The shoe is cute, and looks really nice in the white. However, as other reviewers have experienced, it runs small. I normally wear a size 8 1/2, but the size 39 is really small, perhaps by as much as 2 sizes. At any rate, I am returning it.

I love the shoes, but they run small! I need a larger size. Zappos will not exchange an order when using Apple Pay. I bought two pairs and I can not wear them. I do not know why they accept Apple Pay if you can not exchange an order using this type of payment. This is an on-line store, we can not try them on prior to purchase! I am so angry. Just threw any $135.

I had a prior pair and the black across the top was leather, not a man-made fabric like on this pair. The wedge on this latest is lower too. They just feel different and I don't like them.

I was very excited to receive this sandal. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. This shoe appears to be very cheaply made. The material was stiff and uncomfortable. It felt like it was cutting into my foot as soon as a put it on. Also the color was very off. It was supposed to be a soft blue, but in reality it was more grey than blue. I am returning this sandal immediately.

The shoes fit fine, but they were very uncomfortable. The leather cut into my feet. Cute, but not the right shoes for me. :-(

A slightly larger size (42: 10.5 - 11) fit my feet just find. And these would work well as slides. The problem is, I need something with a good, non-slip sole (following surgery), and these have thin, smooth soles. A very nice-looking shoe, but lightly made in all its components, so I find it priced rather high.

Great shoe but I didn't like it on me

These are very cute and looked similar to some other Italian style shoes I own that feel great, but are a completely different fit. These are just too narrow throughout, even more so at the heel and toes. And my feet are more narrow than average. I really wanted these to work and I tried two different sizes, but on both my toe was hanging out to the side, because the sole is too narrow and the leather wrap is more expansive. The form is cute, but the function seems flawed. Just doing a test walk, the thin leather was rubbing hard against my toe. They just didn't work out :(

Returning these as they appear to be mismarked. They say size 40 / US 9 but seem closer to a 7.

This shoe is really pretty and seems well made. HOWEVER, I almost always need a size 8W in US shoes. Sometimes I can order an 8.5 M and it is fine. Being European sizing, I ordered up to a 39. Good grief!!! These shoes ran over a size to small!!! What gives? I loved the foot bed and the heel height. However, I could not even get one foot into the shoe! On the fence as to whether to even go up to a 40 or just forget it. However, Zappos never fails! Love them.

The 36 did not fit like a size 6 but rather a 5 or 5 1/2. Cute style but needed to return.

I usually wear an 8 or 8 1/2. I ordered the 39 (8 1/2) and it is too small. The other problem is the shoe is wide. I always wear a medium but my foot slips forward until my toes hang over the front.

I really wanted these to fit well, but they didn't so back they go. They barely fit on my foot even though I purchased a half size larger than I measure. Very stiff and uncomfortable.

My foot slid down beyond the toe of the shoe. The strap was too wide. My foot is a little narrow, but I always wear medium widths. The shoe itself seemed short once I aligned my foot in the sole. Pretty shoe. Weird fit.

The size 38 fit my wide, high instep feet very nicely, but the leather upper was so stiff and sharp along the edges that I could almost feel the blisters developing just trying them on. Cute shoes, and maybe they would soften up in time, but they are going back.

Too small Had been worn before

This shoe cut into the inside of my feet. If you look at the size chart the European size 38 spans 3 different US sizes (7, 7.5, 8). That being said, the European size fits the smallest of the three sizes.

The sizing on this shoe is off so very badly! I've never had a shoe so mismarked in my life. The 41 was said to be a 9.5-10, but it's more like an 8. It's disappointing, because I really liked the look of the shoe. I had to send it back:(

Incredibly narrow. The leather did not feel as soft as the three other pairs I bought last year. Returning, unfortunately.

These are described as very soft leather....nothing could be further from the truth. The leather is very stiff and I found the the width to be very narrow, not a true medium width.
