The shoes are gorgeous! Although I ordered wide, due to the high cut of the shoes, I still have not been able to get my feet down in the shoes. I am a bit disappointed! First time this has happened to me with Franco Sarto!

Love the look of the shoe, but even at a smaller size it flops some. After wearing them, the toe area creases very badly. They are otherwise comfortable. But I wish I had returned them.

I need a narrow. I only wear them with hosery and they stretched out so bad after just the first two days of wearing. Now they slide on and off my feet. They also lack arch support so my feet are very sore by the end of the day. But, I love the way the shoe looks, it just lacks comfort. Of course I am the customer that complained about getting a fake pair switched in transit. Next time I will order 8 1/2 or 9 narrow instead of 9 medium.

This is a beautiful shoe but I have to return it. I cannot even get my foot in the shoe. I was afraid of breaking the back of the shoe. I have a high instep and a wide foot. I cannot comment about the arch support, as I said I could not get my foot into the shoe. If you want a shoe that is beautiful and most likely will get a lot of compliments this one will do it.

These shoes are awesome except they FLOP! I am going to get inserts to see if that helps. With my boot cut dress pants I don't think it's noticeable, but it can get annoying. Otherwise, I love this shoe. If I had to do over again I probably would have tried a half size smaller.

I like the shoe, I ordered a 9 1/2 wide , the shoes is too big at the heal. I really can't wear them , depending where I go. I don't want to go chasing the shoe

Beautiful shoe. I couldn't even get my 6W foot in the 6W.
Wide shoes need to be actually wide.
These felt stiff to hold, can't imagine how they would feel on the foot.

Style of shoe made it hard to get on (tongue of shoe too high up on arch) . Once I had it on the shoe was a perfect fit. Ordered two pair because of difficulty of finding narrow size, but decided to send 2nd pair back. Was not as overall as comfortable as I need.

I have two pairs of the Bocca that I am currently wearing to work. The uppers look new because I polish them every other Sunday but the heels of both shoes wore down within 4 months and had to be fixed. I've only owned them for approximately 7 months. The previous pairs I have owned had the same defect. These are very expensive shoes (at least on my salary) so I cannot keep replacing them so often. Please use better quality materials to make the heels so that us customers don't need a new shoe every 4 months. The only reason mine are still wearable is because I took them to the shoemaker to replace the four heels. All that being said, they add a sharpness to any outfit. I wear dress pants with either polos or a blouse and cardigan, and these loafers complete my outfit. They are very stylish and once you overcome the break-in period (about a week), they are comfortable. They are also ideal for standing if you have a stand up desk in your office/cubicle. If buying, be prepared to replace the heels every 3-4 months.

The length and width were fine, and I liked the way they looked, but I have to send them back because they're not tall enough. I'm not sure how to describe this, but they're too tight across the top of the foot opening because I guess my feet are higher(?) than what these were designed for. I have occasionally had this problem in other shoes as well.

This is my fourth pair of the Franco Sarto Bocca and I have always been thrilled with them as they have provided years of continuous wear and still look like new with minimal fuss - a perfect work shoe. Unfortunately, on my third wearing of this pair, I noticed a rather large chunk of the plastic coating on the outside portion of the heel is missing. Since these are strictly "office" shoes, I'm not sure where they would have sustained any kind of damage, especially as they are relatively new (less than a month old). Perhaps they are using a new material for the heels? If so, they may want to go back to a solid rubber heel in lieu of this "coated" version. Not a happy customer in this situation.

I wish manufacturers would learn about how feet are really shaped and figure out how to make a wide width shoe that fits a wide foot! These shoes are so pretty, and I loved the look, but the shape is very long and narrow. Even though I ordered in Wide Width, I could hardly get them on my foot. The width is needed (for me at least) across the forefoot, with a rounder shape. Sad, but I must return these shoes.
