This shoe was so uncomfortable from the moment I put it on.

These shoes fell apart right after I owned then a year. I ordered a 1/2 size larger than I usually wear but they never felt entirely comfortable. They were not too small but they didn't fit great.

Very cute flats, however they allow zero airflow. My feet rarely sweat, but I cannot wear these shoes because of how badly they sweat within minutes of putting them on.

I wanted to like these shoes, I really did. But they just don't hold up to everyday wear. The outer sole ripped off of my first pair, the insole tire on my second pair, and the toes of my third pair scuffed within a week of wearing. I won't buy these again.

This shoe is too wide for a medium width shoe. It is not comfortable at all.

No way was this a 9. My big toe was jammed up in the box there, and within an hour of walking it was clear this was not going to ease up. Shame; it was a cute shoe. And now I can't return it cos I wore it.

I was super bummed about these shoes. I got them for Christmas and loved the supple leather and nude color that matched my skin so they went with everything. After just a few months, I'm already looking for a new pair of flats. The top of the shoe is wearing thin in the area where my big toe is; so now they look like they are super old and tired. Also, the sole has started to separate from the shoe. Not the kind of quality I was expecting from Lucky and certainly not for the price!

I wanted to love these shoes. And I thought I would, as there appears to be a cushion on the sole to make them more comfortable. But it just smooshed down as I walked, so there was no support and no padding on the bottom by the end of an evening. I wore them for maybe four hours and was on my feet for half that, and they lost all that cushion. Now they're just really uncomfortable to walk in.

These would have been just what I am looking for except the left foot fit perfectly but the right one flopped up and down and flew off my foot. Sadly back they go.

I was looking for a ballet flat the was comfortable and that would go with everything. I got these in the grout. I am so disappointed in the quality. I have not had these shoes very long and the color has rubbed off the toes and the leather on the heel is peeling. I have lucky brand booties and the quality with those is so much better. I'm super disappointed, I was hoping to have shoes that would last a few years but these are not it.

These shoes are super cute. I ordered them in a 12W and while the top of the shoe was quite wide, the sole was super narrow. It felt like they made the toe box wide, but forgot to make the bottom wide as well, meaning that your foot kind of hangs off the side of the sole. Maybe they use the same sole for both the wide and regular width shoes? I would have kept these, except they were wildly uncomfortable because if felt like you were walking half on the shoe and half on the side of the shoe.

I bought these shoes in black hoping for a good, everyday flat. Sadly, they are almost unwearable. First, the black is dull and looks almost like plastic. I normally wear an 8M, but even in the 8.5W these were pretty narrow and pulled oddly across the toe, almost making a crease. Overall, the shoe looks cheap. I also found the heel to be terribly uncomfortable since there is almost zero padding in the sole. Even with a thin insole I couldn't make these work. In the end, I regret not spending the extra $25 for the Born Julianne.

This shoe has the look, feel, quality of a Payless shoe. While the style is good for a basic flat, there is no support, and the leather upper is thin and flimsy like pleather. Given the quality, this might be a good shoe to get in a crazy color you'll only wear a few times or a print you're trying out, but only get them on sale.

Super cute but had to return them. I have wide feet and ordered the appropriate width/size but they still felt too snug.

Cute shoe, but it was tiny! I was excited to see it offered in size 12 since that size is hard to find, but when I tried it on I had to cram my foot in--felt at least a size smaller than stated. It's going back.

Really cute visually on foot. But the heel punches and give me a blister every time I wear them for longer than an hour. So unless I know I will be sitting for the majority of time I wear them, I don't. Not happy with this purchase.

I have been on the hunt for a new pair of nude flats for sometime. I was really excited when I came across these. Without hesitation, I ordered them. They are super cute and as comfortable as you would expect them to be. However, I'm having trouble with the quality. After about 6 wears, the outsides of the shoe show significant wear. They are "scuffed" on the outside. I have never had this problem with any other shoe! I'm really disappointed as this is my "go to" shoe! It matches everything, but now they look like crap. ?? The search continues....

I wear a 7.5 and based on other reviews, bought these in an 8. They are for sure cute and comfy, flexible and well made, but I am sad that even an 8 is WAY too small. I wish I hadn't thrown out the box and worn them out of the house, because they really don't fit. Too bad. Please note, my overall rating is based on the fact the sizing is SO off. If you're smarter than me and go up a size and a half, (!?!?) they are great shoes.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Zappos, but not this shoe! Felt so thin that I was afraid my toenail was going to rip through the leather. Too bad because they were cute and comfortable.

I ordered 2 pair of these shoes. I have worn one pair only a few times. The black pair I have worn more, but they already split open. Both of these shoes started showing wear immediately. They look great when they first arrive, but not worth the price in my opinion.

I bought these in the blue fabric and the brown leather. They fit fine so I kept both, but after minimal use, I really regretted wasting the money. The sole is so narrow that the fabric/leather sides wind up rubbing on the floor, and they look dirty and ragged after not much use. No arch support at all, but they don't rub or hurt. Overall not good quality.

Manmade materials inside that don't breathe..too much money for a show I ended up replacing in 3 months..

They run small, I ordered a size 12 and they fit more like a size 11. I think I would have liked them better if they fit.

Initially I was very happy with these shoes, the foot bed is very cushiony and comfortable...then I wore them for the day. Not enough support for me and after a few hours the elastic was pinching, but that could just be my feet because they can swell. Also, it was raining and the color stained terribly, I can't wear them again.
