit. In that size, they are extremely comfortable, and work well with sports clothes to dressier pants, skirts, etc. The heel gives just enough lift as a chicer alternative to flats. The name "chic pump" is an accurate description. Interestingly enough, I was wearing the brown suede when I was caught in an unexpected rainstorm & although, I was under cover of an umbrella, I was concerned that they would be ruined. The suede held up fine & there is no indication of the rain event. I do not hesitate to recommend.
