I could not tolerate the flip-flop between my toes as they were painful. The high arch also was not good for me.

These are not the most comfortable shoes. When I first put them on, I followed directions and only wore them for a short time, and I didn't want to wear them longer. The next day was better and as time went on, they became a little more comfortable. They are wearable but I really wonder if they actually help the feet any better than softer & more comfortable shoes.

I love these shoes. I have really bad feet. I can not go barefoot and I can not wear any shoes besides Orthoheels without an orthotic. They are hands down the most comfortable shoes that I own.

My hubby hasn't been able to wear his beloved flip flops for so long due to plantar fasciitis but he has been able to enjoy these!

I bought these after a few months of wearing the Tide flip flops, since they were getting pretty worn-out. Having two pairs helps them last longer, alternating between the two. Both are extremely comfortable; the only shoes that gave me such relief from my plantar fasciitis, but they scoff very easily, and they aren't waterproof. For the price I wish they were more durable. I'm not giving these shoes 5 stars overall due to their speedy breakdown.

I had almost resigned myself to never wearing flip flops again until I decided to give these a try. So glad I did. I have spent the majority of the last 3 weekends enjoying my decision. Great simple quality investment.

I have a lot of pronation in one ankle and bunions but decided to try these even though I was skeptical that they would help because I was tired of wearing my tennis shoes all summer. I have to say that they are more comfortable than regular flip-flops and my ankle doesn't swell very much while I'm walking in them. I usually wear a size 10.5 or 11 but the size 10 fit just fine. My feet are also wide but these were wide enough for me - maybe because they are unisex. I would recommend giving them a try especially since Zappos has such a great return policy. I will definitely try some of the other Orthaheel styles.

I have flat feet, pronation, and wear orthotics. I'd tried at least 10 pairs of sandals which take orthotics and none really worked for me. But since I live in Florida, I was desperate to find a pair that would. My foot doctor suggested I try these and I ordered my 1st pair from him, with reservations. I was SURE I'd Hate them. I don't like flip-flops. I really don't. I should say, I didn't like flip-flops, until I got these. I LIVE IN THESE. The only problem I have is finding that one pair that fits me perfectly. It's a manufacturing glitch. They don't all fit exactly the same. My solution is to order several pairs in the same size and varying colors. Last time the camel was the perfect pair. This time the brown was. I returned the ones that didn't fit and Zappos.com is wonderful for that. I need to buy a few more pairs when I have the money. I want enough pairs to last me the rest of my life, just in case I can't get these in 5 years.

Feel great on the feet. Hard to find orthotic flip-flops that look decent but these do the trick. A bit expensive though.

Too small for me as I wear an 11 in some shoes and can do a 10 in others but not these, also I did not like the heel at all, found it to be hard!

I have extremely high arches and bought these to wear around the house for plantar faciitis relief. They definitely have great arch support, perhaps even TOO much of a good thing. I never thought I'd hear myself say this as I'm always looking for the highest arch support I can find, but the arch on this shoe is so high, hard and oddly shaped that it's terribly uncomfortable and painful. I wear my ECCO dress shoes all day with almost zero problems. I get home and put these on and within minutes I feel like someone has hammered nails into my heels. I've been wearing them for a week now and plan to give them one more week just in case this is an issue of needing to get used to them. As of today though, color me badly disappointed for having dropped a lot on glorified hard flip flops that cause my feet to hurt worse than they already did.

I wear flip flops all the time, but wanted better arch support. These were the single most uncomfortable things I've ever slipped my foot into! Oddly, I immediately felt pain on the outside part of my heel. The little bumps or dimples in the shoe were terribly nasty feeling. My foot kept stinging with slight pain for about 3 minutes after I took these off (and that was just trying them on for a minute or two). I'm not sure how they could be worn without socks. I wish Roxy had better arch support; I wear them all the time.

This sandal is nice looking and fits well, and is very comfortable, especially for us people with plantar fasciitis. The only down side is the damn things wore out in 3 months! The "finish" rubbed off(!) and the top of the sole was worn down, I was unhappy with the amount of time these looked decent enough to wear in public, for the expensive price tag. The sandal was also kind of long, like an inch or two. The back by my heel was an inch or two longer than my foot.

I had to return these sandals. I have wide feet, so I thought by ordering a unisex shoe I would have a better chance of more width than a woman's only size. The width was just OK. The strap was so tight it was painful. I find it hard to believe that shoes/sandals specifically made for people with foot problems run so narrow. Orthaheel doesn't even make W or WW shoes. I am definitely not as thrilled with this brand as many others seem to be.

This shoe is really big and clunky -- I can't imagine this looking right on a woman's foot unless perhaps you are especially well-endowed in the feet. I wear size 8 or 39, and the 8 that I ordered was not just way, way too big, the style was just too chunky for my foot. And the arch was like a mountain under my foot -- felt like I was getting pushed sideways in both directions.
