These shoes are soft and cute. I did size up a half which seemed like the right choice for me. Overall, pretty comfortable and good for casual wear.

Quite a nice shoe for the price. I found the fit pretty normal. I did have to put some gel inserts in the heel area as many shoes rub my heels except maybe some cushioned styles like Tieks. Once I put the gel inserts in they seem pretty comfortable.

Comfortable enough if I am not walking a lot because the soles are very thin

Would love these more if the lining was more sweat absorbent. But they are cute with cushy soles. I Don’t expect them to last longer than a year. Worth the price paid.

Definitely order a half size larger than your normal size. I tried an 8 at first (I usually wear a 7.5 or 8) and ended up with an 8.5. There's not much arch support and I think they're going to shred my heels the first time I do any decent amount of walking, but they're fine to wear around an office.

These shoes are super cute, really the perfect flat. They have a nicely cushioned sole, and a ballet flat’s typical lack of arch support. The length of the fit is accurate, however they are a bit narrow for my generally perfectly medium width feet. I think they’ll probably break in, but just out of the box, they hit me in exactly the wrong spot at the top of my foot, right in the joint of my big toe. I bought this shoe in three colors (Biking Red, Bourbon, and Chinchilla 3) and I’ll be keeping them all, but will probably hit the brown and red with a coat of clear polish to shine them up, as they’re a lot more of a matte finish than they appeared on my monitor. Overall, a decent shoe for the price, but they’ll need a bit of work to be great.

Great for length, width was a bit wider than I am used too.

The sizes vary with the different colors. I bought the exact same size in two different colors. The 'Bourbon' fits great and I love to wear them. The 'Grout' I bought in the same size 8W and it's super tight on my feet.

Love these (I have three pairs), however the picture online is different than the ones I revised. The ones online look more rustic, the ones I got in “Grout” are just an all over light grey.

These shoe are adorable. Comfort was one star due to no support or cushion but I decided to keep. I don’t wear them for long periods of time otherwise they would hurt my feet with no cushion or support but for a few hours and style they are keepers!

I usually wear a 8 1/2 or a 9 and got a 9 in these. They fit great, are light and flexible. I am looking for a ballet flat with more structure to them, however. I have plantar fasciitis and other issues. These did not hurt my feet. I am returning them for the Born Julianne which has more structure. I am tempted to keep them because they are nice and cheap and I would probably wear them a little bit, but not for working a conference for 10 hours. So, I chose to return to be frugal. I have a pair of hush puppies that fit like these, but these are nicer.

Really cute, but runs SMALL! I usually wear a size 8-8.5 in flats, so ordered a size 8.5 thinking I'd be ok. Not so! They're extremely tight and after a brief stint painfully uncomfortable. I'm hoping they'll stretch with a little wear, otherwise I'm SOL!

I have several pairs of Lucky flats and I love them all. These are a great nude color and fit true to size. I have a brown pair of their flats with a square toe, I've worn these out and wish they made more of them with that style toe. :-)

Super cute shoes and the stitching on the heel is a nice touch. No arch support but I don’t plan to wear them walking around all day. I worried about blisters and that would have been a deal breaker, but they stretched nicely and no complaints with that. Sometimes we just need to sacrifice for cute shoes :)

Love the green color! I did have to exchange for a half size larger than I normally wear. These are cute for wearing with skinny/straight jeans.

Love these shoes. Probably could have gone up 1/2 size but needed the next day after they arrived for a trip. Still love them.

These are my 3rd pair. They don't have any support but are comfortable especially since I have narrow feet and the "gather" at the heal allows for them to stay put instead of slipping off. Because of the lack of support I don't wear these all day. To work in, shop in or just to go out in they are great: cute, fashionable and comfortable but again no support so after a while my feet begin to ache. This happens in most flats, especially ballet flats. I wear an 8 and bought an 8. If I were to go up a size the heel would slip off my foot and I find this size works. The ONLY thing I'm not sure of is the red, I wanted RED but these shoes are more of a burnt red...darker and not bright. If thats what you are looking for then these are perfect.

The shoes are beautiful. When I first tried them on, they felt wonderful. Soft and comfortable. Whenever I buy new shoes, I walk around in them (on the carpet) for a few hours. They felt pretty good, but after a half a day they began pinching me in the toe area, so I'm going to have to return them. Breaks my heart.

I had bought these shoes about 5 years ago directly from Lucky store and worn them through. I ordered this time through Zappos. At first the wrong size was delivered but exchanging was easy and painless. The shoes I received the second time were the correct size and true to fit. They will need time to break in but they were exactly what I wanted. The old version of these had a slightly different heel otherwise they are the same shoe I loved prior.

These look great but feel small. I wish I had sizes up a full size.

These flats are adorable. I wear a size 8 in all shoes, and I ordered a size 8. The fabric seemed thin at the toes and it was uncomfortable with my toenails. I think because of the stretchy sides it jammed my toes to the front of the shoe. If it didn't do that I would have kept them. The sole of the shoe was quite nice! It felt almost like memory foam.

I just bought these for my daughter, who has very narrow feet. I tried them on as well and found them to be a lot more comfortable than most flats. I also like that it covers your toes more so in the front. The sole has a nice cushion and the outside feels soft so it won't create a callous above the heel area in the back. It's a nice color as well and can go with a lot of outfits, I'd highly recommend these shoes. Not sure of how the wear will be, that is to be determined.
