Way too small! My big toe was about to poke through the end of the shoe. In addition, I ordered a wide width and they definately didn't feel like they were a wide shoe. Very disappointed. They are going back today.

I don't know why it is so nearly impossible to find a cute ballerina flat, but it is. This shoe manages to be shapeless and generally awful on all fronts. Yuck.

I had these in beige and they looked okay. They were too short in a 9 so I gave them away. I ordered these in black i a 9.5. The black leather just looked so cheap. But they were also cut strangely and made my right foot look so very bizarre! The front of my foot actually looked deformed and twisted. Also they are cut very short on the outside of the shoe. They just look so darned cheap. Returning.

Didn't like the leather. I've purchased the same black pair before and the leather then was much softer then. Current leather makes the shoe look cheap. I also have many other colors, and I have a grey one that has the soft leather. Then got a nude color which also came with the thick leather, that I didn't care for.

I was very excited to get my emmie flats. I ordered a black and a brown pair. After reading reviews I ordered a size 7. I typically wear a 6.5 in flats. The fit is still to tight. I contacted customer service about exchanging them but they don't offer an exchange. You have to return them have $8.00 deducted and then reorder and since I purchased these on sale I won't be getting them for the same price when all I wanted was to go up a half size. Make sure you Order the right size or you will be disappointed!

These shoes are fine, but beware. I bought them for full price on the website, and assumed I could return if they didn't fit. (Definitely there was no obvious message that this was a final sale.) As it happens, they didn't fit, so I went to return them at a store. The person in the store said she'd accept the return, but that since my receipt said "final sale", it wasn't really eligible. I got my money back with no hassle, but honestly, I'm afraid to ever buy anything from this site again, since "final sale" seems to apply to things that definitely aren't obvious!!

Very disappointed in this shoe. I always wear a size 5. I wore the shoes to work and thankful I had extra pair of shoes in my car. The back of the shoe was so painful cutting into my heel. I wish I had order a half size up.

These shoes did not work out for me. The length was perfect, but I have wide feet and although the shoes fit, the bottom / sole of the shoe was narrow and felt akward when I walked. There is nos arch support or any support on these shoes. I am returning.

I really wanted to like these. I wore these shoes at work for 2 days before I decided to return them. They were too small, had zero support, and rubbed against the top of my feet leaving blisters. They were dirty and worn but Zappos is amazing so they accepted the return anyway. I’ve been ordering shoes from Zappos for years and I absolutely love them.

I listened to others and did half a size up. But even so, these shoes hurt my feet horribly. They dig into the top of my foot, the back, and on one side. I don’t have wide feet or anything... they’re just so uncomfortable. I really wanted to love these shoes... :(

Loved the feel of the leather and both the gray and brown colors, unfortunately the heel was stiff and didn’t feel like it would give without significant wear first. I was looking for a Tieks style shoe and tried 6 different brands. Ended up going with the Yosi Samra.

Really cute. But unfortunately these hurt my heels and leave a blister every time I wear them. I really wanted to love these because they come in so many cute colors and patterns. But, they just didn’t work for me. I still wear them for short periods of time, if I know I won’t be walking much - like to church. But I was hoping to make these a work shoe and that’s a definite no.

I purchased a pair of black Emmies and these Grout colored ones. The color was not what I expected. I thought it would be a bit rosier, but it wasn’t. The black Emmies, size 8 felt too tight. These Emmies, also a size 8 felt too loose. It seems they are not consistent with their sizing.

(I got the embroidered ones.) When I saw these on the photo - I thought the creamy/beige/orangish colour was a bingo. Instead, I got flats with ugly blue/green flower on the toe box. Because of that, flats look dark and ugly, instead of bright and pretty. It also looks like embroidery was done on some sort of suede, but actually it was done on something that resembles panty hose. The whole shoe looks cheap and ugly, and surprisingly more snug than other emmies.
