I typically wear a 9 1/2 -10. I initially tired the 9 1/2 and they were too small, edged for the 10 and they're still on the small side. Do-able but definitely not a perfect fit. But the quality and the feel of the shoe is amazing!!

Overall I like these shoes. I have flat feet so these aren’t the most comfortable. But they are fine enough for an office setting where I’m sitting most of the day. They are cute and a good bargain when on sale. I order a half size up and they don’t feel restricting on my feet. I’m here on shoes so I can usually get about 6 months out of a pair but some of my friends are able to wear them for years!

I was looking for an alternative to the Sonoma ballet flats sold at Kohl's (since they are no longer selling them). These are a very close match in comfort and style, however I did need to purchase a half size larger. I do think the price is a little high; but since they were exactly what I was looking for I think it was worth it.

A little tight, I’m hoping with wear it will stretch out a bit. Otherwise love the color and love the style.

I found these to be true to my size, and more comfortable/supportive than the average flat. Great work basic!

I bought the platinum color expecting that they would be more of a silver. They are gold in color. Very uncomfortable. They are going back.

These shoes are so cute! Unfortunately they did not fit me properly. I ordered a 9.5, 10 and 11 (they do not have 10.5) none of them fit me quite right. I’m normally a 9.5 but even the 10’s were super tight. The 11 was just a bit too big. I’m very sad because I love the style!

Zappos sent me an e-mail and asked me to comment on the fit...too small...too large...perfect...here in the review section as well...so if I HAVE TO choose - I would say felt half size smaller...and there's no arch support - but that's the style of the shoe. I agree with other reviewers...these are flats I HATE to love :) I'm on my 4th pair...black, burgundy, navy and how whiskey. My FAVORITE flats hands down EVER. But they do blow out at the seams, unfortunately...and the big toe is VERY SLIGHTLY constraining but I wouldn't fix this by ordering a 1/2 size up...then the heel flops.

The flats are adorable, and felt true to size and width. My issue is that the back of the shoe curved in a little at my heel, making them unwearable for me. I returned them, but sadly.

I ordered “grout”, the box said “grout”, but the shoes were definitely the “nude” color. I have these shoes in two other colors and love them, but sadly, returning this pair ??. Rating the style based on my two other pairs.

These shoes seem to run a smaller than other brands I’ve tried. I normally wear a 7.5 or 8 in most shoes and a 7.5 in flats like Nine West. I originally ordered the 8 in this style as I read other reviews saying these run small. I had to exchange for an 8.5 (which Zappos customer service made extremely easy to do). I felt that the 8.5 was still snug and There wasn’t much of a difference between the 8 and 8.5. I think part of the reason may be the elastic/stretch around the top of the shoe. The elastic goes around the whole top of the shoe and is “stronger” than most shoes with elsastic - it firmly pulls the toe part of the shoe up and back towards the heel at all times, so it feels like it is squishing your toes. I’m hoping over time, it loosens up a little. The shape of the heel adds a little discomfort also - it almost has a cup shape instead of being parallel to the back of your foot. The elastic around the brim of the heel is tight causing the “cup” shape, and therefore, causing the back of the shoe to dig into the top of the heel near the ankle. Also hoping this gets better as the shoe stretches out with wear. The shoe’s material feels thick with lots of soft padding inside for added confort, but also lessens the amount of space for your foot. I never wear wide, but I feel like I may have been more comfortable in the wide just for the added space for my feet. These shoes are also very warm and not breathable at all. Just something to keep in mind if your feet sweat. Otherwise, perfect color and well-made shoes in a cute style. I ordered the Bourbon color and they will go with so much in my wardrobe.

Nice shoe. Comfortable. Felt a little wider than average but since it's August and feet tend to swell I'll be ok with it (plus I need them for vacation and have no time to return them). The color is more grey than it looks on the site.. I was hoping it was more in the light brown family, but again, I'll make due. Not sure if I would buy them again... I'll tell you after walking around on vacation! But I'd not get the wide again, even though I normally wear a wide.
