The style is beautiful, but the comfort is just not there due to the stiffness of the material. The size and width are acurate, but had to force the shoe on due to stiffness of material. I will be returning the pair and ordering something softer.

Wow, way small. Nice looking shoe but I couldn't even get it on my foot. Order a size up!

wide is not wide...patent wrinkles as you walk in these. Beautiful but...not comfortable for this d width gal. Going back.

Nice width but the shoe was a bit hard/stiff. The sole though was nice and flexible. The patent shoe looked very pretty. I returned this shoe because the leather was too hard for my feet which are somewhat sensitive.

I bought these shoes in January and I really liked them but within a month they were already cracking and ripping at the seams on the left shoe. Its now April and the right shoe has rips and the stitching has completely come apart. I was hopping that I could wear these shoes for at least a year before they needed to be replaced. It is sad that they hardly lasted three months. I had better luck with cheaper shoes.

This shoe creases at the top as soon as you put it on and when you walk it puckers out. However, it was comfortable.

I had always been a fan of Franco Sarto shoes having bought them for years because they seem to be wide enough for my feet and also have raised sides which are good for people who have flat fee since it holds the feet in the shoe. However, they seem to be slipping in quality as my last pair did not even last 1.5 years before tearing at the front by the seam. This happened during a trip where i had no other shoes with me. In the past the shoes would last for many years and that is a lot since I am very hard on my shoes. Because of the poor quality on the shoes I decided to look for others. Hopefully they will fix the quality problems they are having, but until then I would advise others to hold off on buying them.

Not really up to my expectations; average at best I find this shoe's attributes not up to my expectations. The shoe fits well and look nice, but it's not as comfortable as I thought it would be. The heel is tight and stiff and gives me blisters if I walk in it for a long time. Also, it already looks a little worn and stretched on the upper. I won't buy this one again. I could have spent $30 and got an equivalent experience.

Small and narrow

OMG. I think these shoes hurt my knees. There is NO bend to them, no support inside whatsoever. I needed a flat shoe because of some foot issues that are dressy enough for work, but these shoes were no help at all, except they look passable at work. (Technically, I should be in heels at work, but no dice for me.) Just not comfortable nor healthy.

Normally I wear a 6 or 6.5 wide shoe. Got this in 6W and could barely get my foot into it. Toe box very narrow for a supposedly wide shoe. For reference, the widest part of my foot is 3.75" and this shoe was very tight and felt short as well. A Klogs Naple in 6W fits perfectly.

These shoes are very pretty and exactly the shiny patent leather look I was after for the fall/winter season. I usually wear a wide fit in sandals but take a medium fit in shoes. I couldn't even get my foot in these unfortunately as they were extremely narrow.

These were at least a size too small, and EXTREMELY narrow. I ordered the wide width and couldn’t even get my foot in them.

I am so excited about this pair of shoes I've decided to order another pair. The comfort is great. The look is stylish and the quality is phenomenal. I have nothing negative to say about these fabulous shoes!!

These are too tight and narrow. I couldn't even slide my foot into the shoe and I normally wear a size 10 very easily. I'll be returning these.

I wish I could find them comfortable! But I felt like my feet were getting crushed in them. Very narrow not a M width!

Patent cracked the first time I wore them and it only got worse. I have another style of this brand and I love them. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Shoe TORE in three wearings - I am very disappointed in these shoes. I wore them three times, and the leather tore. I wore thick socks the day or the tear, so I don't know if that was it. Argh. Now I am hoping Zappos will let me return or exchange them.

I read the reviews and just knew that this shoe was for me, but not so. I wear a wide width, but this shoe was not a wide width even though marked as such. The leather was rather stiff and had little to no give. Sorry to have to return them. Will still shop Zappos though. Very speedy service.

After reading all of the positive reviews, I'm quite disappointed at how uncomfortable this shoe turned out to be for me. I strongly recommend that you wear it at home on carpet for several hours before deciding to take it outdoors. I did not do that. It seemed to fit fine when I tried it at home. After a day at work, I had two blisters and it had rubbed a raw spot under my ankle. Shoe is quite stiff, and has a very hard sole, not cushioned as the description would lead you to believe.
