This is my second pair of these shoes. I wore out the first pair. Very comfortable.

These shoes were pretty in person, as I wished, and very comfortable for all day wear. I have a medium width foot, and the shoe upper was a little wide, so my foot tended to slide too far forward. I put a footbed insert inside, which helped some, but I do wish the upper had been a bit tighter. I expect that it will stretch in future and change the fit even more. I wear a size 8 and have been able to wear 38, however, I had to order a 39 in this shoe. Overall, I do like the shoe, especially the color, which goes well with blue denim shades.

Overall I'm very happy with these shoes; the sole is comfy, they're cute, and they look good with just about anything I wear. My only complaint, and it may be because of my wimpy sensitive feet, is that the upper/eyelet part of the shoe is very stiff and rubs against the inside of my foot above my instep.

Please make Spring Step shoes in WIDE! I have worn this exact same shoe but different brand for years. No longer able to find them. They were carried at Sam Bork's in Palm Springs and Wide Shoe Town in Moreno Valley CA. I had every color there was and went thru 4 pairs of black 3 of white. Loved the dark blue. Perfect color with jeans. Several pairs of red. etc. I MISS THESE SHOES! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE MAKE THEM IT WIDE. I WILL BUY EVERY COLOR THERE IS!

I have been buying this style shoe for years, but last year the manufacturer changed something on the upper leather piece so that the fit is not as snug, even straight out of the box. So, if you were happy before with the fit, I'd say that's over now.

This shoe looks cute in the white and it fits true to size (I ordered size 38). It will look cute with capris and other spring/summer outfits.

i ordered size 8 (i normally wear size 7.5) and is still small. it runs one full size smaller. but it is very comfortable and stylish.

The shoes were so cute but like other people’s reviews said the upper part was so uncomfortable. It hurt to walk in them bc of that.

Loved how these shoes looked, but the top part was way too stiff, causing discomfort. Just not comfortable.

I wanted these shoes to fit great, but, they did not. The top part of the shoe covering my foot was way too hard. They were uncomfortable feeling as soon as I put them in. Disappointing.

I love these shoes, very comfortable,stylish, and they fit perfectly. Just enough height to look dress! I also bought a blue pair, the fit is the same.

Love the sandals! Very comfortable and true to size.

These sandals were very comfortable from the first time I put them on. I did not have to"break" them in at all. I just slip them on and go. I bought the black because I felt they could go with anything. I would prefer a little higher wedge but I haven't found anything as simple as these for the price. And I love shoes that are made in Italy. I feel they are a better quality shoe.

my old spring step just had to be replaced after about 10 years of use. So comfortable-wore them everywhere. Was so relieved to find them on Zappos as I had no idea where I had gotten them. this was my first experience with zappos and it was a good one

These shoes are really comfortable and the Zappos service is spectacular as always. I've ordered several things from Zappo and they always come within a day or so. Only once did I have to return something and that was easy as well. A great company, and great shoes.

These are cute shoes, but they were too wide for my relatively low volume foot. I don't usually require a narrow. I returned these and kept the navy Walking Cradles, which were a better fit for me.

The size feels very small. The fit is nice.

Very Sharp on edges

Believe the reviews about the size thing. I didn't and it's true - I wear a 9.5 and I should have ordered the 42. But I'm sending them back regardless because they are just really cheap feeling and looking.

Loved the shoe just too small

Cute shoes. Bought the tan. Returned because they were too short for my normal size 9, leather wasn’t as soft as I prefer. It may be okay for some, but I’m not one to keep shoes that don’t feel good at the get.

Love them

The size and fit were perfect. Love the style and heel height. Comfort issue was my feet more than shoes. Will have to cover a place on my foot so it doesn’t rub against the leather.
